Allgemeine Beschreibung
Der Magnetkontakt ist als Kombi-Kontakt vorgesehen. Er wird als Öffnungsmelder zur Überwachung von Türen, Gehäusen, Fenster usw. in
Gefahrenmeldeanlagen eingesetzt. Di en eine e Gehäusevarianten des Magnetsc Ein- und Aufbauversion gestatthalters inkl. des Magneten als
optimale Anpassung an das zu sichernde Objekt. Er ist sowohl für die Ein-, als auch für die Aufbaumontage geeignet. Die Aufbaugehäuse sind
so aufgebaut, dass der Kontakt in beide Richtungen eingebaut werden kann. Um eine magnetische Entkopplung bei ferromagnetischen
Objekten zu gewährleisten bzw. einen evtl. Höhenausgleich zu kompensieren, werden Distanzblöcke bei der Aufbauausführung mitgeliefert. Er
kann so auf eine Türzarge, einen Fensterstock oder auf die Standfläche eines zu überwachenden Objektes montiert werden, dass beim Öffnen
bzw. Abheben um mehr als 2 cm ein Alarm ausgelöst wird.
Achtung: Die maximale Kontaktbelastbarkeit ist 100V / 5W / 0,5 A. Der Kontakt ist in Ruhestellung (mit anliegendem Magnet) geschlossen
(NC).
Einbaumontage: Für die Einbaumontage der Kontakte sind sowohl für den Schalter, als
auch für den Magneten, Löcher der Größe (8,0 + 0,2) mm zu bohren. Der Schalter muss
sich leicht in die Bohrung einführen lassen jedoch so fest in der Bohrung sitzen, daß er
sich ohne technische Hilfsmittel nicht wieder entfernen lässt. Um Schäden zu vermeiden
darf, beim Einbau des Kontaktes keine Gewalt angewendet werden. Die Kontakte dürfen
nicht in ferromagnetische Materialien, sowie in Materialien mit ferromagnetischem Kern
eingebaut werden.
Aufbaumontage: Der Reedschalter bzw. der Magnet wird in das Aufbaugehäuse
eingesetzt. Für die Zuleitung wird aus dem Gehäuseoberteil an der vorgesehenen Stelle
die Aussparung ausgebrochen. Die Befestigungsschrauben werden mit den beigefügten
Abdeckkappen bzw. mit den Gehäuseoberteilen abgedeckt. Bei der Montage auf magnetisch leitendem Untergrund sind antimagnetische
Schrauben, sowie das Zubehör (Distanzblock) zu verwenden.
Entsorgung:
Geräte die so gekennzeichnet sind, dürfen nicht über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Entsorgen Sie das Produkt am Ende
seiner Lebensdauer gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Bitte wenden Sie sich an Ihren Händler bzw. entsorgen
Sie die Produkte über die kommunale Sammelstelle für Elektroschrott.
Installation guide
General description
The magnetic contact is designed as a combi contact. It is used as an opening detector for monitoring doors, housings, windows etc. in danger
detection systems. The housing variants of the magnetic switch including the magnets as built-in or surface-mounted version permit you to
optimally adapt installation to the object to be secured. It is suitable for both built-in and surface mounting. The surface-mounted housings are
designed so that the contact can be installed in both directions. To guarantee magnetic decoupling for ferromagnetic objects and to compensate
for unsuitable height, spacing blocks are supplied with the surface mounted version. It can be mounted to a door frame, window frame, or the
base of the object to be monitored such that an alarm is triggered when the object is opened or lifted off more than 2 cm.
Warning: The maximum contact load capacity is 100V / 5W / 0.5 A. The contact is closed (NC) in the idle state (magnet contact).
Built-in mounting: For the built-in contact version, holes (8 mm and 0.2 mm) have to
be drilled for the switch and magnets. The switch must fit easily into the hole but
tightly enough so that it cannot be removed without using technical means. To avoid
damage, do not use force when installing the contact. Contacts must not be built into
either ferromagnetic materials or materials with a ferromagnetic core.
Surface mounting: The reed switch or magnet is installed in the surfacing housing.
The opening for the lead-in is snapped out of the upper part of the housing where
indicated. The fastening screws are covered with the supplied cover caps and with
the upper parts of the housing. When mounting on a magnetically conducting
surface, anti-magnetic screws and spacing blocks are to be used.
Disposal:
Devices with this marking should not be put in the household garbage. Dispose of the product at the end of its lifetime according
to the applicable regulations.
