B I G T W I N
This top performance twin head transducer has been especially designed for the amplification of instruments
with low corpus resonance. It is considerably harder to induce vibrations in instruments made of relatively thick
material, such as a slit drum, than instruments made of thin material, such as a violin, for example.
Piezo crystals react to corpus vibrations, but a low surface vibration results in a low signal.
The Big Twin is recommended for harp, dulcimer, steel drum, Kalimba, slit drum and even acoustic guitars. Here
are some samples of attachment for different instruments:

INSTALLATION
Please make sure that the attachment surface on your instrument is clean and grease- free.
You’ll attach the Big Twin with the provided double sided adhesive. This adhesive film is specifically designed
for quality sound transmission, because it is ultra thin and enables the harmonic frequencies to completely pass
through to the transducer disc.
Attach the cable with scotch tape to avoid disturbances.
If it becomes necessary to remove the transducers, slide a knife with a thin blade underneath and gently lift the
transducer up. Don't use a serrated knife. Any remaining adhesive tape can be rubbed off easily.
Important: Never pull off a transducer by its cable! Use a knife for removal.
