NORMAL MODE
In normal mode, the LCD will display the current time on
the first line. The second line will display the current indoor
temperature with the third line displaying the current outdoor
temperature.
NORMAL MODE
INSTALLING / REPLACING BATTERIES
The thermometer uses two pieces of UM-4 or “AAA” size
batteries (1.5V DC). Follow these steps to install / replace
the batteries:
1. Remove battery cover on the back of the unit by gently
pressing down on the arrow and slide in the direction it
is pointing.
2. Insert the new batteries. Be sure to follow the polarity
symbols as marked inside the battery compartment.
3. Replace the battery cover.
CLOCK
1. Press for two seconds while in normal mode. MODE
The clock digits and “:” will blink, which indicates the
time setting mode has been enabled.
2. Set the hour and minute values by pressing HR or , MIN
respectively.
3. Press MODE again to confirm the time setting.
NOTE The time setting will be disabled if is MODE
pressed.
ALARM TIME
1. In normal mode, press to enter alarm mode.MODE
2. Press MODE again and hold for 2 seconds to enter the
alarm time setting mode.
3. Set the hour and minute values by pressing HR or
MIN, respectively.
4. Press MODE again to confirm the alarm time setting.
5. Toggle on the back of the unit to ALARM ON/OFF
enable / disable alarm function. appears on the
display to indicate the alarm is activated.
LIGHT AND SNOOZE
1. When is pressed, the backlight will SNOOZE / LIGHT
stay lit for 5 seconds before turning off if no button is
pressed.
2. When the alarm sounds the backlight will come on
automatically and pressing the will SNOOZE / LIGHT
activate the snooze function.
STOPPING THE ALARM
When alarm sounds, press any button (except SNOOZE /
LIGHT) to stop the alarm completely.
OUTDOOR AND INDOOR TEMPERATURE MEMORY
1. While in normal mode (Fig.A) press MEM / CLEAR
once to view the maximum outdoor and indoor
temperature. (Fig. B)
2. Press again to view the minimum indoor and outdoor
temperature. (Fig C)
3. Press the button a third time to return to normal mode
displaying current time and current indoor and outdoor
temperature. (Fig. A)

CLEARING THE TEMPERATURE MEMORY
Press and hold MEM / CLEAR for 2 seconds. This will clear
both the outdoor and indoor temperature memory to the
current temperature reading.
TEMPERATURE UNITS OF MEASURE
To select temperature measurement readings, slide the °C
/ °Fswitch upwards for degrees Celsius or downwards for
degrees Fahrenheit.
HOUR DISPLAY FORMAT
To select the hour display format, slide the 12 / 24HR switch
upwards for 12-hour and downwards for 24-hour format.
RESETTING THE UNIT
If your clock / thermometer does not operate properly,
reset the unit by pressing RESET located inside the battery
compartment.
SECURING THE OUTDOOR SENSOR PROBE
Follow these steps to secure the outdoor sensor probe:
1. Drive a screw (not included) along with wire attachment
into the wall at the location you choose for the external
sensor.
2. Slip the external sensor into the wire attachment.
3. Route the outdoor sensor cord (3 meters) and main
unit to the desired location.

NOTE Place the outdoor sensor probe away form direct
sunlight and heavy precipitation.
PRECAUTIONS
• Do not subject the unit to excessive force, shock, dust,
temperature or humidity.
• Do not cover the ventilation holes with any items such
as newspapers, curtains etc.
• Do not immerse the unit in water. If you spill liquid over
it, dry it immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth.
• Do not clean the unit with abrasive or corrosive materials.
• Do not tamper with the unit ’s internal components. This
invalidates the warranty.
• Only use fresh batteries. Do not mix new and old
batteries.
• Images shown in this manual may differ from the actual
display.
• When disposing of this product, ensure it is collected
separately for special treatment.
• Placement of this product on certain types of wood
may result in damage to its finish for which Oregon
Scientific will not be responsible. Consult the furniture
manufacturer’s care instructions for information.
• The contents of this manual may not be reproduced

• Do not dispose old batteries as unsorted municipal
waste. Collection of such waste separately for special

STANDING THE UNIT ON A TABLE
Flip out the plastic stand on the rear of the thermometer for
standing the unit on a flat surface such as a table.
WALL MOUNTING THE UNIT
You can mount your thermometer on a wall by securing a
screw (not included) with the screw head extending about
3.5mm from the wall.

