our New Fridge Freezer
Before use
Please read these instructions carefully before using your new Matsui Fridge
Freezer. The Fridge Freezer is for indoor, domestic use only
.
Location
When selecting a position to place your Fridge Freezer you should make sure that the floor is flat
and firm, and the room well ventilated. Avoid locating your Fridge Freezer near a heat source,
eg. cooker
, boiler or radiator
. Also avoid direct sunlight in lean-to’
s or sun lounges. It
must
therefore be installed so that the Fridge Freezer has at least 10cm (2 1/2") of free space and the
sides have 2cm (3/4").
Moving the Fridge Freezer
Y
our Fridge Freezer has two wheels at the rear
. The easiest way to move the Fridge Freezer is to
tip it backwards just far enough to lift the front feet off the ground and roll it into position.
Levelling the Fridge Freezer
Unscrew the packaging support from the base of the Fridge Freezer
and replace with the 2 Levelling Feet. Make sure the Fridge Freezer is
level. Use the Levelling Feet at the front. If the Fridge Freezer is not
level, the doors and magnetic seal alignments will be af
fected.
Cleaning before use
Wipe the inside of the Fridge Freezer with a weak solution of bicarbonate soda. Then rinse with
wa
rm water using a ‘wrung-out’ sponge or cloth. W
ash the baskets and s helves in warm
soapy
water
and dry completely before replacing in the Fridge. The external par
ts of the
Fridge can be
cleaned with a damp cloth. If you require more information refer to Cleaning on page4.
Before plugging in YOU
MUST
Check that you have a socket which is compatible with the plug supplied with the Fridge
Freezer.
Before switching on!
DO NOT SWITCH ON UNTIL TWO HOURS AFTER MOVING THE FRIDGE FREEZE R.
The coolant fluid needs time to settle.
