1. Introduction
To all residents of the European Union

This symbol on the device or the package indicates that
disposal of the device after its lifecycle could
harm the environment. Do not dispose of
the unit (or batteries) as unsorted municipal
waste; it should be taken to a specialized
company for recycling. This device should
be returned to your distributor or to a local

2. Safety Instructions
● This device can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning the use of the device in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children without supervision.
● Indoor use only. Keep this device away from rain,
moisture, splashing and dripping liquids. Never put
objects filled with liquids on top of or close to the device.
● Risk of electroshock when opening the cover. Touching
live wires can cause life-threatening electroshocks. Do
not disassemble or open the housing yourself. Have the
device repaired by qualified personnel. Always ●
disconnect mains power when the device is not in use or
when servicing or maintenance activities are performed.
● Do not open. There are no user-serviceable parts inside
the device. Refer to an authorized dealer for service
and/or spare parts. is is a Class I appliance. Only use ●Th
when connected to an earthed mains socket. Do not ●
connect in series. This can lead to overload and fire.
3. General Guidelines

● Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device
before actually using it. ● All modifications of the device
are forbidden for safety reasons. Damage caused by user
modifications to the device is not covered by the

warranty. Damage caused by disregard of certain ●
guidelines in this manual is not covered by the warranty
and the dealer will not accept responsibility for any
ensuing defects or problems. Do not use outside the ●
technical specifications. Keep this device away from ●
dust and extreme temperatures. Do not switch the device
on immediately after it has been exposed to changes in
temperature. Protect the device against damage by
leaving it switched off until it has reached room

5. Operation
● – Select the operating mode [2] (ON Time Switch the :
connected device is switched on after the set time has
elapsed/OFF Countdown: the connected device is –
switched after the set time has elapsed). Select the off ●
time lapse with the selector [3]. Plug the timer [1] into ●
the mains socket. Plug the consumer device into the ●
input socket [4]. Start the timer by pushing the on-off ●
button [6]. The control LED [5] will flash (time switch
function) or light (countdown function).
Notes
● The timer can be stopped at any time by pressing the
on-off button. Pressing the on-off button a third time, ●
will restart the timer with its function. Moving the ●
selector while the timer is active will increase or decrease
the set time automatically.
6. Maintenance
● This device does not require any particular
maintenance. However, cleaning it regularly will keep it
clean. Occasionally wipe with a damp cloth to keep it
looking new. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning
solvents or strong detergents. Before cleaning, unplug ●
the timer completely from the mains.

1. Inleiding
Aan alle ingezetenen van de Europese Unie
Belangrijke milieu-informatie betreffende dit

Dit symbool op het toestel of de verpakking geeft aan
dat, als het na zijn levenscyclus wordt
weggeworpen, dit toestel schade kan
toebrengen aan het milieu. Gooi dit toestel
(en eventuele batterijen) niet bij het
gewone huishoudelijke afval; het moet bij
een gespecialiseerd bedrijf terechtkomen
voor recyclage. U moet dit toestel naar uw verdeler of
naar een lokaal recyclagepunt brengen. Respecteer de
plaatselijke milieuwetgeving. Hebt u vragen,
contacteer dan de plaatselijke autoriteiten
betreffende de verwijdering.

2. Veiligheidsvoorschriften
● Dit toestel is geschikt voor gebruik door kinderen vanaf
8 jaar, door personen met fysieke, zintuiglijke of
verstandelijke beperkingen, of door personen met gebrek
aan ervaring en kennis, op voorwaarde dat dit onder
toezicht gebeurt van een persoon die verantwoordelijk is
voor hun veiligheid of hun aanwijzingen heeft gegeven,
hoe zij het toestel moeten gebruiken en zich bewust zijn
van de risico's die het gebruik van het toestel met zich
meebrengt. Kinderen mogen niet met het toestel spelen.
Reiniging en onderhoud mogen niet worden uitgevoerd
door kinderen zonder toezicht. Gebruik het toestel ●
enkel binnenshuis. Bescherm dit toestel tegen regen,
vochtigheid en opspattende vloeistoffen. Plaats nooit
objecten gevuld met vloeistof op of naast het toestel.
● Elektrocutiegevaar bij het openen van de behuizing.
Raak geen kabels aan die onder stroom staan om
dodelijke elektrische schokken te vermijden. Open de
behuizing niet zelf. Laat het onderhoud van het toestel

● Leer eerst de functies van het toestel kennen voor u
het gaat gebruiken. ● Om veiligheidsredenen mag u geen
wijzigingen aanbrengen aan het toestel. Schade door
wijzigingen die de gebruiker heeft aangebracht aan het
toestel valt niet onder de garantie. ● Gebruik het toestel
enkel waarvoor het gemaakt is. De garantie vervalt
automatisch bij ongeoorloofd gebruik. ● De garantie geldt
niet voor schade door het negeren van bepaalde
richtlijnen in deze handleiding en uw dealer zal de
verantwoordelijkheid afwijzen voor defecten of problemen
die hier rechtstreeks verband mee houden. Overschrijd ●
nooit de waarden vermeld in de technische specificaties.
● Bescherm tegen stof en extreme temperaturen. Het is
beter om het toestel niet onmiddellijk in te schakelen
nadat het werd blootgesteld aan temperatuur-
schommelingen. Om beschadiging te vermijden, moet u
wachten tot het toestel de kamertemperatuur heeft
bereikt. Bewaar deze handleiding voor verdere ●
raadpleging.

5. Bediening
● – Selecteer de bedrijfsmodus [2] (ON Time Switch: het
verbonden toestel wordt ingeschakeld nadat de
ingestelde tijd verstreken /OFF Countdown: het is –
verbonden toestel wordt uitgeschakeld nadat de
ingestelde tijd verstreken is. Selecteer de intervaltijd ) ●
met de keuzeschakelaar [3]. Steek de timer [1] in het ●
stopcontact. Steek het toestel in de ingang [4]. Start ● ●
de timer door op de aan-uitknop te drukken [6]. De
controleled [5] flikkert (tijdschakelaar) of licht op
(countdown functie).
Opmerkingen
● De timer kan steeds uitgeschakeld worden met een
druk op de aan-uitknop. Door drie keer op de aan-●
uitknop te drukken, zal de timer zich heropstarten. Als ●
de keuzeschakelaar beweegt wanneer de timer
geactiveerd is, zal de ingestelde tijd automatisch toe- of
afnemen.
6. Onderhoud
● Dit toestel vereist geen bijzonder onderhoud. Reinig het
toestel af en toe met een vochtige doek. Gebruik geen
bijtende chemische producten, reinigingsmiddelen of
sterke detergenten. ● Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact
voor het reinigen.
