AVVERTENZE
IMPORTANTI
Usando apparecchi elettrici è necessario prendere le
opportune precauzioni, tra le quali:
- Assicuratevi che il voltaggio elettrico dell’apparec-
chio corrisponda a quello della vostra rete elettrica.
-Non lasciare l’apparecchio incustodito quan-
do collegato alla rete elettrica; disinseritelo
dopo ogni uso.
- Non lasciare mai l’apparecchio alla portata
dei bambini o di incapaci.
- Non mettere l’apparecchio sopra o vicino a fonti di
calore.
- Non lasciare l’apparecchio esposto ad agenti atmo-
sferici (pioggia, sole, ecc...).
- Fare attenzione che il cavo elettrico non venga a con-
tatto con superfici calde.
- NON IMMERGERE MAI IL CORPO MOTORE, LA
SPINA ED IL CAVO ELETTRICO IN ACQUA O ALTRI
LIQUIDI, USATE UN PANNO UMIDO PER LA LORO
PULIZIA.
-NON TOCCARE MAI LE PARTI IN MOVIMENTO

- ATTENZIONE: INSERIRE LA LAMA PRIMA DEGLI
ALIMENTI DA TRITARE ASSICURANDOVI DI SENTI-
RE LO SCATTO DELL’AGGANCIO. Prima di togliere il
coperchio attendere che la lama sia completamente
ferma.
- Non fate funzionare l’apparecchio a vuoto.
- Non usare l’apparecchio se la lama è danneggiata.
- Durante l’utilizzo posizionare l’apparecchio su di un
piano orizzonatale.
- NON INSERITE MAI LIQUIDI ALL’INTERNO DELLA
CIOTOLA.
- Non utilizzare l’apparecchio per tritare alimenti aventi
un’eccessiva consistenza (esempio: cubetti di ghiaccio o
carne con ossa).
- IL PRODOTTO È PROGETTATO PER INTERROMPERE IL
FUNZIONAMENTO AL MOMENTO DEL SOLLEVAMEN-
TO DEL COPERCHIO. QUALORA QUESTO NON SI VERI-
FICASSE, PORTARE IL PRODOTTO AD UN CENTRO
ASSISTENZA AUTORIZZATO.
- Non usare l’apparecchio se il cavo elettrico o la spina
risultano danneggiati, o se l’apparecchio stesso risul-
ta difettoso; in questo caso portatelo al più vicino
Centro di Assistenza Autorizzato.
- L’uso di prolunghe elettriche non autorizzate dal fab-
bricante dell’apparecchio può provocare danni ed
incidenti.
- Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, esso deve
essere sostituito dal Costruttore o dal suo servizio assi-
stenza tecnica o comunque da una persona con quali-
fica similare, in modo da prevenire ogni rischio.
- L’apparecchio è concepito per il SOLO USO DOME-
STICO e non deve essere adibito ad uso commercia-
le o industriale.
- Questo apparecchio è conforme alla direttiva CEE
89/336 relativa alla compatibilità elettromagnetica.
- La lama è ben affilata, maneggiatela con cura sia
quando la inserite od estraete dal contenitore che per
la sua pulizia.
- PRIMA DI TOGLIERE IL COPERCHIO ATTENDERE
CHE LA LAMA SIA COMPLETAMENTE FERMA.

- Allorchè si decida di smaltire come rifiuto questo
apparecchio, si raccomanda di renderlo inoperante
tagliandone il cavo di alimentazione. Si raccomanda
inoltre di rendere innocue quelle parti dell’apparec-
chio suscettibili di costituire un pericolo, special-
mente per i bambini che potrebbero servirsi dell’ap-
parchhio per i propri giochi.
- Gli elementi dell’imballaggio non devono essere
lasciati alla portata dei bambini in quanto potenziali
fonti di pericolo.

