Please insert batteries before using
the monitor!
Now please enter the date and time
For the monitor to record your blood
pressure values correctly, sit down and
relax before each measurement.
The monitor must come to sit approx.
1 cm from your wrist and is at the same
height as your heart.
The device launches a fully automatic
measurement. Please do not move or
talk while the measurement is taken.
Now you can read your blood pressure
values and your pulse frequency on
the display.
Press the
button to start the
measurement.
Shut the monitor down by pressing
the
button.
