• The maximum weight for the high chair is 50 lbs. (22.7 kg). Excessive weight may result in a hazardous unstable
condition.
• Thetotalweightthatcanbeplacedintheseatbackpocketsshouldbelessthan2.2lbs.(1kg).
• Donotusethehighchairunlessallcomponentsarecorrectlyttedandadjusted.
• Checkyourhighchairforanypartsthatmaybebroken,tornormissingbeforeuseandonaregularbasis.
Discontinue use of the high chair should it malfunction or become damaged.
• Discardallpackagingmaterialsproperly.Donotallowchildrentoplaywiththem.
• Maximum age: 4 years.

1 Unpacking the Product
• RemoveeverythingfromtheboxandidentifythepartsusingFigure 1.1. (not to scale)
A:highchair,B:trayandinsert,anddocuments(notshown).
• Discardallpackagingmaterialsproperlyincludingplasticcoverings.
• DONOTallowchildrentoplaywithanypackagingmaterials.

Adultassemblyisrequiredforthisproduct.Notoolsrequired.
2 Unfolding the High Chair
• Keepchildrenawayfromhighchairwhileunfolding.
• Rotatetherearlegtowardsthegrounduntilitlocksintoplace.See Figure 2.1.
3 Installing/Removing and Operating the Tray
Thetraycanbeadjustedintotwopositions.
• Toinstallthetray,squeezeandpullthemechanismontheundersideofthetray(See Figure 3.1)andinsertthetwoplasticpostsintothe
slotsofthehighchairuntilitclicksintothedesiredposition.See Figure 3.2.
• Gentlypullonthetraytoensureitisinstalledproperly.
• Tocompletelyremovethetray,squeezeandpullthemechanismontheundersideofthetrayandpullawayfromthehighchair.
• Use caution when closing the tray with the child seated inside the high chair and always ensure that the crotch restraint below the tray is
positionedbetweenthechild’slegs.
!WARNING
Thechildshouldbesecuredinthehighchairatalltimesbytherestraintsystem,eitherintherecliningorupright
position.Thetrayisnotdesignedtoholdthechildinthechair.

4 Using the Tray Insert
The tray insert is removable and dishwasher safe.
• Toremovethetrayinsert,pulloutwardandupwardonthehookattachmentsonbothsidesofthetrayinsert.See Figure 4.1. Be sure to lift
straightuptoavoidspillinganythingonthetrayinsert.
• Toattachthetrayinsert,tthetrayinsertintothetrayuntilbothsidessnapintoplace.
5 Adjusting the Seat Height
Thehighchaircanbeadjustedintomultipleheights.Total8adjustableheights.
• Push down on both buttons on either side of the high chair simultaneously. See Figure 5.1.
• Eitherpushorpullthehighchairintothedesiredheight.See Figure 5.2.
6 Securing the Child in the Seat
Thereare2heightadjustmentpositionsfortheshoulderharness.Adjusttheheighttotheclosestheightaboveyourchild’sshoulders.
• Toremovetheshoulderharness,turntheplasticendssidewaysandpushthemthroughtheslotsintheseatback.Re-attachtheharness
attheproperheightbyreinsertingtheplasticendsthroughtheslots.See Figure 6.1.Ensurebothstrapsarethesameheight.
• Tounlatchthebucklepressthecenterbuttonandremovethemaleendsofeachbuckle.See Figure 6.2.
• Carefullyplacethechildintheseatwiththeshoulderstrapsovertheirshouldersandchest.Thenplacethecrotchstrapbetweenthe
child’slegs.
• Pushtheshoulder/waistlatchpostsintothecrotchbuckleuntilallpartssnapintoplace.See Figure 6.3.
• Tightenthewaistbelttobesnugaroundthechild’swaist.
• Theshoulder,waist,andcrotchstrapsmaybeadjustedusingtheslidingplasticringsonthesestraps.

7 Seat Recline Positioning
Thereare5reclinepositionsfortheseat.
• Torecline,squeezethemechanismonthebackoftheseat.See Figure 7.1.
• Tilttheseatinthedesiredposition.See Figure 7.2.
8 Adjusting the Footrest
Thereare2heightpositionsforthefootrest.
• Toadjustthefootrest,pressthepegatthebaseofthefootrestandslidethefootrestintothedesiredposition.See Figure 8.1.
9 Folding the High Chair
• Keepchildrenawayfromhighchairwhilefolding.
• Whileholdingthehighchairsteadywithonehand,usetheotherhandtoslidethesecondarylockacrossandsqueezethefoldingbutton
onthebasesupportofthehighchair.See Figure 9.1.
• Rotatetherearlegtowardsthehighchairuntilitrmlylocksintoplace.See Figure 9.2.
Maintenance
Allofthettings,snaps,locks,rivets,andotherhardwareandplasticpartsonthehighchairshouldbeinspectedperiodicallytoensure
thattheyaresecuredproperlyandnotdamagedormalfunctioning.Therestraintsystem,aswellasallotherfabricitemsandtheirstitching
shouldalsobeinspectedperiodicallytoensurethattheyaresecuredproperlyandnotloose,tornorotherwisedamaged.Allmovingparts,
suchasthetrayandhingesshouldalsobecheckedperiodicallytoensuretheyareoperatingproperly.
Anymissing,broken,orworncomponentsshouldbereplacedimmediately,andthehighchairshouldnotbeuseduntiltheyarereplaced.
Onlyoriginalmanufacturer’scomponentsshouldbeused.Ifneeded,pleasecontactJoovy(USA)orISSIInc.(Canada)atourtoll-freephone

Cleaning
Thefabricmaterialonthehighchaircanbecleanedusingmildhouseholdsoapordetergentandwarmwateronaspongeorcleancloth.
Alwaysallowthefabrictocompletelyairdrybeforeusingorstoringthehighchair.
