Safety
•  Thetemperature sensor must not be dismantled or 
modified in anyway.
•  Thebatteries should be removed from thetemperature sensor 
if it is not to be used for anextended period, otherwise they 
might leak and damage thesensor. Neverleave discharged 
batteries in thebattery compartment.
•  Do not expose thetemperature sensor to impacts.
NOTE:
Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of 
differenttypes.
Do not mix alkaline, regular or rechargeable batteries.
Care and maintenance
Clean theproduct using alightly moistenedcloth. Useonly 
mild cleaning agents, neversolvents or corrosive chemicals.
Responsible disposal
This symbol indicates that this product 
should not be disposed of with general 
householdwaste. Thisapplies throughout 
theentire EU. Inorder to prevent any harm to 
theenvironment or health hazards caused by 
incorrect waste disposal, theproduct must 
be handed in for recycling so that thematerial 
can be disposed of in aresponsible manner. 
Whenrecycling your product, take it to your 
local collection facility or contact theplace of 
purchase. Theywill ensure that theproduct is 
disposed of in anenvironmentally sound manner.

Synchronising thesensor with aweather station/
thermometer (main unit)
1.  Press and hold in [ CH/  ] on themain unit (sold separately) until ▲
thesignal icon begins toflash. Themain unit will begin searching for 
theoutdoor sensor.
2.   ] repeatedly until thedesired channel appears on Press [ CH/▲
thedisplay of themainunit.
 - Choose CH 1 if channel 1 has been selected on thetemperature sensor.
 - Choose CH 2 if channel 2 has been selected on thetemperature sensor.
 - Choose CH 3 if channel 3 has been selected on thetemperature sensor.
3.  After ashort moment, thereadings from thesensor will appear on 
thedisplay of themainunit.
•  Themain unit should receive data from thesensor and display the temperature 
within 3 minutes of thebatteries having been inserted in both devices.
•  Refer to theTroubleshooting section if there is aproblem.
Troubleshootingguide
Nothing 
appears on 
thedisplay of 
themainunit.
•  Check thebatteries in themain unit and sensor/s.
Temperature 
from outdoor 
sensor not 
displayed.
•  Check that thedistance between thethermometer 
and sensor does not exceed 30m.
•  Make sure that thedevices are located at least 2m 
from monitors and TVsets.
•  Avoid placing thedevices on or close to window 
frames made ofmetal.
•  Avoid using electronic devices such as loudspeakers 
which operate at thesame frequency (433MHz), 
close to thedevices.
•  Check thebatteries in thethermometer and any 
connected sensors.
•  Remove thebatteries, wait awhile and then reinsertthem.
Displayed 
temperature 
is incorrect.
•  Remove thebatteries, wait awhile and then reinsertthem.
•  Make sure that thedevices are not affected by heat 
sources or air-conditioning units andsuch.

Installation
Batteries and channel selection
1.  Slide thebattery cover downwards in thedirection of 
thearrow to access thebattery compartment.
2.  Insert 2×AAA/LR03 batteries (sold separately) observing 
thepolarity markings in thebattery compartment.
3.  Channel selection:
 - Set thechannel selector to position 1 if only one sensor is 
to be used with your thermometer/weather station.
 - Set thechannel selector to position 2 if you are already 
using one sensor with your thermometer/weather station.
 - Set thechannel selector to position 3 if you are already 
using two sensors with your thermometer/weather station.
4.  Click thebattery cover back intoplace.
Placement
1.  Place thesensor in alocation that is protected from direct 
sunlight andrain.
2.  Mount thesensor at least 2.5 m above ground, if possible.
3.  Screw ascrew into asuitable mounting surface and hang 
thesensor on it using thewall bracket (2). Batteries  2×AAA/LR03 
  (sold separately)
