CAUTION: Metra recommends disconnecting the
negative battery terminal before beginning any
installation. All accessories, switches, and especially
air bag indicator lights must be plugged in before
reconnecting the battery or cycling the ignition.
NOTE: Refer to the instructions included with the
aftermarket radio.

1. Unclip the right side of the driver’s
knee bolster panel next to the
center console and let hang. Note:
There is no need to completely
remove the panel. (Figure A)
2. Unclip and remove the (2) silver
side trim panels from each side of
the factory radio. (Figure B)
3. Unclip and remove trim panel
below the a/c control panel.

4. Remove (4) Phillips screws
securing the factory radio, a/c
control and a/c vents. (Figure C)
5. Remove the a/c controls.
(Figure D)
6. Remove the a/c vent panel.
(Figure E)
7. Remove the factory radio.
(Figure F)
8. If equipped there may be an a/c
amp present attached under the
radio remove (2) Phillips screws
securing the a/c amp.

Kit Assembly
ISO DIN radio provisions with pocket
1. If equipped attach the a/c amp to
the radio brackets with the factory
hardware. (Figure A)
2. Mount the pocket to the radio
brackets with the (4) #8 X 3/8”
Phillips pan head screws supplied.
(Figure A)
3. Slide the head unit into radio
brackets and secure with screws
supplied with the unit.
(Figure B)
4. Locate the factory wiring harness
and antenna plug in the dash.
Metra recommends using the
proper mating adapters from Metra
and/or AXXESS.
5. Reassemble dash in reverse order
of disassembly.
