Questo prodotto è il risultato di ricerca e innovazione continue. Kartell è
stata la prima ad utilizzare la trasparenza nel design e ora, in un processo
di continua evoluzione, è in grado di realizzare i suoi prodotti best seller e
i nuovi concept, con una versione green del policarbonato nell’ambito del
progetto Kartell loves the planet.
Si tratta di un materiale che, nella fase di sintesi, utilizza una materia
prima rinnovabile derivante dall’industria della cellulosa e della carta.
Il processo produttivo del materiale certificato ISCC* (International
Sustainability and Carbon Certification) si inserisce in un processo di
economia circolare, assicurando una riduzione dell’impatto ambientale in
termini di emissioni di anidride carbonica.
Il nuovo policarbonato 2.0, garantisce le caratteristiche strutturali e
meccaniche del materiale a base fossile e consente di lavorare sul design e
sull’estetica senza limiti.

TRANSPARENCY 2.0
This product is the result of incessant research and innovation. Kartell was
the first to use transparency in design and now, in a process of continuous
evolution, is able to create its best-selling products and new concepts with
a green version of polycarbonate as part of the “Kartell loves the planet”
project.
It is a material that uses a renewable feedstock from the pulp and paper
industry in the synthesis phase.
It is ISCC* certified, supporting the transition to a circular economy by
ensuring traceability throughout the supply chain and enabling sustainable
products to be sourced from any certificate holder.
The new polycarbonate 2.0 guarantees the structural and mechanical char-
acteristics of the fossil feedstock and makes it possible to work on design
and aesthetics without any restriction.