In modalità normale, il display LCD visualizza l’ora corrente
sulla prima riga. Sulla seconda riga viene visualizzata la
temperatura interna, mentre sulla terza viene visualizzata
la temperatura esterna corrente.
INSERIMENTO / SOSTITUZIONE DELLE BATTERIE
Il termometro funziona con due batterie UM-4 o “AAA”
(da 1,5V DC). Seguire le istruzioni indicate di seguito per
inserire o sostituire le batterie:
1. Togliere la copertura del vano batterie sul retro dell’unità
premendo delicatamente la freccia e spingendola verso
la direzione indicata dalla stessa.
2. Inserire le batterie nuove. Rispettare i simboli di polarità
come indicato all’interno del vano batterie.
3. Riposizionare la copertura del vano batterie.
OROLOGIO
1. Premere per due secondi mentre ci si trova [MODE]
in modalità normale. Le cifre dell’ora e l’icona “:”
lampeggiano ad indicare che è stata attivata la modalità
di impostazione dell’ora.
2. Impostare ore e minuti premendo rispettivamente [HR] o
[MIN].
3. Premere nuovamente per confermare [MODE]
l’impostazione dell’ora.
NOTA Premendo MODE l’impostazione dell’ora viene
disattivata.
ORA DELLA SVEGLIA
1. In modalità normale, premere per accedere [MODE]
alla modalità sveglia.
2. Per entrare nella modalità impostazioni della sveglia,
tenere premuto per 2 secondi.[MODE]
3. Impostare ore e minuti premendo rispettivamente HR o
MIN.
4. Premere nuovamente per confermare [MODE]
l’impostazione dell’ora della sveglia.
5. Premere sul retro dell’unità per [ALARM ON/OFF]
attivare / disattivare la funzione della sveglia. Sul display
appare l’icona [ ] ad indicare che la sveglia è attiva.
LUCE E SNOOZE
1. Premendo , la retroilluminazione si [SNOOZE / LIGHT]
accende per 5 secondi prima di spegnersi se non viene
premuto nessun pulsante.
2. Quando suona la sveglia, la retroilluminazione si attiva
automaticamente e premendo si [SNOOZE / LIGHT]
attiva anche la funzione snooze.
SPEGNIMENTO DELLA SVEGLIA
Quando suona la sveglia, premere un pulsante qualsiasi
(tranne per spegnere completamente [SNOOZE / LIGHT]
la sveglia.
MEMORIA DELLA TEMPERATURA INTERNA
ED ESTERNA
1. Mentre ci si trova in modalità normale (Fig.A), premere
MEM / CLEAR una volta per visualizzare la temperatura
massima esterna e interna. (Fig. B)
2. Premere nuovamente per visualizzare la temperatura
minima interna ed esterna. (Fig C)
3. Premere il pulsante una terza volta per tornare alla
modalità normale e visualizzare l’ora e la temperatura
interna ed esterna correnti. (Fig. A)

CANCELLAZIONE DELLA MEMORIA DELLA
TEMPERATURA
Tenere premuto MEM / CLEAR per 2 secondi. In questo
modo verranno cancellate la memoria della temperatura
interna ed esterna fino alla rilevazione della temperatura
corrente.
UNITÀ DI MISURA DELLA TEMPERATURA
Per selezionare l’unità di misura della temperatura, spostare
l’interruttore °C / °F verso l’alto per i gradi Celsius e verso il
basso per i gradi Fahrenheit.
FORMATO DI VISUALIZZAZIONE DELL’ORA
Per selezionare il formato di visualizzazione dell’ora,
spostare l’interruttore 12 / 24HR verso l’alto per il formato
12 ore, verso il basso per quello 24 ore.
AZZERAMENTO DELL’UNITÀ
Se l’orologio / termometro non funziona correttamente,
azzerare l’unità premendo il pulsante RESET all’interno del
vano batterie.
FISSAGGIO DELLA SONDA DEL SENSORE ESTERNO
Seguire le istruzioni indicate di seguito per fissare la sonda
del sensore esterno:
1. Con un cacciavite, inserire una vite (non inclusa nella
confezione) e la giuntura del cavo nel punto della parete
in cui si desidera collocare il sensore esterno.
2. Infilare il sensore esterno nella giuntura del cavo.
3. Svolgere il cavo del sensore esterno (3 m) e quello
dell’unità principale fino al punto desiderato.

