305mm), and alloowing fr su clecientarancesr us focombtibles where rear and side walls may play a roll in the insta latlion

process.

• Ensure there is access to a pwer soupplyins ide thncle eosuonnre fr coectinthg e fan in the heater. I some ninstacens an

exentsion cord miaybe requred to reh a pacower supplley. Pase keep in mindha tt the fan will noeed t be removed for c leang,ni

and access to the power soulupply shd be made relatasyively e.

• Roemve door (open door handle and swinoorg d open to rouhlgy 45deg and lift o hinge), reove casmt irn lineros and bae

system from inhside te rebox tou redce overl alweigh t of u. nit

• Using a 5m amllan key, remve p1-x4 M8 ocap screws which atacht tche fasiato the rebox. Carefullly remove the fascia and place

to the side. Removing faia ascllows the ZCC to be mounted u shwithont fr osurf encloe fae focr a sh fasciua nish.

• Insf italling a grtound lo aevel ont cousblmbtie r suroofacie, ple requacred oor protetocr under thsirede de posiotin of t he

ZCC than cally lrefuift the CC io poZntsition.

• Fit ue system to upstands and appliance. Instalthrol ugh roof acs per ue manufaturtes insructiominatns, and tere at the

ruireqed heighot abve the roof line, t c. Ne: te baowlothse of the actiuve e l wilneed tando be trimmed sealed with re cemt.en

• Build your frame ouarnd the ZCC maintaig nintleahe carnces listed previously.

• Enclose the front of tmhe frae wi mithnimum -m 9mnoncombustible cement sheet, villaboard, be lis boalrd etc.

• Enclose the sidee s of the framwitrh plaste , timber, MDF etc.

• Intasll the mantle if required as per mantle craes leancon the folloawing pge.

Note: If mantle ids mae out of combustaible mterial, this appliance must have i’s htot air deector attached tho te fasica.
