Introduction 
Thank you for choosing the Chord  -series stage monitors. These wedge enclosures can be used for foldback on stage or as e-drum SM
or instrument amplifiers for rehearsal or backline. Please read this manual to avoid damage through misuse and keep for reference. 
Warning 
This product contains no us -serviceable parts inside. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel. er
To prevent the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose any of the components to rain or moisture. 
If liquids are spilled on any component, stop us g immediately, allow unit to dry out and have checked by qualified personnel. in
Control panel  
Operation 
Connect instrument or line input to the INSTRUMENT channel via 6.3mm mono jack or 3.5mm stereo jack (1, 2) 
Another line input, such as  playback device, can be connected to the LINE channel 3.5mm stereo jack (3) a 
(left & right audio from 3.5mm stereo jack inputs are summed to mono)  . 
Connect the rear IEC connector to the mains power supply with the supplied power lead, ensuring the correct supply voltage. 
With Instrument and Line volume controls turned fully down (4, 5), switch on the power (9) and the power LED will light (8).  
Play a signal into the instrument or line channel whilst gradually increasing the volume and then adjust to the required level. 
Bass and Treble EQ controls (6, 7) should be set pointing vertically and can be adjusted clockwise to boost or anticlockwise to cut the 
selected frequencies. Adjust these to suit the tone of the input source and room acoustics.  
Turn down volume controls before powering down to avoid loud noises when switching off.