Il tritatutto Choppy Maxi, unendo la simpatia alla prati-

DESCRIZIONE DELL’APPARECCHIO (Fig. 1)
ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
- Prima di ogni operazione assicurarsi che la spina non
sia collegata alla rete elettrica.
- Collocare la ciotola (C) sul corpo motore (A), avendo
cura di posizionare le alette nella fessura sul corpo
motore. Montare la lama (D) sul perno centrale (B)
assicurandosi che si agganci a scatto. (Vedi Fig. 2).
- Tagliare gli alimenti a piccoli pezzi (1,5 x 1,5 cm) e
inserirli nella ciotola, in una quantità tale da non
superare il pulsante sgancio lama (E) della lama (D).
Non inserire più di 200 gr. di carne e non fare funzio-
nare l’apparecchio per più di 5 secondi.
- Applicare il coperchio (F) sulla ciotola (C), inserendo le
alette sul coperchio nelle fessure della ciotola stessa e
ruotandolo fino ad incastrare le relative alette nelle fessu-
re sulla base motore (Fig. 3).
- Inserire la spina del cavo alimentazione (G) in una
presa di corrente elettrica.
- Mettere in funzione l’apparecchio premendo il coper-
chio (F) con il palmo della mano, come indicato in
figura 4. L’UTILIZZO OTTIMALE DELL’APPA-
RECCHIO AVVIENE TRAMITE FUNZIONAMEN-
TO AD IMPULSI PREMENDO IL COPERCHIO
AD INTERMITTENZA PER BREVISSIMO
TEMPO (2-3 SECONDI).
- SE DOPO AVER EFFETTUATO QUESTA OPERAZIONE
L’APPARECCHIO NON DOVESSE FUNZIONARE,
VERIFICARE CHE EVENTUALI ALIMENTI NON SI
SIANO POSIZIONATI TRA IL COPERCHIO E IL
BORDO DELLA CIOTOLA (C).
- Per ottenere un trito fine ed omogeneo rimuovere, se
necessario, l’alimento dalla parete della ciotola e por-
tarlo verso il centro con l’aiuto di una spatola.
- NON INSERIRE LIQUIDI PER AMALGAMARE IL
TRITO.
- Per interrompere il funzionamento dell’apparecchio è
sufficiente rilasciare il coperchio; l’apparecchio per-
mette di tritare gli alimenti in tempi molto brevi.
- Dopo tre utilizzi consecutivi di 5 secondi, intervallati
da una pausa di almeno 10 sec., lasciare raffreddare
l’apparecchio fino alla temperatura ambiente.
DOPO L’USO
- Scollegare l’apparecchio dalla rete di alimentazione
elettrica.
- Rimuovere il coperchio (F) facendolo ruotare e sfilan-
dolo verso l’alto.
- Rimuovere la lama premendo il pulsante posto sul
supporto lama, (Vedi Fig. 5) dopodichè togliere la
ciotola.
- Se dopo un uso prolungato i risultati di tritatura non
fossero più soddisfacenti, provvedere alla sostituzio-
ne della lama.
PULIZIA
- La ciotola (C), il coperchio (F), e la lama (D) possono
essere lavati anche in lavastoviglie, nel ripiano supe-
riore. (Vedi Fig. 6)
- Per la pulizia della base motore usare un panno leg-
germente umido.
- Evitare l’impiego di panni e detersivi abrasivi.
- É possibile riporre l’apparecchio con il cavo di ali-
mentazione avvolto sul corpo motore, e fermato con la
ventosa. (Fig. 6)

THE FOOD TO BE MINCED. A CLICK MUST BE
HEARD WHEN THE BLADE LOCKS INTO POSITION.

VORM ABNEHMEN DES DECKELS DARAUF ACH-
TEN, DAß DIE KLINGE VOLLSTÄNDIG STILLSTEHT.
- Das Gerät nie leer laufen lassen.
- Gerät nicht benutzen, wenn das Messer beschädigt
ist.
- Gerät beim Gebrauch auf eine waagerechte Fläche
abstellen.
- NIEMALS FLÜSSIGKEITEN IN DEN BEHÄLTER
FÜLLEN.
- Das Gerät nicht zum Zerkleinern von besonders har-
ten Lebensmitteln benutzen (z. B. Eiswürfel oder
Fleisch mit Knochen).
- BEIM ANHEBEN DES DECKELS WIRD DER BETRIEB
DES GERÄTS UNTERBROCHEN. FALLS DIES NICHT
ERFOLGT, IST DAS GERÄT ZU EINER ZUGELASSENEN
KUNDENDIENSTSTELLE ZU BRINGEN.
- Das Gerät darf nicht benutzt werden, wenn das
Stromkabel, der Stecker oder das Gerät beschädigt
sind. Bringen Sie in diesem Fall das Gerät zum
Kundendienst.
- Vom Gerätehersteller nicht genehmigte
Verlängerungskabel können Schäden und Unfälle
verursachen.
- Ist das Stromkabel beschädigt, muß es ausgetauscht
werden. Bringen Sie in diesem Fall das Gerät zum
Hersteller, zum Kundendienst oder zu einem
Fachelektriker.
- Das Gerät ist nur für den HAUSGEBRAUCH und nicht
für gewerblichen oder industriellen Einsatz vorge-
sehen.
- Dieses Gerät entspricht der EWG-Richtlinie 89/336
bezüglich elektromagnetischer Verträglichkeit.
- Die Messerklingen sind sehr scharf. Die Klingen
müssen deshalb sehr vorsichtig eingesetzt und gerei-
nigt werden.

