Sicherheitshinweise
Lesen Sie diese Betriebsanleitung genau durch und geben Sie die
Informationen daraus auch an mögliche andere Anwender des
Feuerlöschers weiter. Vor der Aufstellung / Montage am Bestimmungsort bzw. vor
der ersten Benutzung, Betriebsanleitung durchlesen.
• Vorrangig sind Nationale Vorschriften für den Betrieb von Feuerlöschern in der
jeweils gültigen Fassung zu beachten!
• Sofern es möglich ist, müssen die Anwender im Umgang mit Feuerlöschern
eingewiesen und auf Gefahren bei Missbrauch hingewiesen werden.
Kleinkinder von Feuerlöschern fernhalten!
• Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung laut aufgedrucktem Beschriftungsbild mit
Piktogrammen.
• Löschmittelstrahl nicht unmittelbar auf Personen richten. Ein Mindestabstand
von 1 Meter sollte beim Ablöschen brennender Personen eingehalten erden.
• Öffnen sowie Instandhaltungsarbeiten nur durch sachkundige Personen
(durch den Feuerlöscherhersteller speziell geschultes Personal z.B.
autorisierte Kundendienste) unter Einhaltung der neusten
Instandhaltungsanweisung.
• Die Lebensdauer des Gerätes muß durch den Betreiber aufgrund einer
Gefährdungsbeurteilung unter Berücksichtigung der Betriebsbedingungen
festgelegt werden. Aufgrund einer möglichen Materialermüdung empfehlen wir
dringend eine Lebensdauer von 20 Jahren nicht zu überschreiten.
• Feuerlöscher mit Manometer: Sofern sich die Druckanzeige im roten Bereich
befindet, ist dieser Löscher unverzüglich Instandzusetzen.
• Behälter kann unter Druck stehen, Feuerlöscher keiner Gewalteinwirkung von
außen aussetzen, nicht gewaltsam öffnen.
• Beschädigte oder korrodierte Behälter oder Armaturen durch eine sachkundige
Person ersetzen lassen.
• Es dürfen keine Veränderungen durch z.B. Schweißen oder Löten am Behälter
durchgeführt werden.
• Feuerlöscher sauber halten, keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel verwenden,
nur mit einem feuchten Tuch reinigen.
• Behälter darf nur als Feuerlöscherbehälter Verwendung finden.
• Nicht direkter Sonneneinstrahlung und -einwirkung aussetzen.
• Löschmittel und kpl. entleerte drucklose Feuerlöscher nur durch anerkannte
Entsorgungsunternehmen entsorgen lassen.
• Feuerlöscher in Fahrzeugen immer fest anbringen. Nur vom Hersteller
empfohlene Halter verwenden. Die Feuerlöscher so befestigen, dass sie durch
die zu erwartenden Vibrationen bzw. Bewegungen nicht beschädigt werden
oder gar aus der Halterung fallen können.
• Feuerlöscher nur mit Betriebsanleitung an Dritte weitergeben!
• Feuerlöscher ab Behälter Ø 150 mm: Es sind max. 500 Lastwechsel (0 bar bis
23 bar) zulässig.
• Feuerlöscher bis Behälter Ø 110 mm: Es sind max. 500 Lastwechsel (0 bar bis
18,5 bar) zulässig.
Funktionstechnische Daten zu dem Feuerlöscher mit
Löschmittel (Anwenderdaten)
Funktionstemperaturbereich (Löschmittelbezogen), Nennbetriebsdruck
(Dauerdrucklöscher) bei +20°C: siehe Beschriftungsbild / Pictogramm
oder Treibgasmasse (Aufladefeuerlöscher): siehe Beschriftungsbild / Pictogramm
Die auf dem Beschriftungsbild angegebenen gerätebezogenen Daten wie
Funktionsbereich, Nennbetriebsdruck, Löschmittelmenge, Treibgasmasse bzw. -
Druck gelten für den betriebsbereiten Feuerlöscher mit Löschmittel. Die
aufgeführten Werte sind unbedingt zu beachten und dürfen auf keinen Fall über-
bzw. unterschritten werden! Das Herstelljahr und die Herstellnummer siehe
Prägung des Behälters.

