Please read the entire instruction manual before using the product
and save it for future reference. We apologise for any text or
photographic errors and any changes of technical data. If you have
any questions concerning technical problems please contact our
Customer Service Department.
1. Safety
- Read all the instructions before you install and turn on the lights.
- The wiring should meet the required standards. If you are not
sure about anything, contact a qualied electrician.
- Make sure that the electrical specications are in accordance with
your installation. The circuit must be protected by a fuse on 10 A.
- The minimum area on the connection lead to the electrical
current is 1.5 mm².
- Before drilling in the ceiling, check for possible interferences
such as power lines.
- The metal piece that is used to show the spotlight in adjusted posi-
tion in the box should be removed and not be used at installation.
- Always turn off the power before mounting, connecting
or maintenance.
- Follow the instructions regarding minimum and maximum values.

3.1 Before getting started

4. Care and Maintenance
- Always turn off the power before carrying out any maintenance.
- You may only replace the halogen light – any other repairs
should be carried out by a qualied electrician.
- Only use halogen lights that match the specications.
- Warning: Using accessories other than those recommended in
these instructions may lead to personal injury.
- This light kit is approved according to current standards.
Repairs must only be carried out by qualied personnel using
original spare parts.
- The transformer has a short circuit and surge protector that
shuts it off automatically if necessary. When the short circuit or
overload has been rectied the transformer starts again.
- The transformer has a thermal fuse which cuts the power if
overheated to prevent further damage.
4.1 Changing a light
1. Turn off the electricity.
2. Wait until the light has cooled.
3. Remove the spring that the light is connected with.
4. Remove the old light and replace it with a new.
5. Secure the light with the spring and then turn the power on again.
4.2 Cleaning
1. Cut the power before cleaning.
2. Wait until the light has cooled.
3. Clean the visible part of the light and the metal edge with
a lightly moistened cloth.
4. Never use alcohol, solvent or similar agents to clean the light.
Disposal
When it is time to dispose of the product, dispose of it according
to your local ordinances. If you are unsure please contact your
municipality.

3.2 Mounting
The transformer will be mounted in a ventilated space at a safe
distance from heat sources according to the illustration below.
- Always turn off the power before mounting, connecting
or maintenance.
- Only use included cables when connecting the light kit.
1. Measure the placement of the lights and
drill a hole with the diameter 74 mm. Mount
the transformer and pull the cables from the
transformer before mounting the lights.
3. Push the side clamps and slide the frame up until the clamps
lock in place on ceiling’s top.
4. Mount the next light with a minimum distance of 300 mm.
Warning:
The light source and its transformer may under no circumstances be
covered be insulation or similar materials.

3.3 Connectors
- Connect the lights’ plugs to the terminal block which is
connected to the transformer.
- Connect the transformer to the electric outlet (230 V AC, 50 Hz)
via a power switch.
