このたびは、シグマレンズをお買い求めいただきありがとうございます。本説明書を

ご精読の上、レンズの機能、操作、取り扱い上の注意点を正しく理解して、写真撮影

をお楽しみください。なお本説明書は、各カメラ用共用となっておりますので、項目

によりご使用カメラの該当箇所をお読みになり、ご使用カメラの説明書もあわせてご

覧ください。お読みになったあとは、大切に保管してください。

取り扱いを誤ると、使用者が重傷を負う可能性があります。

■ レンズを付けたカメラで、太陽や強い光源を見ると、視力障害を起こす恐れ

があります。特にレンズ単体で太陽を直接見ると、失明の原因となります。

取り扱いを誤ると、使用者が障害を負うか、物的損害が発生する可能性があります。

■ レンズ、またはレンズを付けたカメラを、レンズキャップを付けないまま放

置しないでください。太陽の光が集光現象を起こし、火災の原因となる場合

があります。

■ マウント部は複雑な形状をしています。手荒に扱うと怪我の原因となります。

■ 三脚は十分に強度のあるものをご使用ください。弱いものをご使用になりま

すと、転倒する恐れがあります。

ニコン AF 用について

このレンズは、ニコン製レンズにおける、タイプ（絞りリングのないタイプ）AF G

と同等の仕様になっています。カメラとの組合わせによって、機能に制限がでる場合

があります。詳しくはご使用のカメラの説明書等をご参照ください。

レンズの着脱方法

カメラへの着脱方法は、ご使用のカメラの説明書に従って着脱してください。

◆ マウント面には絞り連動用、連動用の装置や、電気接点等があります。キズやAF

汚れがつくと誤作動や故障の原因となりますのでご注意ください。

露出について

露出の決定方法は、ご使用のカメラの説明書に従って、絞りやシャッター速度等をセ

ットしてください。

ピント合わせとズーミング

オートフォーカスで撮影する場合は、フォーカスモード切り換えスイッチをにセAF

ットします（図）。マニュアルで撮影する場合は、フォーカスモード切り換えスイ2

ッチをにセットし、フォーカスリングを回してピントを合わせます。M

ニコン用は、超音波モーターに対応したカメラとの組合せでオートフォーカス撮影

が可能です。超音波モーターに対応していないカメラとの組合せでは、マニュアル

フォーカスでのご使用となります。

このレンズは、にセットしたままでマニュアルでのピント補正をすることも可能AF

です。カメラをシングルモードにセットして、合焦後、シャッターボタンを半押AF

しのままでフォーカスリングを回してピントを調整してください。

またこのレンズは、オートフォーカスが作動している時でも、フォーカスリングを回

すとマニュアルに切り替わる「切り替え機能」（マニュアルオーバーライド）をMF

備えています。レンズのフォーカスモード切り換えスイッチをにセットして使用MO

してください（図 3）。

◆ 別売りのとソフトウエア「USB DOCK SIGMA Optimization Pro」を用いて、MF

切り替え機能の有効／無効の設定、およびに切り替わるタイミングの調整をすMF

ることができます。詳しくは「SIGMA Optimization Pro」のヘルプをご覧ください。

ズームリングを回して、最適な構図になるように焦点距離を変化させます。

ムロックスイッチ》

ズームリングの回転をロックすることにより、上向き、下向きでも安定した撮影をす

ることができます。使用したい焦点距離指標に合わせ、ズームロックスイッチを

LOCK 側にスライドしてください（図 4）。

◆ 焦点距離指標のない位置ではロックすることができません。

◆ ワイド側（位置）ではズームリングが完全にロックされます。他の焦点距150mm