ET APRÈS INTRODUISEZ LES ALIMENTS À
HACHER, EN VOUS ASSURANT D’ENTENDRE LE
DÉCLIC DU VERROUILLAGE.
AVANT DE RETIRER LE COUVERCLE, ATTENDEZ
QUE LA LAME SOIT COMPLETEMENT A L’ARRET.
- Ne faites pas fonctionner l’appareil à vide.
- N’utilisez pas l’appareil si la lame est endommagée.
- Lors de son utilisation, placez l’appareil sur une sur-
face horizontale.
- NE METTEZ JAMAIS DES LIQUIDES A L’INTERIEUR
DU BOL.
- N’utilisez pas l’appareil pour hacher des aliments
d’une consistance trop dure (par exemple: des
glaçons ou de la viande avec les os).
- LE PRODUIT EST CONÇU DE FAÇON À CE QUE LE
FONCTIONNEMENT S’INTERROMPE LORS DU SOULÈ-
VEMENT DU COUVERCLE. DANS LE CAS CONTRAIRE,
AMENER LE PRODUIT AUPRÈS D’UN SERVICE APRÈS-
VENTE AUTORISÉ.
- N’utilisez pas l’appareil si le cordon électrique ou la
prise sont endommagés, ou si l’appareil est défec-
tueux. Dans ce cas, portez-le au Service réparations
Agréé le plus proche.
- L’utilisation de rallonges électriques non autorisées
par le fabricant de l’appareil peut provoquer des
dégâts et des accidents.
- Le cordon d’alimentation endommagé doit être rem-
placé par le Constructeur ou par son Service Après-
vente Agréé ou dans tous les cas par une personne
ayant une qualification équivalente, de manière à évi-
ter tout risque.
- L’appareil est conçu pour un USAGE DOMESTIQUE
UNIQUEMENT et ne doit pas être affecté à un usage
commercial ou industriel.
- Cet appareil est conforme à la directive CEE 89/336
relatif à la compatibilité électromagnétique.
- La lame est très affûtée, manipulez-la avec précau-
tions lors de sa mise en place ou de l’extraction pour
le nettoyage.
- AVANT DE RETIRER LE COUVERCLE, ATTENDEZ

-LORSQUE LE COUVERCLE (F) A ÉTÉ

- Si vous décidez de vous défaire de cet appareil, il est
fortement recommandé de le rendre inutilisable en
éliminant le câble d’alimentation. Nous conseillons
en outre d’exclure toute partie de l’appareil pouvant
constituer une source de danger, en particulier pour
les enfants qui peuvent se servir de l’appareil pour
jouer.
- Ne laissez pas les parties de l’emballage à la portée
des enfants car elles constituent une source poten-
tielle de danger.

- Never use the appliance if the blade is damaged.
- Always use the appliance on a flat surface.
- Do not operate the appliance when it is empty.
- NEVER FILL THE FOOD BOWL WITH LIQUIDS.
- The appliance should not be used for food with a hard
or tough consistency (e.g.: ice cubes or meat with
bones).