solare diretta e forti precipitazioni.
FISSAGGIO DELL’UNITÀ SU UN TAVOLO
Far scattare verso l’esterno il supporto sul retro del
termometro per poggiare l’unità su una superficie piana, ad
es. un tavolo.
FISSAGGIO A PARETE
È possibile fissare il termometro su una parete fissandolo
con una vite (non inclusa nella confezione), lasciando che la
testa della vite sporga dalla parete di circa 3,5 mm.

MODE NORMAL
En mode normal, l’écran LCD affichera l’heure courante sur
la première ligne. La deuxième ligne affiche la température
intérieure actuelle et la troisième ligne, la température
extérieure actuelle.
INSTALLER / REMPLACER LES PILES
Le thermomètre est alimenté par deux piles UM-4 ou
«AAA» (1,5 V CC). Suivez les étapes suivantes pour
installer / remplacer les piles :
1. Retirez le couvercle du compartiment situé à l’arrière de
l’appareil en appuyant délicatement sur la flèche et en
poussant vers la direction indiquée.
2. Insérez les nouvelles piles. Assure-vous de respecter
les polarités indiquées à l’intérieur du compartiment.
3. Replacez le couvercle.
HORLOGE
1. Appuyez sur le bouton en mode normal. Les MODE
chiffres de l’heure et “:” clignoteront, vous indiquant que
le mode de réglage de l’heure est activé.
2. Réglez l’heure et les minutes en appuyant respectivement
sur HR ou MIN.
3. Appuyez une nouvelle fois sur MODE pour confirmer le
réglage de l’heure.
REMARQUE Le réglage de l’heure sera désactivé si
vous appuyez sur le bouton MODE.
HEURE DE L’ALARME
1. En mode normal, appuyez sur pour entrer dans [MODE]
le mode alarme.
2. Appuyez et maintenez une nouvelle fois la touche
[MODE]
pendant 2 secondes pour entrer dans le mode réglages
de l’heure de l’alarme.
3. Réglez l’heure et les minutes en appuyant respectivement
sur ou . [HR] [MIN]
4. Appuyez une nouvelle fois sur pour confirmer le [MODE]
réglage de l’alarme.
5. Alternez entre [ALARM ON et OFF] situé à l’arrière de
l’appareil pour activer / désactiver la fonction alarme :[ ]
apparait sur l’affichage pour vous indiquer que l’alarme
est activée.
LUMIERE ET RAPPEL D’ALARME
1. Si vous appuyez sur [SNOOZE / LIGHT], le rétro-éclairage
s’activera pendant 5 secondes avant de s’éteindre si
vous n’appuyez sur aucun bouton par la suite.
2. Lorsque l’alarme sonne, le rétro-éclairage s’activera
automatiquement et en appuyant sur [SNOOZE / LIGHT],
vous activerez le rappel d’alarme.
ARRETER L’ALARME
Lorsque l’alarme sonne, appuyez sur n’importe quel bouton
(sauf ) pour arrêter l’alarme. SNOOZE/LIGHT
MEMOIRE DES TEMPERATURES INTERIEURES
ET EXTERIEURES
1. En mode normal (Fig.A) appuyez une fois sur [MEM
/ CLEAR] pour visualiser les températures maxima
intérieures et extérieures. (Fig. B)
2. Appuyez une nouvelle fois pour visualiser la température
intérieure et extérieure. (FIG C)
3. Appuyez une troisième fois sur ce bouton pour revenir au
mode normal affichant l’heure actuelle et la température
extérieure et intérieure. (FIG A)

