Using the machine for the first
time
Thoroughly rinse out the water tank with hot
water
before using for the first time. Clean the
capsule
machine using a damp cloth only.

Installation
/
Power
connection
The machine location must meet
the
following requirements:
โ€ข
Place the machine on a dry, stable and level
surface, not directly under an electrical outlet.
Only use
the
machine in a dry r
oom.
โ€ข
Never place the machine or power cable on or
nearer than 50cm to hot surfaces or open flames.
โ€ข
Never place the machine nearer than 60cm from
the wash basin and faucets.
CAUTION
โ€ข
Danger of tripping! Do not let the power
cable
hang
down.
โ€ข
Danger of shock! Never clamp or run the
power
cable over sharp corners, edges or hot surfaces.
โ€ข
To make sure the machine is switched
โ€œOFFโ€,
remove the plug from the electrical
outlet.
โ€ข
Danger of scalding! Beware of hot
water
.
Do not operate the machine with an
empty
water
tank.
โ€ข
Always pull out the electrical plug before
cleaning the machine.
โ€ข
If you need an extension cable, make sure it is
suitable
for your machine (3pole grounded, 1.5mm2
conductor cr
oss-section).

Remove the protective foil from the perforated drip
tray
cover and insert it in the drip
tray
