MiTone SMART GEAR FITNESS TRACKER (MITSG10)
Thank you for purchasing the MiTone Smart Gear Fitness Tracker. This guide is intended to get you
set up and using your device as quickly as possible by using the Smart Gear App. (Recommended)
You can also set up your Smart Gear manual without the App. Please use the full manual if you like to
do this.
CHARGE THE BATTERY
It is recommended that you charge your baery for 3-4 hours before rst use.
Align the prongs on the charging cable to the metal pads on the back of the device. Wrap and clip the
retenon band in place. Plug the cable into the USB port of your computer or outlet adaptor. The
fully charged battery should last 7 days under normal use condions. It is recommended to not let
the baery discharge lower than 10% before -charging. Some funcons will not work if the baery re
is lower than 10% in order to save power.
DOWNLOAD THE SMART GEAR APP FOR YOUR SMARTPHONE
Using the Smart Gear device in conjuncon with the Smart Gear App on your smart phone will
drascally enhance your device setup, maintenance and on ing tness tracking. Please note that go
you can use the App with your Smart Gear on most Smartphones.

IPhones: 4S, 5, 5C, 5S, 6, 6plus
Operang system requirements: Bluetooth 4.0 and iOS 7.0 or higher
App available in Apple App Store
ANDROID:
Most common Samsung phones: Galaxy SIII, Galaxy S4, Galaxy S5, Galaxy Note II, Galaxy Note III/IIII
Most common LG phones: Nexus 4, Opmus G
Most common Motorola phones: Moto X
Most common HTC phones: One X
Operang system requirements: Bluetooth 4.0 and OS 4.3 (Jelly Bean) or higher

PAIR YOUR SMART GEAR TO YOUR SMARTPHONE.
Aer you have downloaded the Smart Gear App you can pair your Smart Gear to your smart phone.
On your device:
Press the S2 buon unl you get to PAIR mode, press-and-hold the S2 buon to enter PAIR mode
SEARCHING will blink on the screen then PAIR will scroll.
On your smart phone:
(While PAIR is scrolling) Open the SMART GEAR App and select I have Smart Gear, choose the SMART
GEAR you like to add and touch “Done”.
On the Bluetooth Pairing Request touch “Pair” CONNECTED will show on your display.
Your Smart Gear and smart phone are now paired.
Complete the registraon and you will be auto-prompted to setup your Smart Gear using the App.
It is recommended to set up your Smart Gear using the Smart Gear App, however you also have the
opon to set up your Smart Gear manually.
Manual Set Up
Press buon S2 unl you get to SET mode.
Press-and-hold the S2 buon to enter SET mode (TIME will be blinking on the screen).
Press the S1 buon repeatedly to scroll through all the secons in SET mode: TIME, UNIT, USER,
SLEEP, CAL, MOVE TIME, VIBRATION, and PAIR.
