Safety
• The product may be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capability, lack of experience or knowledge which could jeopardize their safety,
provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning thesafe use
of theproduct and understand thehazards involved.
• The product must not be used by children. Ensure that theproduct and its mains
lead are kept out of children’s reach.
• Never let children play with theproduct.
• Never point thewater spray towards yourself or any other person. There is risk that
thespray can penetrate theskin.
• The pressure washer must only be connected to a230 V, 50 Hz earthed outlet
fitted with anRCD.
• Do not use thepressure washer with any liquids other than water.
• Pressure washers can be dangerous if used incorrectly. Never point thewater spray
at people, animals, thepressure washer itself or any other electrical equipment.
• Never point thewater spray at yourself to attempt to wash theclothes or shoes
that you are wearing.
• Always pull theplug out of thewall socket before servicing and adjusting
thepressure washer.
• High pressure hoses, connections and accessories are important safety features.
Use only accessories or exchangeable parts which are recommended by
themanufacturer.
• Do not touch electrical cables or connections with wet hands. Do not move
thepressure washer with wet hands.
• Warning: Use of incorrect extension leads can be dangerous. If anextension lead
is used it must be equipped with awaterproof plug and socket and be designed
for outdoor use.
• Make sure that themains lead (and extension lead if used) is not damaged by sharp
edges/corners, heat sources, etc.
• If themains lead is damaged it should only be replaced by aqualified electrician.
• Be very careful if thepressure washer is used in thevicinity of children.
• Learn how thepressure washer works so that you can quickly stop it and
depressurize it.