- The blade is very sharp - handle with care when
inserting or removing it from the bowl during clea-

DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE (FIG.1)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Before each operation make sure the plug is not con-
nected.
- Place the bowl (C) on the motor base (A). Take care
to insert the tabs into the slots on the motor base. Fit
the blade (D) onto the central pin (B) making sure that
it snaps on fully. (See Fig. 2).
- Cut the food into small pieces (1.5 x 1.5 cm) and
place the pieces in the bowl. The pieces in the bowl
should not cover the eject button (E) of the blade set
(D). Do not place more than 200 gr. of meat, do not
run the appliance for more than 5 seconds.
- Place the lid (F) on the bowl (C), inserting the tabs on the
lid into the slots on the bowl and then turning the lid until
the relevant tabs are inserted in the slots on the motor
base (Fig. 3).
- Plug power cord (G) into a socket.
- Start the appliance by pressing down on cover (F)
with the palm of the hand, as shown in figure 4. THE
APPLIANCE PERFORMS BEST WHEN A
START-STOP ACTION IS EMPLOYED - INTER-
MITTENTLY PRESS DOWN ON THE COVER
FOR A VERY SHORT TIME (2 - 3 SECONDS).
- IF THE APPLIANCE DOES NOT FUNCTION, MAKE
SURE THAT SOME FOOD HAS NOT FALLEN INTO
THE GAP BETWEEN THE COVER AND THE EDGE OF
THE BOWL (C).

GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG
- Vor allen Arbeiten sicherstellen, dass der Netzstecker
abgezogen ist
- Schale (C) auf den Motorblock (A) abstellen, wobei die
Laschen in die Motorblocköffnung einzuführen sind.
Klinge (D) auf den Mittelbolzen (B) montieren und
sicherstellen, dass diese einrastet. (Siehe Abb. 2).
- Nahrungsmittel in kleine Stücke schneiden (1,5 x 1,5
cm) und in die Schale geben; die Menge darf dabei
die Auswurftaste (E) des Messers (D) nicht überragen.
Nie mehr als 200 g Fleisch einfüllen. Das Gerät nie
länger als 5 Sekunden in Dauerbetrieb laufen lassen.
- Deckel (F) auf die Schale (C) setzen, dabei die
Behälterlaschen in die Schalenöffnungen einführen und
Behälter drehen, bis die Laschen in den
Motorsockelöffnungen festsitzen (Abb. 3).
- Stecker des Stromkabels (G) in die Steckdose
stecken.
- Das Gerät durch leichten Druck mit der Handfläche
auf den Deckel (F) einschalten (siehe Fig. 4). DAS
GERÄT ARBEITET AM BESTEN, WENN ES IN
IMPULSBETRIEB BENUTZT WIRD. DAZU MUß
DER DECKEL FÜR 2 – 3 SEK. GEDRÜCKT,
KURZ WIEDER LOSGELASSEN UND DANN
ERNEUT GEDRÜCKT WERDEN.
- SOLLTE DAS GERÄT AUF DIESE WEISE NICHT
FUNKTIONIEREN, MUß ÜBERPRÜFT WERDEN, OB
SICH EVENTUELL LEBENSMITTEL ZWISCHEN DEM
DECKEL UND DEM RAND DES BEHÄLTERS (C)
BEFINDEN.
- Für die Herstellung von feinem und gleichmäßigem
Kleingehackten müssen gegebenenfalls Lebensmittel
mit einem Spachtel von der Behälterwand entfernt und
in die Mitte des Behälters gebracht werden.
- NIEMALS FLÜSSIGKEITEN ZUM VERMISCHEN DES
KLEINGEHACKTEN BEIGEBEN.
- Zum Abschalten des Geräts einfach den Deckel
loslassen. Das Gerät zerkleinert Lebensmittel in kür-
zester Zeit.
- Nach drei Zyklen von jeweils 5 Sek. Betrieb und 10
Sek. Pause, das Gerät auf Raumtemperatur abkühlen
lassen.
NACH GEBRAUCH
- Das Gerät von der Stromversorgung trennen.
- Deckel (F) abnehmen: hierzu drehen und nach oben
ziehen.
- Taste an der Messerhalterung (siehe Abb. 5) drücken
und Messer abnehmen. Nun die Schale entfernen.
- Wird nach längerem Gebrauch das Kleingehackte
nicht mehr richtig fein gehackt, muß die Klinge
ausgetauscht werden.
PFLEGE
- Der Behälter (C), der Deckel (F), und die Klinge (D)
können auch im oberen Fach der
Geschirrspülmaschine gewaschen werden. (Siehe
Fig. 6)
- Zur Reinigung des Motorgehäuses ein feuchtes Tuch
benutzen.

