CONTROL DESCRIPTIONS

LEVEL

Thisallowstheadjustmentoftheamplierlevelofthesubwoofer.

Turnclockwisetoincreasethelevel.Ifthesoundbecomesdistorted

reducethelevel.

LOW PASS FILTER (LPF)

This allows the adjustment of the highest frequency the Active

Tubewillproduce.Thisshouldbeadjustedtoblendwithyourmain

speakers.Typically,thiswillbesettoaround100Hz(approximately

thecentralpositionofthecontrolknob).

REMOTE LEVEL CONTROLLER

Whenconnected,thisallowsfurthercontroloverthelevelfroma

remotelocation,usingthesuppliedlead.

INSTALLATION

Makesurethe ActiveTubeis rmlyxed inyourvehicle.Check

beforedrillingorcuttingholes.DONOTworkneargastanks,fuel

lines,hydrauliclinesorelectricalwiring.

DONOTmounttheActiveTubeinsuchawayastopinchordamage

thewires.

Makesure everything is rmly connected, before attaching the

+12Vwire.Ensurethe+12Vwireisfusedascloseaspossibletothe

battery.Alwaysuseafusewiththerecommendedrating.

• Connecttheremoteon(bluewire).

 speakerwires.Seeonreverse.Note1

• Connecttheremotelevelcontrollerwiththesuppliedlead.

• Connectthe12volt(redwire)tothepositivebatteryterminal.
