Attach the two Intel mounting brackets
(4) to the underside of the CPU cooler
using the M3x3 screws (10).
Installation der Montagebrücken
Bringen Sie die zwei Intel Montagebrücken
(4) mit Hilfe der M3x3 Schrauben (10) an
der Unterseite des Kühlers an.
Mounting the CPU cooler
First remove the protective foil from
the underside of the cooler. Spread the
thermal paste (14) on the surface of the
CPU. The amount supplied is suffi cient
for one or two applications.
Montage des CPU-Kühlers
Entfernen Sie zunächst die Schutzfolie
von der Unterseite des Kühlers. Tragen
Sie die Wärmeleitpaste (14) auf die
CPU-Oberfl äche auf. Der Inhalt reicht
für ca. 1 – 2 Anwendungen.

Für die Montage des Kühlers empfehlen wir die Installation
außerhalb des Gehäuses. Für einen Transport sollte der Kühler
ausgebaut werden.

First screw the spacer nuts (7) onto
the threads of the LGA 2011(-3) square
ILM socket frame. Use the hexagonal
wrench (13) for this.
Schrauben Sie zuerst die Distanzmuttern
(7) in die Gewinde des LGA 2011(-3)
Square ILM Sockelrahmens. Verwenden
Sie hierzu den Sechskant-Maulschlüssel
(13).

We recommend preparatory mounting of the cooler outside
the PC case for subsequent installation. The cooler should be
removed prior to transportation as well.

Es werden folgende Bauteile benötigt:

Position the cooler over the CPU. Platzieren Sie den Kühlkörper auf der
CPU.

Place the hexagonal nuts (8) over
the spacer nuts (7) and progressively
tighten these in a crosswise manner
until fi rm using the hexagonal wrench
(13).
Connect the fan to the CPU fan
connector on the motherboard.
Setzen Sie die Sechskant-Muttern (8)
auf die Distanzmuttern (7) und ziehen
Sie diese mit Hilfe des Maulschlüssels
(13) kreuzweise handfest an.
Verbinden Sie den Lüfter mit dem CPU-
