3D SENSOR FROM USA - MEASURES YOUR MOVEMENT ACCURATELY
- The 3D technology in the accelerator is an accelerometer sensor that detects and
  measures acceleration in walking or running.

USING THE WATCH FUNCTIONS
IMPORTANT!
- Before the unit is transported, the watch is switched off for energy saving purposes.
  User will need to turn it on by pressing the MODE key when they have purchased
  the product.
- Again for energy saving purposes,         the watch unit will       automatically switch   off    tat midnigh
  every night. To turn it on again, press the MODE key.
WALKING AND RUNNING MODE
- There are two-step counting features, one is for the walking mode and the other is
   running mode. For each mode, calibration of stride length is required for both.

  During that time, it will not display a step count. It will display your entire step count
  from the beginning of your walk/run, including the steps you took while the watch was
  not displaying a step count.

In order to maximize the accuracy of the step counting feature of the watch, please
wear the watch     properly as shown in       the diagram (strap of the         watch must fasten tightl      y
around the wrist and it must not be loose; display must also be perpendicular to the
forearm and wrist; the watch must only be worn on the left wrist and not the right to
maximize the accuracy of step counting) as the design and accuracy of the watch for
step counting is based on the positioning of               the watch. By wear ng      i  the watch correctl    y,
the steps counted during the walk or run will be more accurate.

TIME AND DATE SETTING MODE
1. Press the MODE button until you have reached the clock
    mode displaying the time & date.
2. Press and hold the MODE key for 3 seconds and the
    seconds' digits should flash.
3. Press MODE to set the minute.
4. To increment the value, press the START/STOP/+ button or
    hold the START/STOP/+ button until you have reached your
    desired minute. To decrement the value, press the
    NEXT/SAVE/- button or hold the NEXT/SAVE/- button until
    you have reached your desired minute

 5.  Press MODE key for confirmation and continue to set the hour.
 6. To increment the value, press the START/STOP/+ button or hold the START/STOP/+  
      button until you have reached your desired hour. To decrement the value, press the
      NEXT/SAVE/- button or hold the NEXT/SAVE/- button until you have reached your
      desired hour.
 7.  Press MODE key for confirmation and continue to set the date.
 8. To increment the value, press the START/STOP/+ button or hold the START/STOP/+  
      button until you have reached your desired date. To decrement the value, press the
      NEXT/SAVE/- button or hold the NEXT/SAVE/- button until you have reached your
      desired date
  9. Press MODE key for confirmation and continue to set the month.
10. To     increment the value, press the     STAR T    T/S OP/+ button or hold the     STAR T +T/S OP/
      button until you have reached your desired month. To decrement the value, press
      the NEXT/SAVE/- button or hold the NEXT/SAVE/- button until you have reached
      your desired month
11. Press MODE key for confirmation and continue to set the year.
12. To     increment the value, press the     STAR T    T/S OP/+ button or hold the     STAR T +T/S OP/
      button until you have reached your desired year or to decrement the value, press
      the NEXT/SAVE/- button or hold the NEXT/SAVE/- button until you have reached
      your desired year
13. Press MODE key to confirm and select the 12 hour or 24 hour format. Do this by
      pressing the START/STOP/+ or NEXT/SAVE/- button to toggle between the two
      options.
14. To exit settings, press and hold the MODE button or alternatively, do not press or
      hold any buttons for 60 seconds and the unit will return to Time/Date mode.
Note : At anytime to exit the time and date setting mode, press and hold MODE button
for 3 seconds and all revised setting will be kept after exit.
ALARM MODE
1. Press the MODE button until you have reached the alarm
    mode.
2. To turn the alarm on or off, press the START/STOP/+ or
    NEXT/SAVE/- button to toggle between the two options.
    Note: To exit the alarm mode and return to the default time
    mode, press the MODE button until you have reached the
    time mode which should display time. No button pressed or
    held for 60 seconds will automatically trigger the unit to
    return to Time/Date mode.
SETTING THE ALARM
1. Press the MODE button until you have reached the alarm
    mode.
2. Press and hold the MODE button to enter into alarm setting
    mode and the minutes' digits should start flashing.
3. Press or hold the START/STOP/+ button to increment the
    minutes' value until you have reached your desired minute.
    Alternatively, press or hold the NEXT/SAVE/- button to
    decrement the value until you have reached your desired
    minute.
4. Press the MODE button to confirm and continue to set the
    hour's digits.

5. Press or hold the         STAR T      T/S OP/+ button to increment the minutes' value until you hav            e
    reached your desired minute. Alternatively, press or hold the NEXT/SAVE/- button to
    decrement the value until you have reached your desired minute.
6. Press and hold the MODE button for confirmation.
    Note:
    - Any changes made in the alarm mode will automatically enable the alarm.
    - To exit the alarm mode and return to the default time mode, press the MODE button
      until you have reached the time mode which should display time. No buttons pressed
      or held for 60 seconds will automatically trigger the unit to return to Time/Date mode.
CHRONOGRAPH MODE
1. Press the MODE key until you have reached the
    chronograph mode.
2. Press NEXT/SAVE/- button to select RUN or WALK
3. Press the START/STOP/+ button to start and press
    again to stop the chronograph.
Note:
- To exit the alarm mode and return to the default time mode,
  press the MODE button until you have reached the time
  mode which should display time. No buttons pressed or
  held for 60 seconds will automatically trigger the unit to
  return to Time/Date mode.