EFFACER LA MEMOIRE DE LA TEMPERATURE
Appuyez et maintenez la touche pendant [MEM / CLEAR]
2 secondes. La mémoire des températures intérieures et
extérieures et les relevés actuels s’effaceront.
UNITES DE TEMPERATURE DE MESURE
Pour sélectionner l’unité de mesure de température,
positionnez l’encoche [°C / °F] vers le haut pour les degrés
Celsius et vers le bas pour les degrés Fahrenheit.
FORMAT D’AFFICHAGE DE L’HEURE
Pour sélectionner le format d’affichage de l’heure,
positionnez l’encoche vers le haut pour le [12 / 24HR]
format 12 heures et vers le bas pour le format 24 heures.
REINITIALISER L’APPAREIL
Si votre horloge/ thermomètre ne fonctionne pas
correctement, réinitialisez l’appareil en appuyant sur la
touche RESET située à l’intérieur du compartiment des
piles.
SECURISER LA SONDE EXTERNE
Appliquez les consignes suivantes pour sécuriser la sonde
externe :
1. Utilisez un tournevis (non inclus) pour fixer la fixation du
câble dans le mur à l’endroit où vous désirez installer la
sonde sans fil.
2. Passez la sonde externe dans la fixation du câble.
3. Installez le cordon de la sonde sans fil (3 mètres) et
l’appareil principal à l’emplacement désiré.

REMARQUE Eloignez la sonde sans fil extérieure des

INSTALLEZ L’APPAREIL SUR UNE TABLE
Décochez le support de plastique situé à l’arrière du
thermomètre pour installer l’appareil sur une surface plane
comme une table par exemple.
ACCROCHER L’APPAREIL AU MUR
Vous pouvez installer l’appareil au mur en sécurisant une
vis (non incluse) avec la tête de vis sortant d’environ 3,5
mm du mur.

NORMALMODUS
Im Normalmodus wird die aktuelle Uhrzeit in der ersten
Zeile der LCD-Anzeige dargestellt. Die zweite Zeile zeigt
die aktuelle Innentemperatur und die dritte Zeile die aktuelle
Außentemperatur an.
BATTERIEN EINLEGEN / WECHSELN
Das Thermometer benötigt zwei Batterien des Typs UM-4
oder “AAA” (1,5V DC). Befolgen Sie diese Schritte, um die
Batterien einzulegen / zu wechseln:
1. Entfernen Sie die Batterifachabdeckung auf der
Rückseite des Geräts, indem Sie vorsichtig an der
Pfeilmarkierung nach unten drücken, und den Deckel
nach unten hin öffnen.
2. Legen Sie neue Batterien ein. Achten Sie auf die im
Batteriefach gekennzeichneten Polaritätssymbole.
3. Schließen Sie das Batteriefach wieder.
UHR
1. Drücken Sie im Normalmodus 2 Sekunden lang auf
[MODE]. Die Ziffern der Uhrzeit und “:” beginnen zu
blinken; dies gibt an, dass der Einstellungsmodus für die
Uhrzeit aktiviert wurde.
2. Stellen Sie Stunde und Minute ein, indem Sie jeweils auf
[HR] [MIN] oder drücken.
3. Drücken Sie erneut auf [MODE], um die Einstellung zu
bestätigen.
HINWEIS Die Einstellung der Uhrzeit wird deaktiviert,
wenn die Taste MODE gedrückt wird.
ALARMZEIT
1. Drücken Sie im Normalmodus auf MODE, um den
Alarmmodus aufzurufen.
2. Drücken Sie erneut auf MODE und halten Sie die Taste 2
Sekunden lang gedrückt, um den Alarmeinstellungsmodus
aufzurufen.
3. Stellen Sie die Stunden- und Minutenwerte ein, indem
Sie jeweils auf HR oder MIN drücken.
4. Drücken Sie erneut auf MODE, um die Einstellung der
Alarmzeit zu bestätigen.
5. Verschieben die den Schalter ALARM ON/OFF auf der
Rückseite des Geräts, um die Alarmfunktion zu aktivieren
/ zu deaktivieren.[ ]erscheint auf der Anzeige und gibt
an, dass der Alarm aktiviert ist.
LICHT UND SNOOZE
1. Wenn die Taste gedrückt wird, bleibt [SNOOZE / LIGHT]
die Hintergrundbeleuchtung 5 Sekunden lang aktiviert;
danach schaltet sie sich ab, wenn keine weitere Taste
gedrückt wird.
2. Wenn der Alarm ertönt, wird die Hintergrundbeleuchtung
automatisch eingeschaltet; durch Drücken der Taste
[SNOOZE / LIGHT] wird die Schlummerfunktion
aktiviert.
DEN ALARM BEENDEN
Wenn der Alarm ertönt, drücken Sie eine beliebige Taste
(mit Ausnahme von ), um den Alarm [SNOOZE / LIGHT]
vollständig zu beenden.
SPEICHER FÜR AUSSEN- UND INNENTEMPERATUR
1. Drücken Sie im Normalmodus (Abb. A) einmal auf [MEM /
CLEAR], um die maximale Außen- und Innentemperatur
anzuzeigen. (Abb. B)
2. Drücken Sie erneut auf die Taste, um die minimale
Innen- und Außentemperatur anzuzeigen. (Abb. C)
3. Drücken Sie die Taste ein drittes Mal, um zum
Normalmodus zurückzukehren, und die aktuelle
Uhrzeit und die aktuelle Innen- und Außentemperatur
anzuzeigen. (Abb. A)

