Dit systeem is ontworpen voor een loopband. De handleiding bestaat uit
de volgende hoofdstukken:
• Knopfuncties
• De schermen
• Werkingsinstructies
Knopfuncties
Er zijn in totaal 16 knoppen aanwezig, waaronder 1 veiligheidssleutel, 9
functieknoppen, en 6 Quick Speed knoppen (sneltoetsen).
A. Veiligheidssleutel:
De computer en de loopband werken alleen indien de veiligheidssleutel
bevestigd is. Zodra de veiligheidssleutel verwijderd wordt, zullen zowel
computer als loopband stoppen met functioneren.
B. Functieknoppen:
1. Warm up:
Dit is een programma dat 5 minuten duurt. In de STOP status kunt u
deze knop indrukken om het WARM UP programma te selecteren.
Nadat de knop is ingedrukt, zal de helling van de loopband naar 0 gaan
en zal de loopband beginnen te werken. Wij raden u aan het WARM UP
programma te gebruiken voor het trainen. Het kan u meer energie
geven voor een betere training. Een warming-up wordt vrijwel altijd
gedaan voor een training of activiteit, om de prestaties te verbeteren
en om blessures te voorkomen. De theorie achter warming-ups is dat
