documentation in accordance with the material supplied for RISE, file reference5P04869, 7P06070.

Requirements

The Swedish Work Environment Authority’s Statute Book AFS 2004:3 Ladders and trestles, (RISE

certification rules SPCR 064), SS 2091 Edition 4 and EN 131 in accordance with the product list.

Marking

The products shall be marked with the RISE Type Examinationmark (example, see below), the number of

thiscertificate, name/logotype of holder of the certificate or manufacturer, product name, type of ladder

(according to SS 2091), year of manufacture (2 digits) and month(only for ladders) - alternativelyserial

number, and number of persons who may enter the product at the same time.

Validity

This type examination certificate is valid not later than2020-12-21.

Miscellaneous

This type examination certificate replaces prior certificate with the same number. The certificate was

originally issued 2005-06-28, by SP Technical ResearchInstitute of Sweden, who during 2017 has changed

its name to RISE Research Institutes of Sweden AB.