DESCRIPTION DE L’APPAREIL (FIG. 1)
MODE D’EMPLOI
- Avant chaque opération, s’assurer que la prise ne soit
pas branchée sur la ligne électrique.
- Installer le bol (C) sur le corps moteur (A), en posi-
tionnant les ailettes dans la fissure située sur le corps
moteur. Monter la lame (D) sur l’axe central (B) en
vérifiant son enclenchement par déclic (Voir Fig. 2).
- Couper les aliments en petits morceaux (1,5 x 1,5
cm) avant de les introduire dans le récipient et en ne
dépassant pas le poussoir de décrochage (E) de la
lame (D). N'introduisez pas plus de 200 gr. de viande
à la fois et ne faites pas fonctionner l'appareil pendant
plus de 5 secondes.
- Placer le couvercle (F) sur le bol (C), en introduisant les
ailettes du couvercle dans les fissures du bol et en tour-
nant le couvercle jusqu’à ce que les ailettes s’encastrent
sur la base moteur (Fig. 3).
- Branchez la fiche du cordon d’alimentation (G) dans
une prise de courant électrique
- Mettez l’appareil en marche en appuyant sur le cou-
vercle (F) comme le montre la figure 4. LA MEIL-
LEURE UTILISATION DE L’APPAREIL EST
CELLE QUI CONSISTE À LE FAIRE FONCTION-
NER PAR IMPULSIONS EN APPUYANT SUR LE
COUVERCLE DE MANIÈRE INTERMITTENTE
(2-3 SECONDES).
- SI L’APPAREIL REFUSE DE FONCTIONNER APRÈS
CETTE OPÉRATION, VÉRIFIEZ QU’AUCUN ALIMENT
NE SE TROUVE COINCÉ ENTRE LE COUVERCLE ET
LE BORD DU BOL (C).
- Pour obtenir un hachis menu et homogène, détachez
si nécessaire l’aliment de la paroi du bol et ramenez-
le vers le centre avec une spatule.
- NE VERSEZ PAS DE LIQUIDE POUR LIER LE
HACHIS.
- Pour interrompre le fonctionnement de l’appareil, il
suffit de relâcher le couvercle; l’appareil permet de
hacher les aliments très rapidement.
- Après trois cycles consécutifs de fonctionnement
(chacun durant 5 secondes) séparés d’un intervalle
de 10 secondes, laisser refroidir l’appareil jusqu’à la
température ambiante.
APRES UTILISATION
- Débranchez l’appareil.
- Ouvrir le couvercle (F) en le tournant et en le faisant
glisser vers le haut.
- Retirer la lame en appuyant sur le poussoir situé sur
le support de la lame, (Voir Fig. 5), puis retirer le réci-
pient.
- Si après une utilisation prolongée, les résultats du
hachage ne sont pas satisfaisants, il faut remplacer la
lame.
NETTOYAGE
- Débranchez l’appareil de l’alimentation électrique.
- Le bol (C), le couvercle (F) et la lame (D) peuvent se
laver au lave-vaisselle compartiment du haut (voit fig.
6).
- Pour le nettoyage de la base moteur, utilisez un
chiffon légèrement humide.
- Evitez l’emploi de tissus et de détergents abrasifs.
- Il est possible de ranger l’appareil avec le cordon d’a-
limentation enroulé sur le corps moteur et bloqué
avec la ventouse (fig. 7).

- A fine, homogeneous chopping is obtained by
moving the food on the sides of the bowl to the cen-
tre by means of a spatula.
- NEVER INTRODUCE LIQUIDS TO AMALGAMATE
THE CHOPPED FOOD.
- Release the cover to stop the appliance; foodstuffs
can be chopped very quickly.
- Allow the appliance to cool down to the room tempe-
rature after 3 consecutive cycle of operation (being
each of then 5 seconds long), with rest period of 10 s
between each cycle.
AFTER USE
- Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
- Remove the lid (F) by turning it and sliding it off
upwards.
- Remove the blade set by pressing the button on the
blade support (see Fig. 5), and then remove the bowl.
- If the appliance has been used for a long time and no
longer chops in a satisfactory manner, the blade must
be replaced.
CLEANING
- The bowl (C), cover (F) and blade (D) may be washed
in the top part of the dishwasher (see fig. 6).
- Use a wet cloth to clean the motor unit.
- Do not use abrasive cloths and detergents.
- The appliance may be stored with the power cord
wound round the motor unit as it is held in place by
means of a sucker (Fig. 7).