離指標では、ズームリングを回す、もしくは前側からの衝撃によってズームロック

が自動的に解除されます。

フォーカスリミッターについて

このレンズは、オートフォーカスの作動範囲を制限できるフォーカスリミッターを備

えています（図）。以下の三段階に切換え可能です。5

●FULL（2.8m ～ ∞） ●10m ～ ∞ ●2.8m ～ 10m

手ぶれ補正機能について

このレンズは、手持ち撮影時の手ブレを軽減する、手ぶれ補正機能 OS(Optical

Stabilizer)を搭載しています。OS（手ぶれ補正機能）スイッチを 1 にします（図 6）。

シャッターボタンを半押しし、ファインダーで像が安定しているのを確認してから撮

影してください。（半押ししてから像が安定するまで、約１秒かかります。）流し撮り

をする時はスイッチをにします。（上下方向の手ぶれのみ補正します。）OS 2

手ぶれ補正機能は、通常の手持ち撮影において生じる手ブレを軽減させる機能です。

以下の条件では、手ぶれ補正の効果が十分に発揮されない場合があります。

▪動いている乗り物からの撮影 ▪カメラの向きを大きく動かしながらの撮影

以下の条件では、手ぶれ補正機能は使用しないでください。

▪三脚等でカメラを固定しての撮影バルブ（長時間露光）撮影 ▪

手ぶれ補正機能は、カメラの電池を利用して作動します。通常のレンズを使用した

場合に比べ、撮影可能枚数が少なくなります。手ぶれ補正機能を使用しないときは、

電池の消耗を防ぐため、にしてください。OS スイッチを OFF

レンズの着脱時は、スイッチをにしてから行ってください。OS OFF

シャッターボタンから指を離しても、カメラの露出計がはたらいている間は、手ぶ

れ補正機能も作動しています。作動中にレンズを外したり、カメラの電池を取り出

すと、レンズの故障の原因となります。

撮影直後やカメラの内蔵フラッシュの充電時などに、ファインダー像が揺れること

がありますが、撮影には影響ありません。

手ぶれ補正機能が作動中、レンズを外したりカメラの電源を切ったとき、レンズを

振るとカタカタと音がする場合がありますが故障ではありません。

ニコン用は、キヤノン用は以外のフィルムカメラにおいて、手ぶれ補F6 EOS-1V

正機能が正常に働きません。にして使用してください。OS スイッチを OFF

カスタムモードについて

このレンズは、別売りのとソフトウエア「USB DOCK SIGMA Optimization Pro」を

用いて、の速度、の効き具合、フォーカスリミッターの範囲などを好みの状AF OS

態にカスタマイズして、カスタムモードスイッチに登録することができます。詳しく

は「SIGMA Optimization Pro」のヘルプをご覧ください。

通常はカスタムモードスイッチをにセットしてください。カスタムモードがOFF

ON（、C1 C2）にセットされていると、フォーカスリミッタースイッチが無効とな

ります（図 7）。

USB DOCK は各マウント専用です。ご使用のレンズに対応したをごUSB DOCK

用意ください。異なるマウント用のはご使用になれません。USB DOCK

ソフトウエア「SIGMA Optimization Pro」は、弊社ウェブサイトより無料でダウン

三脚座

三脚座は固定ノブをゆるめると、360 度フリーに回転しますので、画面の縦横の調節

が簡単にできます図。( 8)

このレンズは三脚座の取り外しが可能です。手持ちでの撮影や携帯時に便利です。

1.三脚座の固定ノブをゆるめ、三脚座の指標をの位置に合わせます（図REMOVE 9）。

2.(図の様に、矢印の方向に三脚座をまっすぐ引き抜いて下さい。10)

