Step 1 - Attach Floor Glides to Metal Frame
Thread the ve Floor Glides (I D) into the Metal Base ( ).

Step 2 - Attach 3” Cope Tubes to Metal Base
Thread a Shelf Connector ( ) securely into the four 3” Cope Tubes ( ).H B
NOTE: Do not tighten the Pan Head Bolts (G) until the entire EFAV-II is assembled.
Place a Pan Head Bolt ( ) through each of the four holes in the Metal Base ( ); then, thread them into the four 3” Cope G D

Step 3 - Place a Video Shelf on the Metal Base
Align four holes in a Video Shelf ( ) with the Shelf Connectors ( ) threaded into the 3” Cope Tubes ( ) in Step 2; then, place E H B
the Video Shelf onto the 3” Cope Tubes.

Step 4 - Secure the Angled Center Support to the Video Shelf
NOTE: Make sure the coped end of the Angled Center Support (C) ts over the Metal Base (D).
Attach the Angled Center support ( ) to the bottom of the Video Shelf ( ) by threading a Pan Head Bolt ( ) up through the C E G