Stop Mode
1. Press   the STAR TT/S OP/+ button   to stop the     chronograph mode  .
2. You may scroll through the data being measured: Speed,
Distance, Steps, Calories and Fat Burnt by pressing the
NEXT/SAVE/- button.
3. Press & hold the NEXT/SAVE/- button for 3 seconds to save
    the record
4. Press the START/STOP/+ or NEXT/SAVE/- button to select
    YES or NO.
5. Press & hold the NEXT/SAVE/- button to confirm your setting
    and back to Chronograph Mode.
Note:
    - To exit the alarm mode and return to the default time mode,
      press the MODE button until you have reached the time
      mode which should display time. No buttons pressed or held
      for 60 seconds will automatically trigger the unit to return to
      Time/Date mode.
Start Mode
1. Press the START/STOP/+ button to start the chronograph mode.
    During the exercise session, you         may scroll through the data being           measured: Speed  ,
    Distance, Steps, Calories  and Fat Burnt by pressing the NEXT/SAVE/- button.

TARGET TIME/DISTANCE/INTERVAL DISTANCE & SPEED SETTING MODE
Target Time:
1. Press the MODE button until you have reached the chronograph mode.
    Press and hold the MODE button for 3 seconds to enter the Target Time setting
    mode. (Press mode again to select Target Speed, Target Distance & Interval Time
    Setting ).  The chronograph must be reset to 0 before the setting mode can be
    accessed.
2. To     Tturn the arget ime T  on or f, press the   of      STAR T    T/S OP/+ or NEXT/SAVE/- butto  n
    to toggle between the two options.
3. Press Mode to confirm ON or OFF for Target Time.  If Target Time is off, the watch
    will skip to setting the Target Distance.
4. Increment or decrement target second by pressing or holding the START/STOP/+
    or NEXT/SAVE/- button.
5. Press the Mode button for confirmation and set the target minute.
6. Increment   or decrement the     target minute by     pressing or hold    ing the   STAR TT/S OP/+
    or NEXT/SAVE/- button.
7. Press the Mode button for confirmation and set the target hour.
8. Increment or decrement the target hour by pressing or holding the START/STOP/+
    or NEXT/SAVE/- button.
9. Confirm the     target hour by     pressing the MODE     button then con    tinue to set     the Target
    Distance.
10. Any changes made in the Target Time Mode will automatically enable the Target
      Time function.
Target Distance:
1. After Target Time is set, Target Distance can be activated or deactivated.
2. To turn the Target Distance on or off, press the START/STOP/+ or NEXT/SAVE/-
    button to toggle between the two options.
3. Press Mode to confirm ON or OFF for Target Distance.  If Target Time is off, the
    watch will skip to setting the Interval Distance.

4. Increment or decrement the target distance by pressing or ho                    lding the   START/S OP/T +
    or NEXT/SAVE/- button.
5. Confirm the Target Distance by pressing the MODE button then continue to set the
    Interval Distance.
6. Any changes made in the Target Distance mode will automatically enable the Target
    Distance function.
Interval Distance:
1. To turn the Interval Distance on or off, press the START/STOP/+ or NEXT/SAVE/-
    button to toggle between the two options.
2. Press Mode to confirm ON or OFF for Interval Distance.  If Interval Distance is off,
    the watch will skip to setting the Target Speed.
3. Increment   or decrement the Interval       Distance by pressing     or holding the   STAR TT/S OP/+
    or NEXT/SAVE/- button.
4. Confirm the Interval Distance by pressing the MODE button then continue to set the
    Target Speed (Walking Mode).
5. Any changes made in the Interval Distance Mode will automatically enable the Interval
    Distance function.
Target Speed (Walking Mode):
1. To turn the Target Speed (Walking Mode) on or off, press the START/STOP/+ or
    NEXT/SAVE/- button to toggle between the two options.
2. Press Mode to confirm ON or OFF for Target Speed (Walking Mode).  If Target Speed
    for walking is off, the watch will skip to setting the Target Speed for Running Mode.
    If Target Speed is activated, the next step is to set the Maximum Target Speed.
3. Increment or decrement the Maximum Target Speed (Walking Mode) by pressing or
    holding the START/STOP/+ or NEXT/SAVE/- button
4. Press Mode to set the Minimum Target Speed (Walking Mode)
5. Increment or decrement the Minimum Target Speed (Walking Mode) by pressing or
    holding the START/STOP/+ or NEXT/SAVE/- button
6. Confirm the     Target Speed   (Walking Mode) by pressing the MODE button             then continu  e
    to set the Target Speed (Running Mode).
7. Any changes made in the Target Speed (Walking Mode) will automatically enable the
    Target Speed (Walking Mode) function.
Target Speed (Running Mode):
1. To turn the Target Speed (Running Mode) on or off, press the START/STOP/+ or
    NEXT/SAVE/- button to toggle between the two options.
2. Press Mode to confirm ON or OFF for Target Speed (Running Mode).  If Target Speed
    for running is off, the watch will skip to setting the Target Time.  If Target Speed for
    running is activated, the next stage is to set the Maximum Target Speed for running.
3. Increment or decrement the Maximum Target Speed (Running Mode) by pressing or
    holding the START/STOP/+ or NEXT/SAVE/- button
4. Press Mode to set the Minimum Target Speed (Running Mode)
5. Increment or decrement the Minimum Target Speed (Running Mode) by pressing or
    holding the START/STOP/+ or NEXT/SAVE/- button
6. Confirm the Target Speed (Running Mode) by pressing the MODE button and then
    back to Target Time Setting Mode.
7. Any changes made in the Target Speed (Running Mode) will automatically enable the
    Target Speed (Running Mode) function.

