CHANGE THE WATCH FACE

Your watch offers many exclusive and customizable watch faces via AI.

Press and hold on the main screen and swipe left or right to change the

watch face. You can also download hundreds of new watch faces from

the Da Fit app.

CHARGE THE SMARTWATCH

Place the cable in a well-ventilated area on a flat surface. Connect the

charging cable to the power adapter, then plug it into an outlet. Attach

the magnetic cable to the back of the watch.

NAVIGATION

Sur l’écran d’accueill de votre montre, en effleurant et en déplaçant

votre doigt sur l’écran, vous avez accès à 4 menus. La couronne

physique de votre montre vous permet également d’interagir avec

l’interface.

DEPUIS VOTRE MONTRE

Facilite la gestion des appels. Sélectionnez « Appel téléphonique »,

composez un numéro ou choisissez un contact, puis appelez.

Lorsque vous recevez un appel, décrochez simplement en appuyant

sur la pop-up apparaissant.

DEPUIS L’APP DAFIT / SUR LA MONTRE

Encourage à mener une vie plus active grâce à des tutoriels d'entraîne-

ment sur l'application Da Fit et un suivi en temps réel de performances

les services d’intelligences artificiels compatibles installés sur votre

smartphone.

SUR L’APP DAFIT

Offre la possibilité de sélectionner les notifications qui apparaîtront

en temps réel sous forme de pop-up. Allez dans l’onglet des

paramètres de la montre et cliquez sur « Notifications ». Cochez ou

décochez les cases selon vos préférences. Si l’app que vous

recherchez n’est pas listée, cochez « Autres ».

VOS APPLICATIONS DE MESURE

Permet de suivre les informations importantes relatives à votre

santé. Accédez au menu et sélectionnez l'indicateur de santé de

votre choix : fréquence cardiaque, tension artérielle, saturation en

Oa, niveau de stress, sommeil, cycle menstruel. Les données

s'afficheront également sur l’app mobile.

TÉLÉCHARGEZ L’APP DA FIT

Placez les appareils à proximité. Ouvrez le volet des raccourcis et

touchez la roue crantée pour accéder aux réglages. Appuyez sur « À

propos de », scannez le QR code puis téléchargez l'application « Da

Fit ». Ouvrez l'app. Sélectionnez « Ajouter un appareil ». Choisissez

votre montre. Autorisez les accès nécessaires.

Touchez et faire glisser l’écran avec une pression légère du doigt.

PRÉCAUTIONS

Lisez attentivement ce guide avant utilisation et conservez-en une copie. L'utilisation

de cet appareil doit être conforme aux instructions suivantes.

- Évitez de heurter ou d’endommager votre appareil. N'utilisez pas le produit lorsqu'il

est endommagé.

- L’écran tactile et certaine autres fonctions peuvent ne pas fonctionner

correctement si l’appareil est utilisé immergé dans l’eau.

- Gardez l'appareil à l'abri de la chaleur excessive, comme le soleil, le feu ou autre.

- Les températures d'utilisation idéales sont entre -10°C et 45°C. Évitez les

températures extrêmes.

- N'utilisez pas l'appareil à l'extérieur pendant les orages.

WARRANTY

All ECHO products beneﬁt from our vendor warranty. A defective product can be

exchanged or refunded through a local distributor during the 24 months following the

purchase, by presenting proof of purchase (dated invoice) and the original packaging

of the product. The warranty is excluded in the following situations:

1. Dysfunction, defect, damages or injury arising from external cause(s) to the product

itself, and/or not by a lack of compliance with certiﬁcation standards.

2. Products damaged due to an inappropriate use (shock, fall, improper use, handling

TIPS

The management of notiﬁcation ﬂows diers according to the operating system of your

phone.

ON ANDROID

When you ﬁrst open the "Da Fit" application, give the required rights. Then, in the central

tab (at the bottom of your screen), in "Notiﬁcations", select the applications from which

you want to receive notiﬁcations on your watch.

Basic applications like "call" or "SMS" will ask for additional rights, you must grant them.

Third-party apps like "Facebook", "Twitter" etc. require notiﬁcations permission. Follow

the instructions on your phone screen, ﬁnd "Da Fit" in the list of applications and allow

access to notiﬁcations.