DEN TEMPERATURSPEICHER LÖSCHEN
Halten Sie 2 Sekunden lang gedrückt. [MEM / CLEAR]
Damit wird der Speicher für die Außen- und Innentemperatur
auf die aktuelle Temperatur gelöscht.
MESSEINHEITEN FÜR TEMPERATUR
Um die Messwerte der Temperatur auszuwählen,
verschieben Sie den Schalter °C / °F nach oben (Grad
Celsius), oder nach unten (Grad Fahrenheit).
FORMAT FÜR STUNDENANZEIGE
Um das Format der Stundenanzeige auszuwählen,
verschieben Sie den Schalter nach oben (12-[12 / 24HR]
Stunden-Format), oder nach unten (24-Stunden-Format).
DAS GERÄT ZURÜCKSETZEN
Falls Ihre Uhr / Ihr Thermometer nicht ordnungsgemäß
funktioniert, setzen Sie das Gerät zurück, indem Sie auf die
Taste drücken, die sich innerhalb des Batteriefachs RESET
befindet.
DEN ÄUSSEREN MESSFÜHLER BEFESTIGEN
Befolgen Sie diese Schritte, um den äußeren Messfühler
zu befestigen:
1. Drehen Sie eine Schraube (nicht im Lieferumfang
enthalten) in die Wand, wo der Draht des externen
Messfühlers befestigt werden soll.
2. Stecken Sie den externen Messfühler auf die
Drahtbefestigung.
3. Legen Sie das Kabel des äußeren Messfühlers (3 m)
und die Basiseinheit an die gewünschte Stelle.

HINWEIS Platzieren Sie den äußeren Messfühler
außerhalb von direkter Sonnenbestrahlung und heftigem

DAS GERÄT AUF EINEN TISCH STELLEN
Klappen Sie den Kunststoffständer auf der Rückseite
des Thermometers aus, um das Gerät auf eine ebene
Oberfläche (z.B. einen Tisch) zu stellen.
DAS GERÄT AN DER WAND MONTIEREN
Sie können Ihr Thermometer auch an der Wand befestigen,
indem Sie eine Schraube (nicht im Lieferumfang) in die Wand
schrauben, bis noch etwa 3,5 mm des Schraubenkopfs
hervorsteht.

VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN
• Setzen Sie das Gerät keiner extremen Gewalteinwirkung
und keinen Stößen aus, und halten Sie es von
übermäßigem Staub, Hitze oder Feuchtigkeit fern.
• Sie dürfen die Belüftungsöffnungen nicht mit Gegenständen
abdecken, wie z.B. Zeitungen, Vorhänge, usw.
• Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser. Falls Sie
eine Flüssigkeit über das Gerät verschütten, trocknen
Sie es sofort mit einem weichen, fusselfreien Tuch.
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls mit scheuernden
oder ätzenden Mitteln.
• Machen Sie sich nicht an den internen Komponenten
des Geräts zu schaffen, da dies zum Verlust der
Garantie führen kann.
• Verwenden Sie nur neue Batterien. Verwenden Sie
keinesfalls neue und alte Batterien gemeinsam.
