Safety
• This speaker can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of theproduct in asafe way and if they understand thehazards involved.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
Keep thespeaker and its charger lead out of reach of children under theage of 8.
• Thespeaker may be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capability, lack of
experience or knowledge which could jeopardise their safety, provided they have been instructed in thesafe
use of theproduct and understand thehazards involved. Never let children play with thespeaker.
• Thespeaker should not be taken apart or modified. Never try to open thecasing of thespeaker. Thecasing
houses dangerous current-carrying non-insulated components. Contact with these can lead to fire or
electric shock.
• Do not cover thespeaker. Adequate ventilation, with adistance of at least 5cm between thespeaker and
surrounding surfaces, is necessary to prevent thespeaker from overheating.
• Place thespeaker on astable, flat surface.
• Do not place thespeaker where it could fall into water or other liquids.
• Do not place thespeaker in constant sunlight or near naked flames such as wood stoves, lit candles, etc.
• Never subject thespeaker to high temperatures, damp or dusty environments, heavy vibrations or impacts.
• Protect your hearing. Listening on high volume for prolonged periods can lead to permanent hearing loss.
• Thespeaker must only be repaired by qualified service technicians.

Instructions for use
Charging
Connect theincluded charger lead to theMicro-USB port (8) and to aUSB charger or computer.
TheLED indicator (7) shines red when charging is in progress. TheLED indicator will go out once
thebattery is fully charged.
