ATTENTION: With the key out of the
ignition, disconnect the negative battery
terminal before installing this product. Ensure
that all installation connections, especially the
air bag indicator lights, are plugged in before
reconnecting the battery or cycling the ignition
to test this product.
NOTE: Refer also to the instructions included
with the aftermarket radio.

CONNECTIONS
The AXBUCH-T16V can be connected two different ways:
To retain the factory backup camera to an aftermarket radio, connect as indicated:
• wire to chassis ground, and also to the wire of the AXCSD-6V.Black Black
• Yellow wire to the wire of the AXCSD-6V.Blue/Red
• Reverse wire from the aftermarket radio, to the reverse signal in the vehicle, and also to
the wire of the AXCSD-6V.Blue/White
• Yellow RCA jack (male) to the rear camera input of the aftermarket radio.
• Disregard the loose wire, it will not be used in this application. Green/Purple
To allow an aftermarket camera to be added to the OEM screen:
• wire to the ground wire of the aftermarket camera.Black
• Power wire of the aftermarket camera to accessory power.
• Tape off and disregard the Yellow wire, it will not be used in this application.
• Yellow RCA (female) jack to the aftermarket camera.
• The AXCSD-6V 12-volt to 6-volt converter will not be used in this application.

The following (2) steps are only required if a wire is not present in the factory harness.
*Except Avalon 2013-2014 and Venza 2013-2014
• If a wire is not present in pin-2 of the 28-pin connector of the factory radio, unplug the
connector, then insert the metal pin of the loose wire into it.Green/Purple Connect the
harness back into the radio.
• Connect the other end of the loose wire to the reverse wire of the vehicle.Green/Purple
This is the wire view of the connector in the vehicle.