Sometimes the phone system may ask for "Da Fit" to run in the background, please

grant it to ensure the push notiﬁcations work on your watch. If your watch does not

receive notiﬁcations correctly, disconnect the watch from the smartphone, uninstall "Da

Fit", delete the caches of this application on your phone. Then reinstall the application

as for the ﬁrst use.

ON IOS

When you ﬁrst open the "Da Fit" application, give the required rights. To pair the watch

with your phone, follow the on-screen instructions and give all requested permissions. In

the central tab (at the bottom of your screen), in "Notiﬁcations", select the applications

from which you want to receive notiﬁcations on your watch.

To maintain the connection between the watch and the phone, keep "Da Fit" in the

background, that is, you should ﬁnd "Da Fit" among other ongoing APPs when you swipe

up from the bottom of the screen.

If your watch is not receiving notiﬁcations correctly, please ﬁrst check in your iPhone

settings: In “Notiﬁcations”, the “Show Previews” tab should be “Always” or “When

Unlocked”. It should be the same for the applications from which you want to receive

notiﬁcations on the watch. If the problem continues, disconnect the watch from the

smartphone via "Da Fit", remove the watch from the list of connected devices in your

phone's wireless settings (as shown when disconnecting the watch). Then uninstall "Da

Fit", delete the caches of this application on your phone, then reinstall the application

as when using it for the ﬁrst time.

PRODUCT USE

HOW TO CHARGE

Place the charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch. With the

integrated magnets, the cable will ﬁnd the correct charging points himself.

Note:

- The USB adaptor should have an output of DC 5V

- Wipe the watch's contact points clean before charging so as to avoid residual sweat

or moisture.

CONNECT TO SAMRTPHONE

Please fully charge the product before ﬁrst use.

Install the mobile application “Da Fit”. 3 possible ways to ﬁnd the application :

- Rearch and ﬁnd it directly at “Google Play” or “App Store”.

- Scan the QR code on the back of this document to be directed to the download page.

- Find the same QR code in your watch at “Settings”, then “About”.

Enable wireless functions on your Smartphone.

Open the application and click "Add Device" to add and pair the product with your

smartphone.

In order to guarantee the best working way, this product is equipped with a

double-channel connection system with your smartphone, one for the notiﬁcations and

one for the phone calls (including medias), thus, 2 steps are needed to connect the

watch to your smartphone:

- Once the watch selected, the notiﬁcation channel is established.

- Within few seconds, you will have a second request of pairing on your phone, please

pair and grant all access requested (Contacts, Phone call histories, Notiﬁcations etc…).

Now you can fully enjoy this watch.

DISCONNECT FROM YOUR SMARTPHONE

- Android device: Remove the watch from your mobile APP « Da Fit ».

- IOS devices: Remove the watch from your mobile APP « Da Fit » + forget this device in

wireless settings if your smartphone.

GOOD TO KNOW

- This watch is not equipped with GPS, but you can still register GPS workouts by using

the GPS of your smartphone. Thus, during the training, you must have the smartphone

and watch with you.

- If you do not want to use phone call and media (audio/micro) functions, you can turn

them o in the quick setting from the watch (at main page, slide from the top border to

the middle of the screen, then go to Settings).

- High frequency notiﬁcations and phone calls, long phone calls and media play

reduce fast the battery, several adjustment can be done to make your watch work

longer after a full charge, for example :

o Reduce brightness

o Reduce screen on time (auto sleep)

o Turn o Quick View (if not necessary)

o Reduce the vibration intensity or turn it down

o Turn o unnecessary reminders

o Turn o unnecessary APP notiﬁcations

o Reduce Full-day heart rate frequency or turn it down

WARNING

Carefully read this notice before use and keep a copy. Usage of this device must comply

with the following instructions.

- Do not expose the device to physical impact or damage. Do not use the product when

it is damaged.

- The touchscreen and other features may not work properly if the device is used in

water.

- Keep the device away from excessive heat, such as sunshine, ﬁre or the like.

- Ideal working temperatures are -10°C to 45°C. Avoid extreme temperatures.