◆ 取り付け方は三脚座の取り外し方と逆の手順で行って下さい。

◆ 着脱の時以外は三脚座の指標をの位置に合わせないで下さい。三脚座かREMOVE

らレンズが外れ落下の原因となります。また、不用意に三脚座が回転しないように、

通常は固定ノブをしっかり締めてご使用下さい。

◆ カメラに装着したままで、三脚座の取り外しはできません。

プロテクティブカバー

三脚座を外して使用する際、三脚座取付部の保護やホールディング時の感触を向上さ

せるプロテクティブカバーを付属しています。三脚座を外した後、（図）のように11

レンズとプロテクティブカバーの指標を合わせ、まっすぐに押し込みます。

取り外す際は、逆方向にまっすぐに引き抜いてください。

◆ プロテクティブカバー部を持っての移動は、レンズが外れ、落下する恐れがあるの

でおやめください。

保管、取扱上の注意

湿気はカビや錆の原因となります。長期間使用しない場合は、乾燥剤と一緒に密閉

性の良い容器に入れて保管してください。ナフタリン等、防虫剤のある場所には保

管しないでください。

レンズ面には直接指で触れないでください。ゴミや汚れが付いたときには、ブロア

ーかレンズブラシで取り除いてください。指の跡などは、市販のレンズクリーナー

液とレンズクリーニングペーパーで軽く拭いてください。ベンジン、シンナー等の

有機溶剤は絶対に使わないでください。

このレンズは防水構造ではありません。雨天や水辺での使用では、濡らさないよう

に注意してください。水がレンズ内部に入り込むと、大きな故障の原因となり、修

理不能になる場合があります。

急激な温度変化により、レンズ内部に水滴が生じることがあります。寒い屋外から

暖かい室内に入るときなどは、ケースやビニール袋に入れ、周囲の温度になじませ

てからご使用ください。

NIKON AF TYPE CAMERAS

This lens functions in the same way as a G Type auto-focus Nikon lens (without an

aperture ring). Functions may be restricted depending on the lens/camera

combination. For more details, please refer to the camera’s instruction manual.

ATTACHING TO THE CAMERA BODY

Please refer to the instruction booklet for your camera body.

◆ On the lens mount surface, there are a number of couplers and electrical

contacts. Please keep them clean to ensure proper connection. While changing

the lens, be sure to place it front end down to avoid damaging the rear mount.

SETTING THE EXPOSURE MODE

The Sigma lens functions automatically once attached to the camera. Please refer

to the camera instruction book.

FOCUSING AND ZOOMING

For autofocus operation, set the focus mode switch on the lens to the “AF”

position (g.2). If you wish to focus manually, set the focus mode switch on the

lens

to the “M” position. You can adjust the focus by turning the focus ring.

◆ Please refer to camera’s instruction manual for details on changing the

camera’s focusing mode.

◆ For Nikon mount, it is only possible to use AF with camera bodies which

support motors driven by ultrasonic waves such as HSM. AF will not function if

the camera body does not support this type of motor.

◆ When operating this lens in manual focus mode, it is recommended that correct

focus be conrmed visually in the viewnder rather than relying on the distance

scale. This is due to possible focus shift resulting from extreme changes in

temperature which cause various components in the lens to expand and

contract. Special allowance is made for this at the innity setting.

This lens also permits manual focusing even in the autofocus mode. With the

camera set to the One-Shot AF (AF-S) mode, it is possible to manually override

the autofocus while the shutter release button is pressed halfway.

Also, this lens can offer [Full-time MF function] (

anual

verride) by rotating

the

focus ring of the lens while auto focusing is in operation. For For Full- time MF, set

the focus mode switch on the lens to the “ ” position (g.3).MO

◆ When using USB DOCK (sold separately) and its dedicated software, “SIGMA

Optimization Pro”, it is possible to select Full-time MF function ON/OFF, You can

also adjust the amount of ring rotation to operate Full-time MF function. For

further information, please refer to the SIGMA Optimization Pro “Help” menu.

《》ZOOMING

Rotate the Rubber grip on the zoom ring to the desired position.

《ZOOM LOCK SWITCH》

The zoom ring can be locked to enable stable shooting whether the lens is

positioned upward or downward. Adjust to the desired focal length scale, and set

the zoom lock switch to the “LOCK” position (g.4).

◆ The zoom ring cannot be locked at a focal length where there is no focal length

marking.

◆ The zoom ring will be completely locked at the wide-end (150mm). When the

zoom ring is locked at other focal length scales, the zoom lock will be released

automatically when the zoom ring is rotated or there is a certain contact from

the front of the lens.

FOCUS LIMITER SWITCH

This lens is equipped with the focus limiter switch, which enables a limit of the AF

range (g.5). It is possible to switch to the following three modes.

