2 Do not put the appliance in liquid; do not use it near water
inabath-tub,basinorothervessel;anddon’tuseitoutdoors.
3 Keep the hot straightening plates away from the skin.
4 Do not leave the appliance unattended while plugged in.
5 Only set the appliance down on a heat-proof surface.
6 Do not use attachments other than those we supply.
7 Do not twist or kink the cable, or wrap it round the appliance.
8 Do not use the appliance if it is damaged or malfunctions.
9 If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or
someone similarly qualied, in order to avoid hazard.
10 This appliance is not intended for commercial or salon use.
11 Let the appliance cool down before cleaning and storing away.
F INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 Before use, ensure the hair is clean, dry and tangle-free.
2 Section the hair prior to styling. Style the lower layers rst.
3 Plug in the styler and press and hold the on button to switch on.
* When the styler is plugged in but not turned on a lock symbol will show in the display
window indicating the styler is in stand by mode.
4 Start styling on lower temperatures rst. Select appropriate temperature for your hair
type using the controls on the side of the straightener.
Recommended Temperatures:
Temperature Hair Type
150°C-170°C Fine
170°C-200°C Medium
200°C-230°C Thick
5 Thetemperaturebarsanddisplaywillstopashingoncedesiredtemperatureisreached.
6 Working on one section at a time run the straightener through the entire length of the
hair, without stopping.
7 Repeat only twice per section to prevent damage to the hair.
8 When nished press and hold the o button for two seconds to turn o and unplug the
appliance.

temperature.
