Warnings
Avoid listening at extreme volumes,
particularly for prolonged periods of time
when using the product.
If you use the product at an excessively high
volume, you could permanently damage your
hearing. Listen at a moderate volume.
Audio warnings, alerts and environmental
noises may sound different when wearing the
product.
Be aware of how these signals differ in terms
of their sound so that you are able to recognize
the signals in corresponding situations.
Do not use the product when driving motor
vehicles, cycling, when operating machines or
in other situations where impaired awareness
of noises in your surroundings could pose a
risk to you or others. At the same time, also
observe the legal regulations and provisions in
the country where you use the product.
To prevent malfunction or damage to the
product, avoid accidental falls, do not crush,
puncture or exercise a high level of pressure
on the product.
Keep the product away from humidity, water
or other liquids.
Do not store or expose your product to any
source of heat, direct sunlight, radiators,
stoves or other heat sources such as the
dashboard of your car in the summer.
Do not try to modify, repair or disassemble the
product.
Do not use a damaged product.
Do not under any circumstances use
aggressive cleaning agents, alcohol or other
chemical solutions for cleaning as they can
damage the housing or even impair the
functionality of the product.
Do not immerse the product in water or other
liquids.
¬ere are no serviceable parts inside the
product. Never open/disassemble it.
Keep the product out of reach of children.
Never allow children or persons with
disabilities to use electrical products without
supervision.
Make sure that children do not play with the
plastic wrapping.
¬ey may swallow it when playing and
suffocate.
Make sure children do not remove any small
parts from the product and play with them.
Charging
When using for the first time, charge the
battery to maximum capacity. To recharge,
plug the charging cable into the product's
charging port. e red light at the bottom of
the charging box indicates that charging is in
progress. When the light turns green, charging
of the charging box is complete.
It is possible to see the charging status of the
charging box by briefly pressing the button at
the bottom of the box.
Led indicator:
• Flashing red light: charge <20%
• Flashing orange light: charge between 20%
and 80%
• Flashing green light: charged> 80%
Once the earphones are placed inside the
charging box, charging will begin and a white
light will light up on each. When the white light
goes out, the earphones will be fully charged.
Turning on and pairing
e earphones, once you open the case, will
turn on automatically. e earphones must
be connected to the device within 5 minutes,
otherwise they will go into power saving
mode. To activate the pairing mode again,
simply place the earphones in the charging
case, close it and wait a few seconds before
reopening it, following the above procedure
again. Now activate the Bluetooth® function
on the device, search for TWS500, select it
once identified and connect it. You will hear
the "CONNECTED" sound when pairing is
completed. If prompted for a password, enter
"0000".
Automatic reconnection
Once the headset and device have been paired
once, they will automatically reconnect when
your device's Bluetooth® is turned on and
within range.
Reset:
It is possible to reset the product by pressing
the button at the bottom of the charging box
for 6 seconds. A flashing white light will come
on. When the light stops flashing, the reset is
complete.
MONO/STEREO function
You can use only one earbud to listen to
music and to take calls. is function (MONO
function) is available for both earbuds. To use
this function remove one earbud from the
charging box. To switch to the stereo mode,
remove at any time the second earbud.
Viceversa to switch to the mono mode, put
back one earbud in the charging box.
Multifunction buttons Auto power off
1. If connected to a device, after disconnecting
the Bluetooth® connection, the headset will
automatically turn off after 5 minutes.
2. If you don't connect your phone when
the white light flashes, the headset will
automatically turn off in 5 minutes.
Pairing between left and right earphones
If the connection between the left and right
earphones is lost, put both earphones back
inside the charging box, close it and wait a few
seconds before reopening it. e earphones
will automatically re-connect to each other.
If the process just described does not work,
disconnect the earphones from your device,
wait a few minutes, then reconnect them (the
earphones must be placed inside the charging
box). For both procedures, it is necessary
that the earphones inside the charging box
are charging, so make sure that the charging
box has a sufficient charge level to ensure the
charging of the earphones.

1. Do not use abrasive solvents to clean the
product;
2. Do not attack the product with any kind of
sharp object as it may scratch or damage the
product;
3. Keep the product away from high
temperatures, dust and humidity.
