Bedienung
• Drehen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel auf.
• Legen Sie die beigefügte Batterie, 1,5 V AAA, ein. Achten Sie auf die richtige Polarität
beim Einlegen der Batterie, +Pol nach außen.
• Schließen Sie das Batteriefach wieder.
• Halten Sie die Taste „P/∆“ für 5 Sekunden gedrückt, das Gerät ist jetzt betriebsbereit.
• Das Display zeigt die momentan gemessene Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit an.
• Bei erneutem Drücken der Taste „P/ “ (5 Sek.) schaltet sich das Gerät aus. ∆
• Bei Nichtbenutzung schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch nach 10 Minuten aus.
Max-Min-Modus
• Drücken Sie die „MAX/MIN”-Taste (0,5 Sek.) und es erscheint die höchste Temperatur
und Luftfeuchtigkeit. Im Display erscheint „MAX“.
• Durch nochmaliges Drücken (0,5 Sek.) werden die tiefsten Werte angezeigt. Im Display
erscheint „MIN“.
• Drücken Sie noch einmal die „MAX/MIN“ Taste (0,5 Sek.). Auf dem Display erscheinen
die aktuellen Temperatur- und Luftfeuchtigkeitswerte.
• Drücken Sie die „P/ “ Taste (0,5 Sek.) im jeweiligen MAX/MIN-Modus und der Speicher∆
wird gelöscht.
Differenz-Modus
• Durch Drücken der „P/ “ Taste (0,5 Sek.) können Sie sich den Temperatur- und Luft-∆
feuchtigkeitsunterschied zu den aktuellen Werten bei Aktivierung des Moduses anzei-
gen lassen. Im Display erscheint „ “. ∆
°C/°F-Funktion
• Drücken Sie mit einem spitzen Gegenstand auf den Umschalter °C/°F (Öffnung Rück-
seite) und Sie können zwischen °C (Grad Celcius) und °F (Grad Fahrenheit) als Maßein-
heiten für die Temperatur wählen.

Luftfeuchtigkeit: 20%....95% r.F.
Genauigkeit Temperatur: ±1,0°C (2,0°F)
Luftfeuchtigkeit: ±3% r.F. bei 30%...80% r.F. ansonsten ±5%r.F.
Arbeitstemperatur: 0....40°C (32...104°F)
Arbeitsluftfeuchtigkeit: < 80 %r.F.
Aufbewahrungstemperatur: -10....60°C (14...140°F)
Aufbewahrungsluftfeuchte: < 70 % r.F.
Batterie: 1,5 V AAA (inklusive)
Batteriewechsel
• Tauschen Sie die Batterie aus, wenn die Anzeige schwächer wird.
•Achtung: Bei Batteriewechsel muss das Gerät ausgeschaltet sein.
• Verwenden Sie Alkaline Batterien. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Batterie polrichtig ein-
gelegt ist. Schwache Batterien sollten möglichst schnell ausgetauscht werden, um ein
Auslaufen der Batterien zu vermeiden. Batterien enthalten gesundheitsschädliche Säu-
ren. Beim Hantieren mit ausgelaufenen Batterien beschichtete Handschuhe und Schutz-
brille tragen!
Achtung:
Bitte entsorgen Sie Altgeräte und leere Batterien nicht über den Hausmüll. Geben Sie
diese bitte zur umweltgerechten Entsorgung beim Handel oder entsprechenden Sam-
melstellen gemäß nationaler oder lokaler Bestimmungen ab.
Instandhaltung
• Bewahren Sie Ihr Gerät an einem trockenen Platz auf.
• Setzen Sie das Gerät keinen extremen Temperaturen, Vibrationen und Erschütterungen
aus.
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem weichen, leicht feuchten Tuch. Keine Scheuer- oder
Lösungsmittel verwenden!
• Bitte führen sie eine Neuinbetriebnahme durch, wenn das Gerät nicht einwandfrei
funktioniert. Tauschen Sie die Batterie aus.