●FULL (2.8m ~ 10m ~ ∞) ●∞ (32.8ft ~ ∞) ●2.8m ~ 10m (9.2ft ~ 32.8ft )

ABOUT OS (OPTICAL STABILIZER) FEATURES

This OS (Optical Stabilizer) lens effectively compensates for image blurring

caused by camera shake. Set the OS (Optical Stabilizer) switch to Mode 1 (g.6).

Press the shutter button halfway down, conrm the image in the viewnder is

stable then take the picture. (It takes approximately 1 second to produce a stable

image, after pressing the shutter button halfway). Mode , detects the vertical 2

camera shake, and overcomes blurring. It is effective on subjects moving

horizontal to the camera.

◆

The blurring compensation function of Optical Stabilizer is effective for hand-held

shooting. In the following conditions, Optical Stabilizer may not function properly.

●Shots from the a moving vehicle.

●If there is a considerable camera motion or shake.

◆ Please do not use Optical Stabilizer in the following situations.

● ●When the lens is mounted on a tripod. Bulb (long time exposure).

◆ Optical Stabilizer function is powered from the camera. If the OS lens is

attached to your camera and activated, shooting capacity of your camera will

be lower than with conventional lenses used with the same camera. If you are

not using Optical Stabilizer, please turn OFF the OS switch, in order to prevent

consumption of a battery.

◆ Be sure to turn of OS switch to OFF position, before attaching or detaching the

lens to the camera.

◆ The Optical Stabilizer continues to operate after you release your nger from

the shutter button, as long as the exposure meter displays the exposure value.

Never remove the lens or remove the camera’s battery while the image

stabilizer is operating, you could damage the lens.

◆ Although the viewnder image may appear to shake immediately after shooting

and at the start of the ash charge cycle of the built-in ash of the camera etc.,

it will not cause any effect on pictures.

◆ If the camera power is turned off or lens is detached while the Optical Stabilizer

function is in operation, the lens may emit a chattering noise, but this is not a

malfunction.

◆ For Nikon and Canon mounts, the Optical Stabilizer (OS) function will not work

with lm SLR cameras except Nikon F6 and Canon EOS-1V.

CUSTOM MODE SWITCH

By using USB DOCK (sold separately) and its dedicated software, SIGMA Optimization

Pro, it is possible to customize the AF speed, OS effect and range of Focus Limiter

of the lens, and the setting can be saved with the Custom Mode Switch. For

further information, please refer to the SIGMA Optimization Pro “Help” menu.

◆

For your regular use, please turn off the Custom Mode Switch. The Focus Limiter

Switch does not function when the custom mode is ON and set as

(g.7).

◆ USB DOCK is dedicated for each mount. Please use a USB DOCK which

corresponds to your lens mount. USB DOCK for different mounts cannot be used.

TRIPOD SOCKET AND COLLAR

This lens is equipped with a tripod socket. When you loosen the locking knob on

the collar, the lens and camera can rotate freely to easily position the camera

horizontally or vertically (g.8).

It is possible to remove the lens’ tripod socket, for more convenient hand-held

photography, if desired.

1.To do so, rst loosen the tripod collar locking knob, and, align the index mark of

the collar, with the REMOVE position (g.9).

2. Then, pull the tripod collar straight back, as shown in Fig.10, removing the collar.

◆ When you wish to re-attach the tripod collar to the lens, please reverse the

procedure above.

◆ Please, do not set the tripod collar to the REMOVE position, except when you

are removing, or attaching, the tripod collar, as the lens may inadvertently

detach from the collar and fall. Also, please remember to tighten the locking

knob to prevent the lens from rotating unintentionally.

◆ When the lens is mounted on the camera, the tripod collar cannot be removed

from the lens.

PROTECTIVE COVER

As an accessory, [Protective Cover] comes with this lens for the purpose of

protecting the attaching portion for tripod socket, and improving the touch when

the lens is held by hand. In order to attach [Protective Cover] to the lens, rst, the

tripod socket must be removed. Then, as shown in Fig.11, position the mark on

[Protective Cover] to the same mark on the lens. After that, push the cover

straight to the lens until it is attached.

