MYTI
A. Heated at massage head
helps soothe sore muscles.
B. Round massage head
suitable for massaging arms, waist, back,
buttocks, thighs and other large muscle
groups.
C. Flat massage head
for muscle areas that need recovery
following heavy exercise, such as deep
muscle tissue.
D. Bullet massage head
suitable for targeting trigger points and
small specic areas such as feet.
E. U-shaped massage head
suitable for trapezius muscles, areas around
the achilles tendon muscle, ankle muscle and
calf muscles
.
Charging your device
1. To charge the product, plug the charging cable into a USB socket and
connect the cable to the charging socket on the bottom of the handle
(g.2).
2. Once the charging cable is connected, the charging indicator LED will
illuminate and blink red. As soon as the device is fully charged the LED
indicator will change to green.
3. Once the product is fully charged, disconnect it from the power supply.
4. The product requires 2.5 hours of charging for a full charge and will last
for approximately 2-3 hours of use.
Using your device
1. Select the desired massage head and fasten it into the socket on the front
of the massager by lightly pushing into place and turning clockwise to
tighten (g.3). It should be nger tight only as overtightening may cause
damage to the product.
2. Press and hold the power on/o/power level button for 2 seconds to turn
the device on.
3. Pressing the on/o/power button again will cycle through the 4 power
levels from low to high (g.4). Pressing the button again will repeat this
sequence.
4. Gently move the massage head over the part of the body you wish to
massage at rst, then gently apply more pressure as desired. If you are
a rst time user it is recommended that you start on power level 1 and
press gently.
5. A long press on the on/o/power button for 1 second will turn the
massager o.
6. Remove the massage head by turning anti-clockwise to loosen, then pull.
7. The product cannot be used while charging.

Using the heated at massage head
The heated at massage head heats up in just 15 seconds, ideal to help
soothe sore muscles.
1. To charge the heated at massage head, plug the charging cable into a
USB socket and connect the cable to the charging socket on the bottom
of the attachment (g.5).
2. The charging indicator LED will illuminate and blink red. As soon as the
device is fully charged the LED indicator will change to green.
3. Fit the heated at massage head to the massager. Press the power
button on the head to switch on the heat, the indicator light will
illuminate green.
4. Press and hold the power on/o/power level button for 2 seconds to turn
the massager on.
5. When you have nished using the head, press the power button to
switch o and remove as described in ‘Using your device’.
Cleaning your device
• Make sure the device is unplugged from any power supply and allow to
cool before cleaning. Clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge.
• Never allow water or any other liquid to come into contact with the
appliance.
• Do not immerse in any liquid to clean.
• Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, glass/furniture polish, paint
thinner, etc to clean.

using the appliance
• This appliance can be used by children

supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
• Do not place or store appliance where it can
fall or be pulled into a bath or sink. Do not
place in or drop into water or other liquid.
• DO NOT reach for an appliance that has fallen
in water or other liquids. Keep dry – DO NOT
operate in wet or moist conditions.
• NEVER insert pins, metallic fasteners or
objects into the appliance or any opening.
• Use this appliance for the intended use
as described in this booklet. DO NOT use
attachments not recommended by HoMedics.
• NEVER operate the appliance if it is not
working properly, if it has been dropped or
damaged, or dropped into water. Return it to
the HoMedics Service Centre for examination
and repair.