Operation
• Twist the battery compartment off.
• Insert the attached battery 1.5 V AAA, observing the correct polarity, +-pole to the top.
• Close the battery compartment again.
• Hold “P/ “button for 5 seconds, the unit is now ready to use.∆
• The actual temperature and humidity are shown on the display.
• Press the “P/ “button (5 Sec.) again and the instrument turns off. ∆
• When the instrument is not used, it will automatically switch off after approx. 10 minutes.
Min/Max mode
• Press the “MAX/MIN” button (0.5 sec.) and the highest temperature and humidity
values are displayed. “MAX” appears on the display.
• Press the “MAX/MIN” button (0.5 sec.) again, the display shows the lowest values.
“MIN” appears on the display.
• Press “MAX/MIN” button (0.5 sec.) again. The actual temperature and humidity will
appear on the display.
• Hold “MAX/MIN” button (0.5 sec.) to clear the recorded maximum and minimum reading.
Difference mode
• Press “P/ ”button (0.5 sec.) to show the temperature and humidity difference to the∆
values measured in advance. “∆” appears on the display.
°C/°F function
• Use a pin to press the °C/°F switch inside the rear opening and the temperature unit can
be changed from °C (grade Celsius) to °F (grade Fahrenheit).

Battery replacement
• Replace the battery when the display becomes weak.
•Attention: Confirm the unit is powered off before changing battery.
• Use alkaline batteries only. Observe correct polarity. Low batteries should be changed
soon to avoid the damage resulting from a leaking battery. Batteries contain harmful
acids. Wear protective glasses and gloves when handling with leaked batteries.
Attention:
Please do not dispose of old electronic devices and empty batteries in household waste.
To protect the environment, take them to your retail store or to nearest civic amenity
site to be disposed of according to national or local regulations.
Maintenance
• Keep the instrument in a dry place.
• Do not expose the instrument to extreme temperatures, vibration or shock.
• Clean it with a soft damp cloth. Do not use solvents or scouring agents.
• Please reset the instrument and follow the battery installation procedure if the instru-
ment does not work properly. Change the battery.

Utilisation
• Tourner le couvercle de compartiment à pile.
• Insérer la batterie 1,5 V AAA, polarité +/- comme illustrée, +pôle dirigé vers le haute.
• Refermer le couvercle du logement de batterie.
• Tenir la touche «P/ » pendant 5 secondes, l´instrument est maintenant prêt à fonc-∆
tionner.
• La température et l'humidité actuelle s’affichent à l’écran.
• Appuyez encore la touche «P/ » (5 sec.) pour éteindre l'appareil. ∆
• Quand on n’utilise pas l’appareil, il s’arrête de lui-même après environ 10 minutes.
Mode Max/Min
• En pressant la touche «MAX/MIN» (0,5 sec.) apparaît la température et l’humidité maxi-
male. «MAX» apparaît sur l'affichage.
• En pressant encore une fois la touche «MAX/MIN» (0,5 sec.) apparaît les valeurs mini-
males. «MIN» apparaît sur l'affichage.
• Appuyer encore une fois sur la touche «MAX/MIN» (0,5 sec.). La température et l'humi-
dité actuelle s’affichent à l’écran.
• Si la touche «MAX/MIN» reste appuyée pendant 0,5 secondes en même temps les valeurs
maximales et minimales sont affichées, les valeurs seront effacées.
Mode différence
• En pressant la touche «P/ » (0,5 sec.) vous pouvez rappeler la différence de température∆
et d'humidité comparée aux valeurs mesurées avant. « » apparaît sur l'affichage. ∆
Fonction °C/°F
• Appuyer avec un objet pointu le commutateur °C/°F (orifice revers) et l´affichage de la
température peut être ajusté en °C (degré Celsius) ou en °F (degré Fahrenheit).

Remplacement de batterie
• Veuillez échanger la batterie si l’affichage devient faible.
•Attention: Ne pas mettre en marche avant de changer la batterie.
• Utiliser des batteries alcalines. S'assurer que la batterie soit introduite avec la bonne
polarisation. Les batteries faibles doivent être changées le plus rapidement possible,
afin d'éviter une fuite des batteries. Les batteries contiennent des acides nocifs pour
la santé. Pour manipuler des batteries qui ont coulé, utiliser des gants spécialement
adaptés et porter des lunettes de protection !
Attention:
Les vieux appareils électroniques et piles usagées ne doivent pas être jetés dans les
détritus ménagers. Veuillez les rendre dans un site approprié de récupération pour les
enlever sous des conditions de milieu ou chez votre revendeur selon les spécifications
nationales et locales.
Entretien
• Conservez l'appareil dans un endroit sec.
• Evitez d’exposer l’appareil à des températures extrêmes, vibrations ou chocs.
• Pour le nettoyage, utilisez un chiffon doux humide. N’utilisez pas de dissolvants ou
d´agents abrasifs!
• Si l'appareil ne fonctionne pas correctement, procédez à une nouvelle mise en service.
Remplacez la batterie.