- Do not use the device outdoors during thunderstorms.

- If the device is dropped or receives an impact the water and dust resistant features of

the device maybe damaged.

- This product has a water resistance rating of IP67. However, this function is not

permanent and may decline over time. The product can be worn in the cold shower,

swimming pool, or while swimming near the shore. However, it cannot be used in a

sauna or while scuba diving. For a longer life cycle, avoid dusty, smoky, damp or dirty

environments, we recommend to use it in dry condition and use a soft cloth to wipe

away excess water from its surface before manipulate the touch screen.

- Avoid wearing the watch too tightly or too loosely. Keep its contact area dry and

regularly clean the strap with water. Immediately stop using the watch and seek

medical assistance if the contact area on your skin shows signs of redness or swelling.

Due to friction, wearing the watch for a long time during high-intensity exercise may

cause skin irritation. If this is the case, please stop wearing the watch.

- Do not throw the watch or its battery into ﬁre so as to avoid an explosion.

- Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean.

- Do not use, store or transport the device where ﬂammables or explosives are stored.

Using your device in these environments increases the risk of explosion or ﬁre.

- The product and its accessories may contain small parts. To avoid choking or other

hazards or damages caused by the children, keep the product out of the reach of

children.

- This product is not a toy and should only be used by children under adult supervision.

- It is forbidden to change the structure and accessories of the product without

authorization, or change it arbitrarily. The safety and proper functioning of the product

could be aected.

- Charge only with the supplied magnetic cable. Do not expose this cable to rain (or

other liquids) or moisture or submerge in water. Connect this cable to DC 5V source,

such as USB charger or computer.

- Please hold your wrist still when measuring with the watch.

- Do not look directly at the heart rate sensor’s light. Doing this may impair your vision.

- Please consult your doctor before you take a new sport. This watch is not a medical

device, any data or information provided by the watch should not be used as a basis for

diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.

- Blood Oxygen measurements are not intended for medical use, including

self-diagnostics or consultation with a doctor, and only designed for general ﬁtness

and wellness purposes.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Caution ! Battery abuse or mishandling can cause overheat, liquid leakage, or an

explosion. To avoid possible injury, do the following:

- Do not open, disassemble, or service any battery.

- Do not attempt to replace the internal rechargeable lithium batteries.

plusieurs réglages peuvent être eectués pour que votre montre fonctionne plus

longtemps après une charge complète, à savoir :

o Réduire la luminosité

o Réduire le temps d’attente avant la veille automatique

o Désactiver Aperçu rapide (si pas nécessaire)

o Réduire l'intensité de la vibrations ou désactiver-la

o Désactiver les rappels inutiles

o Désactiver les notiﬁcations d'application inutiles

o Réduire la fréquence de la surveillance du rythme cardiaque ou désactiver-la.

ASTUCES

Selon le système d’exploitation de votre téléphone, la gestion des ﬂux de notiﬁcation

dière.

SOUS ANDROID

À la première ouverture de l’application « Da Fit », donnez les droits requis. Puis, dans

l’onglet central (au bas de votre écran), dans « Notiﬁcations », sélectionnez les

applications dont vous souhaitez recevoir les notiﬁcations sur votre montre.

Des applications de base comme « appel » ou « SMS » demanderont des droits

supplémentaires, vous devez les accorder.

Les applications tierces comme « Facebook », « Twitter » etc. nécessitent une

autorisation de notiﬁcations. Suivez les instructions sur l’écran de votre téléphone,

trouvez « Da Fit » dans la liste des applications et autorisez l’accès aux notiﬁcations.

Parfois, le système du téléphone peut demander à ce que « Da Fit » s'exécute en

arrière-plan, accordez-le pour garantir le bon fonctionnement des notiﬁcations push

sur votre montre.

Si votre montre ne reçoit pas correctement les notiﬁcations, déconnectez la montre

du smartphone, désinstallez « Da Fit », supprimez les caches de cette application sur

votre téléphone. Réinstallez ensuite l’application comme lors de la première

utilisation.

