POWER OF THE GORMITI
e aim of the game is to be the player le with the Gormiti card. Decide
which character will be the ‘Gormiti’ and remove 3 of the 4 cards leaving
just 1 of this character in the deck, then deal the pack to all players. Play-
ers must take out pairs and place them face down in front of them. Player
to the le of the dealer starts. ey o er their cards to the person on their
le who picks out a card. If they make a pair with an existing card they can
place them face down, if not they keep it with their other cards. is player
then o ers their cards to the le . Play continues until there is only one card
le in play – the Gormiti card. e person holding the card is the winner.
CHEAT! (3 players +)
A game where you are encouraged to blu and lie to get rid of your cards
rst. e player to the le of the dealer starts by putting some cards – face
down – in the middle. As p1-he places them p1-he says (for example) ‘two
Razzle’s’ , the player on his le then places some cards saying (for example)
‘three ??’. You can place from one to four of any character cards at a time.
Remember this is a blu ng game – you do not have to tell the truth about
what cards you are putting down. However, if you think someone is
blu ng you can call ‘cheat’ before the next person puts their cards down.
Turn over the number of cards laid to check. If you are right the blu er
has to take all the cards from the middle, if they were telling the truth the
challenger has to take all the cards from the middle.
GORM!
Shu e cards and deal to all players. Each player makes a pile of their cards,
face down, in front of them. One by one, players must turn their top card
over and place it in a pile in the middle. When a turned card matches that
on top of the pile ‘Gorm’ is called, the rst player to do this adds the centre
pile of cards to their own. at player then resumes play. e winner is the
player who has cards le when all others have none.
