It is recommended to avoid excessive bending of the headband and not to force the movable parts.

Hearing Loss
Listening to music at a high volume can cause permanent damage to hearing. To prevent hearing damage, we
recommend:
Do not listen to music at a high volume for extended periods.
Lower the volume of the playback device before putting on the headphones; gradually increase the volume to a
comfortable and moderate level.
Safety
For safety reasons and to avoid possible accidents, we recommend:
Do not use headphones while driving or engaging in another activity that requires special attention.
Keep the product, packaging, and accessories out of the reach of children and pets to prevent accidents and the
risk of choking.

General overview
Connect the 3.5mm JACK CONNECTOR (3) of your headphones to the headphone input of your playback device.
To control the playback of your music, you can press the MICROPHONE button (4). One press to pause/resume playback.
Two presses to skip to the next song. Three presses to go back to the previous song.
You can adjust the size of your headphones by adjusting the movable elements of the HEADBAND (2).
