Safety
• This product is very bright. Neverlook directly into thelight, doing so could cause
eye damage.
• Never let children play with theproduct.
• The product must only be connected to apower supply of 230 V with
aprotectiveearth.
• The product must not be used in rooms where explosive gases or liquids are used
or stored.
• Treat theproduct with care and do not subject it to shocks or impacts.
• Never immerse theproduct in water or other liquid.
• The product must not be covered.
• Never try to open thehousing, repair or modify theproduct in anyway.
• Never use theproduct if your hands are moist orwet.
• Never use theproduct if it, its mains lead or plug is damaged in anyway.
• All repairs must be carried out by qualified service technicians using genuine
spareparts.
Installation
This floodlight is intended for permanent outdoor installation and should only be
installed by aregistered electrical installer.
If thefloodlight is installed on awall with some kind of board-on-board or batten-
on-board siding, it is important that thewall bracket be fastened to theoutermost
board or onto aflat panel on top of two battens. Ifthewall bracket is mounted
between two battens or boards, as in thefirst picture, theability of thefloodlight to
swivel may be reduced or even prevented entirely.