Safety Information
Carefully read all the way through these operating instructions and pass
on the enclosed information to any other possible users or owners of the
fire extinguisher. Read these instructions carefully before setting up or installing
the fire extinguisher at the place of use and before using it for the first time.
• National regulations for the operation of fire extinguishers in their latest version
have to be observed as a matter of priority.
• If possible, users of fire extinguishers must be suitably instructed how to use
and made aware of any potential dangers from misuse. Keep small children
away from fire extinguishers!
• Appropriate use is explained by the lettering plate with pictogram-style
explanations.
• Do not direct the jet of extinguishing agent directly at another person. Stand
back at least 1 meter when spraying a person who is on fire.
• Only persons with suitable specialist knowledge (persons specially
trained by the manufacturer, e.g. authorized after-sales services) may
open or service the fire extinguisher obeying the latest instructions for
maintenance.
• The service life of the unit must be determined by the owner on the basis of a
hazard assessment, taking account of the operating conditions. Due to possible
material fatigue, we urgently recommend that a service life of 20 years should
not be exceeded.
• Extinguishers with pressure gauge: If the pressure display is in the red area the
extinguisher has to be rectified immediately.
• The tank can be under pressure, do not subject the fire extinguisher to external
force, do not open it forcibly.
• Damaged or corroded tanks or fittings must be depressurized by an authorized
person.
• It is not allowed to make any changes to the tank, for example, by welding or
soldering.
• Keep the fire extinguisher clean, do not use aggressive cleaning agents, only
clean it with a damp cloth.
• The tank may only be used as a fire extinguisher tank.
• Do not subject it to direct sunlight.
• Only dispose of the extinguishing agent and the fully emptied and
depressurized fire extinguisher through an authorized waste disposal company.
• Fire extinguisher in vehicles must always be securely fastened down. The fire
extinguisher must be held in its special holder in such a way that it is not
damaged by normal vibration or movements, nor can it fall out of the holder.
• Only pass on this fire extinguisher to a third party if these operating instructions
are included!
• Extinguishers from body shell Ø 150 mm up: Full pressure change 0 bar to 23
bar, max. 500 load cycles.
• Extinguishers up to a body shell Ø 110 mm: Full pressure change 0 bar to 18,5
bar, max. 500 load cycles.

Functional temperature range (related to extinguishing agent): see printed plate /
pictogram
Nominal rated operating pressure (sustained pressure extinguisher) at +20°C or
amount of propellant gas (pressurized fire extinguisher): see printed plate /
pictogram.
The data given on the lettering plate related to the unit in question, such as the
area of function, nominal rated operating pressure, amount of extinguishing agent,
amount of propellant gas or pressure apply to the fire extinguisher with
extinguishing agent and ready for use. The values given here must be followed
without fail, neither more nor less under any circumstances! Year of production
and production number see embossing of body shell.

Lisez soigneusement ces instructions et transmettez ces informations aux
autres utilisateurs éventuels de cet extincteur. Lire ces instructions de
service avant la mise en place / le montage à l'endroit prévu et avant la première
utilisation.
• Les dernières réglementations du pays doivent être prioritairement respectés
pour le service des extincteurs.
• S'il est possible, les utilisateurs doivent être initiés à l'utilisation de l'extincteur et
informés des dangers en cas d'emploi incorrect. Ne pas mettre les extincteurs à
la portée des petits enfants !
• Utilisation conforme à l'emploi prévu suivant l'illustration avec les
pictogrammes.
• Ne pas diriger le jet du produit d'extinction directement sur des personnes. Il
faut respecter une distance minimale d'un mètre pour l'extinction de personnes
en flammes.
• L’ouverture et les entretiens ne doivent être réalisés que par des monteurs
professionnels (du personnel formé par le fabricant des extincteurs, p. ex. des
services autorisés) suivant les dernières réglementations pour la maintenance
et la vérification.
• La durée de vie de l’appareil doit être fixée par l’exploitant après une estimation
des risques en tenant compte des conditions de service. En raison d’une
éventuelle fatigue du matériel, nous recommandons instamment de ne pas
dépasser une durée de vie de 2
0 ans.
• Extincteurs avec manomètres: Si l’affichage de pression se trouve dans la zone
rouge, l’extincteur doit être tester immédiatement.
• Le réservoir peut être sous pression, ne pas soumettre l'extincteur à des
violences extérieures, ne pas l'ouvrir de force.
• Remplacer les réservoirs ou robinetteries endommagés ou corrodés par un
professionnel.
• Il ne faut pas modifier le réservoir p. ex. par soudage ou brasage.
• Maintenir propre l'extincteur, ne pas utiliser de détergents agressifs, ne le
nettoyer qu'avec un chiffon humide.
• Le réservoir ne doit être utiliser que comme extincteur.
• Ne pas exposer directement aux rayons du soleil.
• Ne faire évacuer le produit d’extinction et l'extincteur vidé complètement et
décompressé que par une entreprise appropriée reconnue.
• Fixer toujours les extincteurs dans les véhicules. Les extincteurs doivent être
fixés dans des supports spéciaux de manière à ne pas pouvoir être
endommagées et à ne pas pouvoir tomber à cause des vibrations et des
déplacements.
• Ne transmettre l'extincteur à un tiers qu'avec ces instructions de service !
• Extincteurs avec des récipients à partir de Ø 150 mm: Changement de pression
de 0 bar à 23 bars, maxi. 500 alternances d'effort
• Extincteurs avec des récipients jusqu’à Ø 110 mm. Changement de pression de
0 bar à 18,5 bars, maxi. 500 alternances d'effort

Les données relatives à l'appareil, indiquées sur l'illustration, telles que plage de
fonctionnement, pression nominale de service, volume du produit d'extinction,
masse ou pression du gaz propulseur sont valables pour l'extincteur à produit
d'extinction prêt à l'emploi. Les valeurs mentionnées doivent être obligatoirement
respectées, elles ne doivent en aucun cas être dépassées ! Date et numéro de
production voir frappe de la cuve.
