PL FILTER

•The PL (circular polarizing) filter has a 58 mm filter diameter and is

designed only for Panasonic digital cameras.

•The PL filter minimizes the light reflected from objects that do not have

metal or spherical surfaces (flat non-metallic objects, water vapor,

invisible microscopic particles in the air etc.) and makes it possible to

take pictures with enhanced contrast.

•The PL filter works best in the following situations:

–When you wish to minimize the light reflected from display windows,

glass, the surface of water etc. to make these surfaces appear more

transparent.

–When you wish to take pictures in which the blue color of the sky

stands out more clearly.

∫Attaching the PL filter

(DMC-GH2 is used as an example)

Preparation:

Close the flash and turn off the camera.

Rotate the PL filter slowly and carefully when attaching or removing it.

1 Remove the lens cap.

•Be careful not to lose the lens cap.

2 Attach the PL filter 1.

∫Operation

Turn the rotary ring 2 at the front of the

filter to a position where the reflected light

is least noticeable. If you wish to take clear

pictures of a blue sky, the best position is

where the scenery is darkest.

∫Cautions for use

•Do not tighten the PL filter too much when attaching it as you may not

be able to remove it later.

•Take care not to drop the PL filter or subject it to strong impact.

•When removing the PL filter, take care not to touch or dirty the surface

of the PL filter or the lens.

•Use a blower brush to remove fine dust from the surface of the filter.

•Before cleaning the PL filter, wipe the PL filter with a dry soft cloth.

–When the PL filter is soiled badly, it can be cleaned by wiping the dirt

off with a wrung wet cloth, and then with a dry cloth.

–Do not use solvents such as benzine, thinner, alcohol, kitchen

detergents, etc., to clean the PL filter, since it may cause

deterioration of the PL filter or the coating may peel off.

–When using a chemical cloth, be sure to follow the accompanying

instructions.

•Be sure to read the operating instructions of your digital

camera. Also, please read the operating instructions of the

interchangeable lens when you use an optional

interchangeable lens.

•When not using the PL filter, be sure to keep it in its storage case. Store

in a dry place, taking care to avoid heat and humidity.

repair or replace it, with new or refurbished parts, without charge or

refund your purchase price at our option, if the PL FILTER is sent

(postage prepaid) to the address indicated in the warranty section of the

operating manual enclosed with lens or camera body.

•Le filtre PL (polarisation circulaire) a un diamètre de 58 mm et il est

conçu uniquement pour les appareils photo numériques de Panasonic.

•Le filtre PL minimise le reflet de la lumière reflétée par les objets

n’ayant pas de surface en métal ou de surface sphérique (objets plats

non métalliques, vapeur d’eau, particules microscopiques invisibles de

l’air, etc.) et améliore le contraste des prises de vues.

•Le filtre PL fonctionne mieux dans les situations suivantes:

–Lorsque vous désirez diminuer les reflets de la lumière d’une fenêtre,

d’un miroir, de la surface de l’eau, etc., afin de rendre ces surfaces

plus transparentes.

–Lorsque vous désirez prendre des photos où le bleu du ciel ressort

plus clairement.

∫Fixation du filtre PL

(DMC-GH2 utilisé à titre d’exemple)

Préparatifs:

Fermez le flash et mettez l’appareil photo hors marche.

Tournez le filtre PL lentement et avec précaution pour le fixer ou le retirer.

1 Retirez le capuchon d’objectif.

•Faites attention de ne pas perdre le

capuchon d’objectif.

2 Fixez le filtre PL 1.

∫Fonctionnement

Tournez l’anneau circulaire 2 sur le

devant du filtre à une position où les reflets

de la lumière sont le moins visibles. Pour

prendre une photo claire d’un ciel bleu, la

meilleure position est celle où la scène est

la plus foncée.

∫Précautions d’emploi

•Ne serrez pas le filtre PL trop fort en le

fixant car vous pourriez ne plus être capable de le retirer plus tard.

•Prenez soin de ne pas faire tomber le filtre PL et de ne le soumettre à

aucun choc.

•En retirant le filtre PL, prenez soin de ne pas toucher ou de ne pas salir

la surface du filtre PL ou de l’objectif.

•Utilisez un souffleur pour enlever la poussière de la surface du filtre.

•Avant de nettoyer le filtre PL, essuyez-le avec un chiffon doux et sec.

–Lorsque le filtre PL est très sale, il peut être nettoyé avec un chiffon

doux mouillé et essoré, puis avec un chiffon sec.

–

N’utilisez pas de solvants comme le benzène, diluant, alcool, détergents

de cuisine, etc., pour nettoyer le filtre PL puisque cela pourrait causer

une détérioration externe et son fini pourrait se décoller.

–Pour utiliser une lingette traitée chimiquement, suivez attentivement

les instructions qui l’accompagnent.

•Assurez-vous de lire le manuel d’utilisation de votre appareil

photo numérique. Également, lisez le manuel d’utilisation de

l’objectif interchangeable lorsque vous utilisez un objectif

interchangeable en option.

•Lorsque vous n’utilisez pas le filtre PL, assurez-vous vous de le garder

dans son étui de rangement. Gardez-le dans un endroit sec en prenant

soin d’éviter la chaleur et l’humidité.

•Der PL-Filter (Zirkular-Polarisierung) verfügt über einen 58 mm-

Filterdurchmesser und ist ausschließlich für Digitalkameras von

Panasonic vorgesehen.

