than those recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Ensure the portable air conditioner is kept away from open ames, gas
appliances and electric heaters.
3. Do not pierce or burn.
4. Be aware that refrigerants may not contain an odour.
5. Applianceshouldbeinstalled,operatedandstoredinaroomwithaoor
area larger than 4 m2.
7. Keep any required ventilation openings clear of obstruction.
8. Servicing should be performed only as recommended by the manufacturer.
9. The appliance should be stored in a well-ventilated area where the room
sizecorrespondstotheroomareaasspeciedforoperation.
10.Repairsmustonlybeundertakenbythemanufactureroraqualiedservice
agent.
