OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
This flat iron is intended for household use.
Use on Alternating Current (60 hertz) only.
This unit is designed to be operated at 120
volts AC.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one
blade is wider than the other). As a safety
feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in
the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not
fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not
attempt to defeat this safety feature.
NOTE: Do not use this styling appliance on
hair extensions.
Never leave your flat iron on and unattended.
However, should you fail to turn the unit off,
it will shut itself off automatically within
60 minutes.
GETTING STARTED
Plug the iron into an electrical outlet. Press
the ON/OFF button to turn on the unit. Select
desired temperature setting by pressing “+”
button to increase temperature or “–” button
to decrease temperature. The LED light will
blink until desired temperature is reached.
Press the ON/OFF button to turn off the unit.
WARNING: The flat iron’s titanium plates
will get very hot within a few seconds and
should not come into contact with the
skin after the flat iron has been turned on.

TO STRAIGHTEN HAIR
Hair should be clean and completely
dry before using the flat iron. For best
results, use a light styling product before
blow-drying hair.
1. Start with a hair section that is 1½ inches
wide and no more than ½ inch thick.
2. Open the iron and place the hair section
between the two hot plates, close to the
scalp. Trap hair between the plates by firmly
squeezing the handles together.
3. While maintaining the tension, slowly pull
the unit down along the hair section toward
the ends. At the ends, release the pressure
on the handle and allow the hair to slide out.
4. Repeat the process on additional sections
of hair until you achieve the hairstyle you
desire. It may be necessary to repeat the
process on certain areas, depending on the
texture of your hair.
Some experience is necessary when learning
to use this flat iron. After using the iron
several times, you will learn the ideal way to
straighten and style your hair.
ADD VOLUME AND SHAPE
To add flips and waves, secure ends in
between plates and wrap hair around the
outer housing. Turn your wrist up or under to
create flips, add curl or more body. It’s an
easy way to add shape to straight styles.

solamente con corriente alterna (60 Hz).

clavija polarizada (una pata es más ancha
que la otra). Como medida de seguridad, se
podrá enchufar de una sola manera en la
toma de corriente polarizada. Si no entra en

PARA ALISAR EL CABELLO
El cabello debe estar limpio y seco. Para
obtener resultados óptimos, aplique una
loción fijadora ligera en el cabello antes
de secarlo.
1. Divida el cabello en secciones de 1½
pulgadas (4 cm) de ancho por ½ pulgada
(1.5 cm) o menos de espesor.
2. Coloque el aparato cerca del cuero
cabelludo. Abra las placas y coloque
una sección de cabello entre ellas.
Cierre las placas.
3. Baje la plancha lentamente hasta las
puntas, manteniendo las placas bien
cerradas. Suelte el cabello tras llegar a
las puntas.
4. Repita el proceso en cada sección de
cabello, hasta conseguir el estilo deseado.
Según la textura del cabello, puede que sea
necesario repetir el proceso varias veces en
algunas secciones.
Será necesario experimentar un poco
al principio. Con práctica, encontrará la
manera perfecta para peinar su cabello fácil
y rápidamente.
CÓMO DAR VOLUMEN
Para doblar las puntas y crear ondas, agarre
las puntas del cabello entre las extremidades
de las placas y enrolle en cabello alrededor
de las placas cerradas. Gire la muñeca hacia
arriba o abajo para doblar las puntas hacia
fuera/dentro, rizar o dar cuerpo. Es una
manera fácil de dar volumen a cualquier
peinado liso.
