BATTERY OPERATION
To use the radio insert 2 × LR6 batteries into the compart-“ ”
ment (9). Be sure that the batteries are inserted correctly to
avoid damage to the appliance. Remove the batteries when
the radio will not be used for a long period of time, as this will
cause leakage to the batteries and subsequently damage to
your radio. To obtain maximum battery performance, we
recommend using "ALKALINE" batteries.
RADIO OPERATION
1. -Turn the “ON OFF SWITCH clockwise to switch the ” (3)
unit ON.
2. Select the radio band using the BAND SELECTOR“ ” (7).
3. Turn the TUNING KNOB to select your favourite radio “ ” (6)
station.
4. Turn the VOLUME KNOB to the desired volume level.“ ” (3)
5. -For FM reception there is a built in telescopic antenna.
Unwrap the antenna (8) and extend it fully. You may need
to adjust the position of the antenna to get the best recep-
tion.
6. Turn the volume down completely using VOLUME KNOB/“
ON- OFF SWITCH to switch the unit OFF.” (3)
HEADPHONES
For private listening this radio is equipped with a 3.5 mm
headphones socket (4).

STROMQUELLE
Um das Radio legen Sie 2 × LR6 Batterien in das Batteriefach „ “-
(9) ein. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Batterien richtig eingelegt
sind, um Schäden am Gerät zu vermeiden. Entfernen Sie die
Batterien, wenn das Gerät für längere Zeit nicht verwendet wird,
da dies zu einer Leckage an den Batterien führen und in der
Folge zu Ihr Radio beschädigen kann.
Um eine maximale Batterieleistung zu erreichen, empfehlen wir
die Verwendung von "ALKALINE" Batterien.
RADIO BENUTZEN
1. - -Drehen Sie LAUTSTÄRKEREGLER / EIN AUS TASTE (3) im
Uhrzeigersinn um das Gerät wieder einschalten.
2. Mit BANDWAHLSCHALTER (7) können Sie zwischen FM/MW/
SW1 7A wählen..-
3. -Drehen Sie am TUNING KNOP (6), um Ihren gewünschten
Radiosender auszuwählen.
4. -Drehen Sie den LAUTSTÄRKEREGLER/AN/AUS TASTE (3)
auf die gewünschte Lautstärke.
5. -Für den UKW Empfang ist eine Teleskopantenne eingebaut
(8). Packen Sie die UKW Antenne und erweitern sie vollstän--
dig. Unter Umständen müssen Sie die Position der Antenne
verändern, um einen optimalen Empfang zu erhalten.
6. Reduzieren Sie die Lautstärke vollständig LAUTSTÄRKERE-
GLER / EIN TASTE (3) mit dem Gerät auszuschalten.-AUS-
KOPFHÖRER
Dieses Gerät ist mit einer 3.5 mm Kopfhörer Buchse (4) ausge--
stattet.

SOURCE D ALIMENTATION’
Pour utiliser la radio, insérer 2 piles "LR6" dans le compartiment
(9). S'assurer que les piles sont correctement insérées pour
éviter d'endommager l'appareil. Retirer les piles lorsque la radio
ne sera pas utilisée pendant une longue période de temps, car
cela causera des fuites dans les piles et endommagera la radio.
Pour obtenir une performance maximale des batteries, nous
recommandons d'utiliser des batteries "ALKALINE".
ECOUTE DE LA RADIO
1. Tourner BOUTON DE VOLUME/INTERRUPTEUR (3) vers la
droite pour allumer l'appareil.
2. -Sélectionnez entre FM / MW / SW1 7 utilisant COMMUTA-
TEUR DE BANDE (7).
3. Tournez CONTRÔLEUR DE FRÉQUENCE (6) pour sélec-
tionner la station de radio souhaitée.
4. Tourner BOUTON DE VOLUME/INTERRUPTEUR (3) au
volume désiré.
5. Pour la réception FM, il est intégré une antenne télescopique
(8). Dérouler l'antenne et l'étendre à sa pleine mesure. Tour-
nez l'antenne pour trouver la position qui permet la meilleure
réception.
6. Abaisser le volume à l'aide BOUTON DE VOLUME/
INTERRUPTEUR (3) pour éteindre l'appareil.
ÉCOUTEURS
Pour permettre l'écoute privé, l'appareil est doté d'une entrée
pour écouteurs stéréo de 3.5 mm (4).
