CAUTION: Metra recommends disconnecting the
negative battery terminal before beginning any
installation. All accessories, switches, and especially
air bag indicator lights must be plugged in before
reconnecting the battery or cycling the ignition.
NOTE: Refer to the instructions included with the
aftermarket radio.

Dash Disassembly
1. Unsnap and remove trim from
around top center to passenger
side dash. (Figure A)
2. Unsnap panel from outside edge of
driver’s side dash. (Figure B)
3. Remove (2) screws from knee
panel and pull top of panel back so
it doesn’t overlap the instrument
cluster. (Figure C)
4. Remove (2) screws from the
driver’s side vent trim and remove.

5. Remove (4) screws from
instrument cluster and remove.

6. Remove (4) screws from the
climate controls and remove.

7. Remove (6) screws securing the
radio trim panel and remove.

8. Remove (4) screws securing the
factory radio chassis and remove
it. (Figure H)

Kit Assembly
ISO DIN radio provision with pocket
1. Mount the pocket to the brackets
using the supplied (4) #8 x 3/8”
Phillips screws. (Figure A)
2. Mount the aftermarket radio to the
brackets with the screws supplied
with the radio. (Figure B)
3. Using the supplied (4) #8 x 3/8”
Phillips screws mount the radio/
bracket/pocket assembly to the
radio trim panel. (Figure C)
4. Locate the factory wiring harness
in the dash. Metra recommends
using the proper mating adapter
from Metra or AXXESS. Test the
unit for proper operation.
5. Reassemble dash in reverse order
of disassembly.
