Intended use

This product is a toaster with 7 browning settings.

This product is intended to toast normal size

slices of bread.

The product is intended for indoor use only.

The product is not intended for professional use.

Do not let persons with reduced physical, sensory

or mental capabilities or lack of experience and

knowledge of how to operate, use the product.

Children should be supervised to ensure that

they do not play with the product.

This product is not intended to be operated by

means of an external timer or a separate remote

control system.

The product is intended for use in household

environments for typical housekeeping functions

that may also be used by non-expert users for

typical housekeeping functions, such as: shops,

oces other similar working environments, farm

houses, by clients in hotels, motels and other

residential type environments and/or in bed and

breakfast type environments.

This product can be used by children aged from

8 years and above and persons with reduced

physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack

of experience and knowledge if they have been

given supervision or instruction concerning use

of the product in a safe way and understand the

hazards involved. Children shall not play with the

product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall

not be done by children without supervision.

Any modication of the product may have

consequences for safety, warranty and proper

functioning.

• Only insert bread into the product. Any other

ingredients or objects could cause a re or

short-circuit hazard.

• The surfaces of the product get hot during use.

• Do not touch any hot surfaces.

• Do not use the product if a part is damaged or

defective. Replace a damaged or defective

product immediately.

• The power cable cannot be replaced. If the

cable is damaged the product should be

scrapped.

• Do not drop the product and avoid bumping.

• This product may only be serviced by a

qualied technician for maintenance to reduce

the risk of electric shock.

• Do not expose the product to water or

moisture.

• Unplug the product from the power source

before service and when replacing parts.

• Keep the product and power cable out of reach

of children under 8 years of age.

• Keep the product at a distance from ammable

objects such as furniture, curtains and similar.

• Do not unplug the product by pulling on the

cable. Always grasp the plug and pull.

Before rst use

Before rst use, perform at least one heating

cycle while the product is empty.

4When the product heats up for the rst time,

it may emit slight smoke or odor. This is

normal and does not aect the safety of the

product.

After this cycle, the product is ready for use with

bread.

Using the product

1. Plug the power cable A

q into a power outlet.

2. Insert a slice of bread in each bread slot A

3. Adjust the control knob A5 to choose the

level of toasting.

4For toasting frozen bread, press the defrost

button A3.

4For reheating cold toasted bread, press the

reheat button A4.

4. Slide the toasting lever A2 down until it

locks into place.

5. A2 Automatically rises when the toasting is

nished.

6. Press A6

to cancel the toasting.
