Key Safe – Bedienungsanleitung
Sehr geehrter Kunde,
vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für den KEY SAFE
aus dem Hause BURG-WÄCHTER entschieden
haben. Der KEY SAFE ermöglicht eine sichere
Aufbewahrung von Schlüsseln jeglicher Art
und/oder anderen Wertgegenständen.
Wichtig: Bitte lesen Sie die gesamte
Bedie nungsanleitung bevor Sie mit der
Montage bzw. mit der Codeumstellung
beginnen.
Wir wünschen Ihnen Sicherheit und Lebens-
qualität mit Ihrem KEY SAFE.
Ihre BURG-WÄCHTER KG
Öffnen
Schieben Sie die Schutzklappe nach unten, um
die Einstellräder und den Türöffner freizulegen.
Stellen Sie die 4 Zahlenräder auf die vor -
eingestellte Kombination, greifen Sie das
Gehäuse außen und ziehen Sie das Oberteil
des KEY SAFES zu sich.
Umstellung der Zahlenkombination
1. Öffnen Sie den KEY SAFE, indem Sie den
gültigen Öffnungscode einstellen (Werks ein-
stellung “0 - 0 - 0 - 0“) und das Oberteil zu
sich hinziehen.
2. Schieben Sie den Resetpin nach links unten
wie durch den Pfeil angezeigt. (Abb. 2).
3. Stellen Sie einen neuen Öffnungscode über
die Zahlenräder ein. Vergewissern Sie sich,
dass die Zahlen mittig positioniert und spürbar
eingerastet sind.
Sollten Sie den Öffnungscode verlieren,
ist ein Öffnen des KEY SAFE nicht mehr
möglich!
4. Schieben Sie den Resetpin wieder in die
Ausgangsposition zurück.
5. Schließen Sie das Oberteil und überprüfen
Sie die Funktion.
Schließen
Nach dem Schließen des Oberteils müssen
die Zahlenrollen verstellt werden.
Es wird empfohlen, die Zahlenrollen
wöchentlich einmal zu drehen.
Irrtum und Änderungen vorbehalten.
Attention: If the code gets lost the
opening of the KEY SAFE is impossible.
4. Return the reset pin to the original position.
5. Close the lid and check the operation of the
box using the new combination.
To lock
The combination must be scrambled by
rotating the 4 digit rolls.
Maintenance:
It is recommended the digit rolls are rotated
weekly to keep them moving freely.
Errors and changes reserved.

keys and / or other valuables.
Important: Please read the entire User
Manual before you start to mount the
device and before resetting.

To Open
Slide shutter door down to reveal the dials and
the door release button. Rotate all 4 dials to
the pre-set combination, grasp the sides on
the top section of the box and pull lid towards
you.
Resetting Combination
1. Open the KEY SAFE using the secret number
(the factory preset is “0 - 0 - 0 - 0”).
2. Slide the reset pin to the left and down as
per arrow (Fig 2) .
3. Rotate the 4 dials on the front to your new
secret combination. Ensure the numbers are
positioned centrally and have clicked into
position.
