This Quick Start Guide is to help you quickly install your
system. Be sure to read all WARNINGS before installation
WARNING
To prevent risk of electrical shock which can result in severe injury or death, ENSURE that the
iQPUMP01 and Pump are OFF and power to the pump is disconnected before proceeding with
installation.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of electric shock, fire or injury, service should only be attempted by a qualified pool
service professional.
This button controls the operational mode of the pump. Push
the button to toggle between Auto and Quick Clean mode. Auto
operates the pump with the settings designated by the app. Quick
Clean will override normal operation and run the pump for 30*
minutes at 3,450* RPM.
This button is used to activate or manually end a direct Wi-Fi to
Phone connection. When ON, you can connect your smart device
directly to the iQPUMP01. When OFF, the iQPUMP01 will attempt to
connect to the pool owner’s router / internet connection.
* Factory default settings - these settings can be changed in the app.
This button controls the Service Modes for the pump. Timed Stop
will keep the pump OFF for 3* hours. Timed Run turns the pump
ON to run for 3* hours at 2,750* RPM.
Helpful Hints
Invite Codes are used to allow access for other users to control the
iQPUMP01 from their own iAquaLink app
Global Pump Settings: min & max speeds, freeze protect, and other
modes such as Quick Clean, Timed Run, and Timed Stop, are only available
when directly connected to the iQPUMP01 via a connection.Wi-Fi to Phone
Master Users are, in most cases, the pool owner. A Master User can
send invitations to other iAquaLink app users to allow them to control
the pump. To claim Master User of the pump, you must be connected to
the iQPUMP01 via a Wi-Fi to Phone connection. To create or send invite
codes, the master user and the iQPUMP01 must both be connected to the
internet. After claiming “Master User”, end the “Wi-Fi to Phone” session
by pressing the button to turn the “Wi-Fi to Phone” LED off. Also ensure
the WEB (or WAN) LED is on before creating or sending an invite code.
Wi-Fi to Phone is technology inside the iQPUMP that transmits a wireless
signal directly to a Wi-Fi enabled device without using an internet
connection. The signal is activated when the Wi-Fi to phone button is
pushed. It will time out after 15 minutes of inactivity or it can also be
manualy deactivated by pushing the Wi-Fi to Phone button while it is on.

FOR YOUR SAFETY - This product must be installed and serviced by a contractor who is licensed and
qualifi ed in pool equipment by the jurisdiction in which the product will be installed where such state or
local requirements exist, the maintainer must be a professional with suffi cient experience in pool equipment
installation and maintenance so that all of the instructions in this manual can be followed exactly. Before
installing this product, read and follow all warning notices and instructions that accompany this product.
Failure to follow warning notices and instructions may result in property damage, personal injury, or death.
Improper installation and/or operation will void the warranty. Improper installation and/or operation can create
unwanted electrical hazard which can cause serious injury, property damage, or death. Turn off all circuit
breakers required in order to prevent the possibility of electric shock.

Inviting Other Users
The iQPUMP01 allows user to be the “Master User.” The Master User can send one
invitations to other iAquaLink™ users, granting other iAquaLink account holders to
control your pump. In general, only the pool owner should be the Master User.
5.1 In the settings menu, the Master User (only) has the ability to ‘Create Invite
Code’.
NOTE: If the “Create Invite Code” button is not in the settings menu, then you are
not recognized as the ‘Master User’. To become the Master User, connect
directly to the iQPUMP01, then proceed to the settings menu, click the
Claim Master User button, and follow the on-screen directions to become
the Master User.
5.2 Write down the code displayed or click on the code to copy the code to the
clipboard of your device.
5.3 Paste the invite code into an email or text message to the individuals that
you would like to have access to the pump.
5.4 In order for invitees to utilize the code, they will fi rst need to download the
iAquaLink app. After logging in or creating a new account, use the invite
code to add the device by pressing the + or ( ) from the “My Systems”
screen.