•Der PL-Filter minimiert das Licht, das von Objekten reflektiert wird, die

über keine Metall- oder sphärische Oberfläche verfügen (flache, nicht

metallische Gegenstände; Wasserdampf; unsichtbare, mikroskopisch

kleine Partikel in der Luft o. Ä.) und ermöglicht Ihnen die Aufnahme von

Bildern mit verbessertem Kontrast.

•In den folgenden Situationen funktioniert der PL-Filter am besten:

–Wenn Sie das von Fensterscheiben, Glas, Wasseroberflächen o. Ä.

reflektierte Licht minimieren möchten, um diese Oberflächen

transparenter erscheinen zu lassen.

–Wenn Sie Bilder aufnehmen möchten, bei denen die blaue Farbe

des Himmels klarer hervorsticht.

∫Anbringen des PL-Filters

(hier gezeigt am Beispiel der DMC-GH2)

Vorbereitung:

Schließen Sie den Blitz und schalten Sie die Kamera aus.

Drehen Sie den PL-Filter beim Anbringen oder Abnehmen stets langsam

und vorsichtig.

1 Nehmen Sie den Objektivdeckel ab.

•Bewahren Sie den Objektivdeckel

sorgfältig auf, um ihn nicht zu

verlieren.

2 Bringen Sie den PL-Filter 1 an.

∫Betrieb

Drehen Sie den Drehring 2 vorne am

Filter in eine Stellung, in der am wenigsten

Lichtreflexionen zu sehen sind. Wenn Sie

klare Bilder eines blauen Himmels

aufnehmen möchten, ist die beste Stellung

diejenige, bei der die Landschaft am

dunkelsten erscheint.

∫Sicherheitshinweise für die Verwendung

•Ziehen Sie den PL-Filter beim Anbringen nicht zu sehr an, da er sich

ansonsten u. U. nicht mehr abnehmen lässt.

•Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie den PL-Filter nicht fallen lassen oder ihn

irgendwelchen starken Stößen aussetzen.

•Achten Sie beim Abnehmen des PL-Filters darauf, dass Sie die

Oberfläche des PL-Filters oder der Linse nicht berühren oder

verunreinigen.

•Um Staub von der Oberfläche des Filters zu entfernen, verwenden Sie

einen Luftpinsel.

•Wischen Sie den PL-Filter mit einem trockenen, weichen Tuch ab,

bevor Sie ihn einer intensiveren Reinigung unterziehen.

–Bei starker Verschmutzung des PL-Filters kann der Schmutz

zunächst mit einem ausgewrungenen feuchten Tuch entfernt und der

Filter anschließend mit einem trockenen Tuch nachgewischt werden.

–Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung niemals Lösungsmittel wie

Waschbenzin, Verdünner, Alkohol, Haushaltsreiniger usw., da diese

Mittel die Oberfläche beschädigen oder zum Abblättern der

Beschichtung führen können.

–Wenn Sie ein chemisches Reinigungstuch verwenden, halten Sie

sich an die beigefügte Anleitung.

•Lesen Sie unbedingt die Bedienungsanleitung zu Ihrer Digitalkamera

sowie das Handbuch zum austauschbaren Objektiv, sollten Sie dieses

verwenden.

•Wenn Sie den PL-Filter nicht verwenden, bewahren Sie ihn im

zugehörigen Etui auf. Lagern Sie den Filter trocken. Vermeiden Sie

Hitze und hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit.

いください。

≥この取扱説明書は大切に保管してください。

この PL（円偏光）フィルターは、フィルター口径が

58 mm のパナソニック製デジタルカメラ専用です。

≥PLフィルターを使用すると、金属や球面以外（平

らな非金属、水蒸気や空気中の見えない微粒子な

ど）からの反射光を抑え、コントラストを強調する

写真を撮影することができます。

≥PLフィルターは、下記のような場面での撮影に効

果を発揮します。

–

ショーウィンドーやガラス、水面などからの反射光

を抑え、より透明感のある写真を撮影したいとき

–青空の青色をより鮮明に際立たせた写真を撮影し

たいとき

デジタルカメラにより取り付け方は異なりますので、

お使いのデジタルカメラの取扱説明書を必ずお読み

ください。

してください。

取り付け・取り外しの際は、ゆっくり丁寧に回してく

強く締めつけすぎると、外れなくなるおそれがあります。

≥落下や強い衝撃には、お気をつけください。

≥PLフィルターを取り外すときは、PLフィルターの

表面やレンズの表面を触ったり汚さないようにし

てください。

≥フィルター面のごみを市販のブロワーブラシなど

で完全に取り除いてください。

≥

お手入れの際は、乾いた柔らかい布でふいてください。

–汚れがひどいときは、水に浸した布をよく絞って

から汚れをふき取り、そのあと、乾いた布でふいて

ください。

–ベンジン、シンナー、アルコール、台所洗剤などの

溶剤は、PLフィルターが変質したり、塗装がはげ

るおそれがありますので使用しないでください。

–化学雑巾をご使用の際は、その注意書きに従って

ください。

≥ご使用のデジタルカメラの取扱説明書を必ずお読

みください。また、別売の交換レンズをお使いの場

合は、交換レンズの取扱説明書をお読みください。

≥ご使用にならないときは、収納ケースに入れてくだ