Remarks:
       3 beeps alert alarm when interval distance is reached.
       3 beeps x 3 times alert alarm when total target distance is achieved.
       2 beeps every 10 seconds when speed is higher than maximum speed set.
       1 beep every 10 seconds when speed is lower than minimum speed set.

MEMORY RECALL MODE
1. Press the MODE key until you have reached the Memory
    Recall mode.
2. Press and hold the MODE button for 3 seconds to show the
    data of the selected record and the record should start
    flashing.
3. Press START/STOP/+ button or NEXT/SAVE/- button to scroll
    through the numbered records
4. Press the MODE button again to confirm the record.
5. Press START/STOP/+ button or NEXT/SAVE/- button to view
    the data:  Time/Date - Calories/Fat Burnt - Distance/Steps
    - walking or running time/average speed.
Delete Record:
1. Press and hold NEXT/SAVE/- button for 3 seconds to delete the selected record or
    hold on for 4 seconds to clear all records.
2. Press START/STOP/+ or NEXT/SAVE/- button to toggle between YES or NO.
3. Press and hold the MODE button to confirm.
    Note:
    Every time the watch is reset, all records will be removed.
    No buttons   pressed or held for       60 seconds will     automatically trigger the     watch to retur    n
    to time/date Mode.

1. Press the MODE key until you have reached the Calibration Mode.
2. Press NEXT/SAVE/- button to select "WALK" or "RUN".
3. Press START/STOP/+ button to start the calibration and press again to stop the
    calibration.
4. To                 quit calibration during the process of calibration, press and hold the MODE butto        n
    will automatically trigger the watch to return to the default time/date mode.
Calibration Setting:
1. Press and hold MODE button to enter the Calibration
    Setting Mode.
2. Increment or decrement the Calibration Distance by
    pressing or holding the START/STOP/+ or NEXT/SAVE/-
    button
3. Confirm the Calibration Distance by holding the MODE
    button which should trigger the watch to return to
    calibration mode.
4. No buttons pressed or held for 60 seconds will
    automatically trigger the watch to return to time/date mode.
Note:
-   Stride leng isth   limited to a   of   range 20-180cm (8" to   5'11") or f  both walking and     running.
  If the calibrated result is         beyond this range then the previous stride             length will be used      .

CALIBRATION MODE

5. Press START/STOP/+ or NEXT/SAVE/- button to increment
    or decrement the setting data. (Default:45kg/99lb,
    Range:20-227kg/45-501lbs)
6. Press the MODE button to enter next setting - HEIGHT
7. Press START/STOP/+ or NEXT/SAVE/- button to increment
    or decrement the setting data. (Default:170cm/5'6",
    Range:50-250cm/1'8"-8'2")
8. Press the MODE button to enter next setting - AGE
9. Press START/STOP/+ or NEXT/SAVE/- button to increment
    or decrement the setting data. (Default:26, Range:5-128)

      to User Setting Mode. No button press or hold for another
      60 seconds will bring the time/date mode back.

INSTALLING THE BATTERY
The Watch uses 1 piece CR 2032 batteries. Use only the recommended batteries.
NOTE:                            eChanging the battery will erase the data in the watch previously input into th
device and you can then/will need to re-set the watch all over again.
1. The battery compartments located at the back of the watch.
2. To        y,                rinstall/ replace the batter unscrew the battery compartment with the screw drive
    and simply slide out afterwards.
3. Take out the old battery and dispose of properly.
4. Gently place a new battery into the battery slot of the battery compartment, making
    sure that the poles are correctly placed.
5. Screw back the battery compartment, when finished as in the diagram below

       Battery installation and removed should be performed by an adult
       Use only batteries recommended in this instruction sheet
       Be sure to install the batteries with the correct polarity, as indicated
       Remove all batteries when replacing the old batteries with new batteries
       Only batteries of the same and equivalent type as recommended are to be used
       Do not short-circuit the supply terminals
       Exhausted batteries should be removed from the product
       Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged
       Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the product before being charged
       Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision
       Different types of batteries, new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