SOUS IOS

À la première ouverture de l’application « Da Fit », donnez les droits requis. Pour

jumeler la montre à votre téléphone, suivez les instructions à l'écran et donnez toutes

les autorisations demandées. Dans l’onglet central (au bas de votre écran), dans «

Notiﬁcations », sélectionnez les applications dont vous souhaitez recevoir les

notiﬁcations sur votre montre.

Pour maintenir la connexion entre la montre et le téléphone, gardez « Da Fit » en

arrière-plan, c’est-à-dire que vous devez retrouver « Da Fit » parmi les autres

applications en cours de fonctionnement lorsque vous balayez vers le haut depuis le

bas de l'écran.

Si votre montre ne reçoit pas correctement les notiﬁcations, vériﬁez d’abord dans les

paramètres de votre iPhone : Dans « Notiﬁcations », l’onglet « Acher les aperçus »

doit être en « Toujours » ou « Si déverrouillé ». Il devrait en être de même pour les

applications dont vous souhaitez recevoir des notiﬁcations sur la montre. Si le

problème persiste, déconnectez la montre du smartphone via « Da Fit », supprimez

la montre de la liste des appareils connectés dans les paramètres sans ﬁl de votre

téléphone (comme indiqué lors de la déconnexion de la montre). Désinstallez ensuite

« Da Fit », supprimez les caches de cette application sur votre téléphone, puis

réinstallez l’application comme lors de la première utilisation.

UTILISATION DU PRODUIT

COMMENT CHARGER ?

Placez le câble de charge sur les points de charge au dos de la montre. Avec les

aimants intégrés, le câble retrouvera automatiquement les bons points de charge.

Remarque:

- L'adaptateur USB doit avoir une puissance de sortie de DC 5V

- Essuyez les points de contact de la montre avant de la charger aﬁn d'éviter la

transpiration ou l'humidité résiduelle.

CONNECTER AU SMARTPHONE

Rechargez complètement le produit avant la première utilisation.

Installez l'application mobile « Da Fit ». 3 moyens possibles de retrouver cette

application :

- Recherchez «Da Fit» directement sur « Google Play » ou « App Store ».

- Scannez le code QR qui se trouve au dos de ce document pour être dirigé vers la

page de téléchargement.

- Retrouvez le même code QR dans votre montre en suivant « Paramètres », puis « À

propos de ».

Activez les fonctions sans ﬁl de votre téléphone.

Ouvrez l'application Da Fit et cliquez sur « Ajouter un appareil » pour ajouter et

coupler le produit avec votre smartphone.

Aﬁn de garantir le meilleur fonctionnement, ce produit est équipé d'une connexion

double-canal avec votre smartphone, un pour les notiﬁcations et un pour les appels

téléphoniques (y compris l'audio), ainsi, 2 étapes sont nécessaires pour connecter la

montre à votre smartphone :

- Une fois la montre sélectionnée, le canal de notiﬁcation est établi.

- Sous peu de secondes, vous aurez une deuxième demande sur votre téléphone,

veuillez jumeler et accorder tous les accès demandés (Contacts, Historiques des

appels téléphoniques, Notiﬁcations etc…).

Vous pouvez maintenant proﬁter pleinement de cette montre.

DÉCONNECTER LA MONTRE DU SMARTPHONE

- Appareil Android : supprimez la montre à partir de l’application mobile « Da Fit ».

- Appareils IOS : supprimez la montre à partir de l’application mobile « Da Fit » +

supprimez également le produit dans les paramètres sans ﬁl de votre smartphone.

BON À SAVOIR

- Cette montre n'est pas équipée de GPS, mais vous pouvez tout de même

enregistrer des séances d’entrainement GPS grâce à la géolocalisation de votre

smartphone. Ainsi, lors de vos entrainements, vous devez avoir le smartphone et la

montre avec vous.

- Si vous ne souhaitez pas utiliser les fonctions d'appel téléphonique et multimédia

(audio/micro), vous pouvez les désactiver dans le réglage rapide de la montre (sur la

page principale, balayez à partir de la bordure haute vers le centre de l’écran, dans

menu rapide, puis Réglages).

- Les notiﬁcations et les appels téléphoniques à haute fréquence, les appels

téléphoniques longs et la lecture multimédia réduisent l’autonomie du produit,
