OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING

Tip Over Hazard

installed.

Do not pushdown on opendoor.

Step 1.Prepare and

Load the Dishwasher

IMPORTANT:Remove

leftoverfood, bones,

toothpicks, andother hard

itemsfromdishes. Remove

labels fromcontainers before

washing.

Lower RackUpper RackTossandGo Rack

NOTE:Racksvary by model.

�Make sure when thedishwasher door isclosed that noitems are blockingthe

detergent dispenser.

�Items should be loadedwith soiled surfacesfacing down andinward toward

the spray, as shown inthe graphics above.

�Avoid overlappingitems like bowlsor plates thatmay trap food.

�Placeplastics, small plates,and glassesinupper rack.

NOTE:Silverware basketmay varyby model.

Step 2.Add Detergent

High-quality premeasuredtablets andpacks arerecommended forimproved performance.

Step 3.Add RinseAid

�Check the rinse aidindicator with thedoor down

(varies by model).Add rinse aidwhen indicator

drops to “Add” level or aboutevery 1 to3

months.

�Add rinse aid tohinged lid-style dispenserby

twisting the rinseaid cap 1/4turn clockwise to

open and liftoff. Pour rinse aidinto the opening

until the indicatorlevel is at“Full.” Replace the

rinse aid capand turn to“Lock.” Make surecap is

fully locked.

�Toaddrinse aidto sliding lid-styledispenser, open

the rinse dispenser lid by gentlypushing in the

center of thelid with yourthumb and pullingup on

the edge. Pourrinse aid intothe opening untilthe

dispenser is full.Then, close thedispenser by

pushing down gentlyon the lid.

Ifyou areexperiencing poordrying performance,you may

want totry ahigher setting.Turnthe arrowadjuster toa

higher numberto increasethe amountof rinseaid.

Rinse Filter Cup andPlate undercold water.

To removefilter,pull outlower rack,grasp FilterCup androtate

counterclockwise. Pullup toremove. Removethe FilterPlate. Rinseboth under

cold waterin sink.A softbrush canbe usedto remove stuckonfood. Replace

filter plate. Ensurefilterplate iscorrectly seatedunder tabs.To installfilter cup,

pushdown through opening. Turn clockwiseto seat.Filter cupwill clickin to

place whenseated properly. Donot operatedishwasher withloose ormissing

filters.

Adjusting Racks:

You can raise orlower themiddle rackto fit tall itemsin either

the middle orbottom rack.Adjusters arelocatedon eachside

of themiddle rack.To raisethe rack:Press bothrack adjuster

thumb leversand liftthe rack untilitis inthe upposition and

level. Tolower therack: Pressbothrackadjuster thumb

leversandslide the racktoitsdown position and level.

NOTE:The middle rack mustbe level.Remove dishesbefore

adjusting rack.
