SunbeamProducts,Inc.doingbusinessasJardenConsumerSolutionsorifinCanada,SunbeamCorporation

(Canada)LimiteddoingbusinessasJardenConsumerSolutions(collectively“JCS”)warrantsthatforaperiodofone

yearfromthedateofpurchase,thisproductwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship.JCS,atitsoption,

willrepairorreplacethisproductoranycomponentoftheproductfoundtobedefectiveduringthewarrantyperiod.

Replacementwillbemadewithaneworremanufacturedproductorcomponent.Iftheproductisnolongeravailable,

replacementmaybemadewithasimilarproductofequalorgreatervalue.Thisisyourexclusivewarranty.DoNOT

attempttorepairoradjustanyelectricalormechanicalfunctionsonthisproduct.Doingsowillvoidthiswarranty.

Thiswarrantyisvalidfortheoriginalretailpurchaserfromthedateofinitialretailpurchaseandisnottransferable.

Keeptheoriginalsalesreceipt.Proofofpurchaseisrequiredtoobtainwarrantyperformance.JCSdealers,service

centers,orretailstoressellingJCSproductsdonothavetherighttoalter,modifyoranywaychangetheterms

andconditionsofthiswarranty.

Thiswarrantydoesnotcovernormalwearofpartsordamageresultingfromanyofthefollowing:negligentuseor

misuseoftheproduct,useonimpropervoltageorcurrent,usecontrarytotheoperatinginstructions,disassembly,

repairoralterationbyanyoneotherthanJCSoranauthorizedJCSservicecenter.Further,thewarrantydoesnot

cover:ActsofGod,suchasfire,flood,hurricanesandtornadoes.

WhatarethelimitsonJCS’sLiability?

JCSshallnotbeliableforanyincidentalorconsequentialdamagescausedbythebreachofanyexpress,impliedor

statutorywarrantyorcondition.

Excepttotheextentprohibitedbyapplicablelaw,anyimpliedwarrantyorconditionofmerchantabilityorfitnessfora

particularpurposeislimitedindurationtothedurationoftheabovewarranty.

JCSdisclaimsallotherwarranties,conditionsorrepresentations,express,implied,statutoryorotherwise.

JCSshallnotbeliableforanydamagesofanykindresultingfromthepurchase,useormisuseof,orinabilitytousethe

productincludingincidental,special,consequentialorsimilardamagesorlossofprofits,orforanybreachofcontract,

fundamentalorotherwise,orforanyclaimbroughtagainstpurchaserbyanyotherparty.

Someprovinces,statesorjurisdictionsdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages
