IT - ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO ANTA LUNGA

1) Appoggiare la dima in cartoncino sulla parte interna del pannello, centrare la dima sul pannello

(fig. 1, 2, 3)

2) Installazione:

fig. 1a – standard: fare coincidere il bordo superiore della dima con il bordo superiore del pannello (con

filo superiore anta allineato al filo superiore del frontalino lavastoviglie)

1b – personalizzata: posizionare la dima in corrispondenza della quota “B” (come indicato nello

schema in prima pagina)

3) Verificare il corretto posizionamento della dima in cartoncino, quindi tracciare tutti i punti in cui forare il

pannello (fig. 4, 5, 6)

4) Eseguire i pre-fori sul pannello utilizzando una punta Ø 2,5 mm quindi praticare i fori per le boccole con

una punta Ø 6 mm fino ad una profondità di 10-12 mm MAX. (fig. 7)

5) Eseguire i pre-fori nella parte inferiore del pannello utilizzando una punta Ø 1 mm fino ad una

profondità di 10-12 mm MAX; è consigliato eseguire almeno due pre-fori (fig. 8)

6) Applicare le bussole (A) sul pannello, avvitandole fino a portarle a filo con la superificie del pannello

stesso (fig. 9, 10)

7) Applicare nella parte inferiore del pannello gli inserti in plastica (I) e fissarli utilizzando le 8 viti a testa

svasata (H) (fig. 11)

8) Applicare gli inserti in plastica (B) utilizzando le viti (E) e le rondelle dentellate (D), senza stringere

completamente. Prima del serraggio definitivo dovrà essere eseguita una regolazione (fig. 14)

9) Posizionare la dima metallica a cavallo degli inserti in plastica (fig. 13) centrandola sul pannello, ed

inserire la base degli inserti in plastica nelle feritoie della dima stessa, fino ad appoggiarli (fig. 15, 16),

quindi stringere le viti. Ripetere l’operazione per i 2 inserti inferiori (fig. 18).

ATTENZIONE!: sotto agli inserti inferiori inserire i distanziali in plastica C (fig. 17).

10) Agganciare il pannello alla porta della lavastoviglie infilandovi gli inserti in plastica nelle asole presenti

sulla parte frontale della porta stessa (fig. 19, 20, 21).

ATTENZIONE: al termine dell’operazione verificare manualmente la scorrevolezza in verticale del

massello.

11) Infilare i supporti in plastica (G) in dotazione sugli inserti (I) già applicati sull’anta (fig. 22)

12) Collegare i braccetti delle cerniere con i supporti in plastica tramite le viti (L) (fig. 23, 24, 25)

13) Fissare le viti utilizzando il dado (M) (fig. 26)

14) Tenendo premuto il supporto verso il basso eseguire 3 pre-fori con una punta Ø 2,5 mm (fig. 27)

15) Completare il fissaggio dell’anta avvitando le viti (F) sull’inserto in plastica, avendo cura di inserirle nei

pre-fori appena eseguiti (fig. 28)

16) REGOLAZIONE TENSIONE MOLLE PORTA

La regolazione della “tensione” delle molle per l’apertura della porta si effettua ruotando la vite

accessibile dalla parte frontale del fianco della lavastoviglie, con l’ausilio di una chiave a brugola n°4

(fig. 29, 30)

17) MODELLI CON APERTURA AUTOMATICA

I modelli con apertura automatica sono dotati di una cordicella (raggiungibile dalla parte anteriore

anche in presenza dell’anta) che permette l’apertura della porta in assenza di alimentazione elettrica,

tirandola semplicemente verso il basso (fig. 31, 32)

18) Prima di montare l’anta è preferibile estrarre parzialmente (ruotandolo in senso antiorario) il pulsante di

apertura elettrica (fig. 33)

19) La regolazione fine del pulsante deve essere effettuata ad anta montata, utilizzando un cacciavite a

taglio, agendo sulla zigrinatura perimetrale del pulsante. (Rotazione antioraria = pulsante verso esterno

porta; Rotazione oraria = pulsante verso interno porta) (fig. 34, 35).

Per aprire la porta premere in alto centralmente l’anta fino al beep, quindi rilasciarla.

In caso di mancata apertura della porta, premere nuovamente dove indicato fino al beep, quindi

rilasciarla (fig. 34)

20) La lavastoviglie è dotata di una “sicurezza bambini”, se attivata, per aprire la porta tenere premuta

l’anta fino al 3° beep, quindi rilasciarla immediatamente. Rilasciando l’anta prima, oppure non

immediatamente dopo il 3° beep l’anta non si aprirà; sarà necessario ripetere l’operazione (fig. 36)

EN - LONG DOOR PANEL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1) Place the cardboard template on the inside of the panel and align it correctly (fig. 1, 2, 3)

2) Installation:

fig. 1a – standard: align the top edge of the template with the top edge of the panel (with the top edge

of the door panel aligned with the top edge of the dishwasher control panel)

1b – customised: position the template at distance “B” (as shown in the diagram on the first page)

3) Check that the cardboard template is correctly positioned, then mark all the points where holes have to

be drilled in the panel (fig. 4, 5, 6)

4) Make starter holes in the panel with a Ø 2.5 mm bit, then make the holes for the bushes with a Ø 6 mm

bit, drilling to a depth of . (fig. 7) 10-12 mm MAX

5) Make starter holes in the bottom of the panel with a Ø 1 mm bit, drilling to a depth of ; 10-12 mm MAX

at least two starter holes are recommended (fig. 8)

6) Fit the bushes (A) onto the panel, screwing them down until they are level with the surface of the panel

itself (fig. 9, 10)

7) Fit the plastic inserts (I) into the bottom of the panel and secure them with the 8 flathead screws

provided (H) (fig. 11)

8) Fit the plastic inserts (B) using the screws (E) and the toothed washers (D), without tightening

completely. Adjustment will be required before the screws are tightened completely (fig. 14)

9) Place the metal template across the plastic inserts (fig. 13), aligning it so that it is centred on the panel,

and push the bases of the plastic inserts into the slots in the template until they make contact (fig. 15,

16), then tighten the screws. Repeat the operation for the 2 bottom inserts (fig. 18).

WARNING!: fit the plastic spacers C (fig. 17) underneath the bottom inserts.

10) Connect the panel to the door of the dishwasher by inserting the plastic inserts into the slots provided

on the front of the door (fig. 19, 20, 21).

WARNING: when done, check by hand that the door panel slides up and down.

11) Fit the plastic supports (G) provided onto the inserts (I) already fitted to the door panel (fig. 22)

12) Connect the arms of the hinges to the plastic supports using the screws (L) (fig. 23, 24, 25)

13) Fix the screws using the nuts (M) (fig. 26)

14) Keeping the support pressed down drill 3 starter holes with a Ø 2.5 mm bit (fig. 27)

15) Finish fixing the door panel by tightening the screws (F) on the plastic insert, taking care to fit them into

the starter holes just drilled (fig. 28)

16) ADJUSTING THE DOOR SPRING TENSION

The tension of the springs which open the door is adjusted by turning the screw accessible from the

front of the dishwasher side panel, with the aid of a number 4 Allen key (fig. 29, 30)

17) MODELS WITH AUTOMATIC OPENING

Models with automatic opening have a string (accessible from the front even when the door panel is

fitted) which allows the door to be opened when the appliance is not receiving electrical power, by just

pulling it down (fig. 31, 32)