In order to remove the cover off the lens, pull it straight in the opposite direction.

◆ Please do not carry the lens holding the Protective Cover part while the cover is

attached. It might cause a drop of the lens.

ABOUT TELE CONVERTERS

This lens can be used as a 1.4x (210-840mm F7-9) or a 2x (300-1200mm

F10-12.6) hyper-telephoto zoom lens by attaching SIGMA TELE CONVERTER

TC-1401 or SIGMA TELE CONVERTER TC-2001 respectively. (Both can be used in

manual focus only.)

◆ Do not use other manufacturers’ teleconverter’s, only those listed above are

compatible.

◆ When SIGMA TELE CONVERTER TC-1401 is attached to cameras that are

compatible with AF at F8, it is possible to shoot with AF. For details, please refer

to user manual of camera body.

LENS HOOD

A bayonet type detachable `hood is provided with the lens. This lens hood helps to

prevent are and ghosted images caused by extraneous light. Attach the hood

and turn clockwise until it stops rotating. (g.12)

◆ In order to place the lens and hood into the storage case, you must rst remove

the hood, then replace it on the lens in the reverse position.

SHOULDER STRAP

Please attach the shoulder strap to the sling as described in g.13.

FILTER

◆ When using a polarizing lter with an AF camera, use the “circular” type.

BASIC CARE AND STORAGE

◆ Avoid any shocks or exposure to extreme high or low temperatures or to

humidity. For extended storage, choose a cool and dry place, preferably with

good ventilation. To avoid damage to the lens coating, keep away from

mothballs or naphthalene gas.

◆ Do not use thinner, benzine or other organic cleaning agents to remove dirt or

nger prints from the lens elements. Clean by using a soft, moistened lens cloth

or lens tissue.

◆ This lens is not waterproof. When using the lens in the rain or near water,

prevent it from getting wet. It is often impractical to repair the internal

mechanism, lens elements and electric components damaged by water.

◆ Sudden temperature changes may cause condensation or fog to appear on the

surface of the lens. When entering a warm room from the cold outdoors, it is

advisable to keep the lens in the case until the temperature of the lens

approaches room temperature.

KAMERAS VOM TYP NIKON AF

Dieses Objektiv funktioniert genau so wie ein Nikon AF-Objektiv des „G Typs“ (Typ

ohne Blendenring). Abhängig von der jeweiligen Kombination mit einer Kamera

können einige Funktionseinschränkungen auftreten. Weitere Informationen hierüber

schlagen Sie bitte in der Bedienungsanleitung der verwendeten Kamera nach.

ANSETZEN AN DAS KAMERAGEHÄUSE

Einzelheiten hierüber nden Sie in der Bedienungsanleitung zur Kamera.

◆ Halten Sie die Kontakte und Kupplungselemente am Objektivanschluß stets sauber.

Stellen Sie das Gerät z. Bsp. beim Objektivwechsel grundsätzlich nicht auf der

Kontaktleiste ab, um eine Beschädigung der Kupplungselemente zu vermeiden.

EINSTELLEN DER BETRIEBSART

Das SIGMA Objektiv stellt nach dem Ansetzen an die Kamera alle Funktionen automatisch

zur Verfügung. Einzelheiten entnehmen Sie bitte der Gebrauchsanleitung der Kamera.

EINSTELLUNG VON SCHÄRFE UND BRENNWEITE

Für die automatische Scharfeinstellung schalten Sie den Fokussierschalter am

Objektiv auf die “AF”-Position (Abb.2). Sollten Sie die Schärfe manuell einstellen

wollen, schalten Sie den Fokussierschalter am Objektiv auf die “M”-Position. Sie

können die Schärfe nun durch Drehen des Entfernungsrings einstellen.

◆ Hinweise zum Wechsel der Fokussierbetriebsart der Kamera entnehmen Sie

bitte der Bedienungsanleitung der Kamera.

◆ Bei Nikon Anschlüssen, kann der Autofokus nur mit Kameras benutzt werden,

die Ultraschallmotoren, wie die HSM, unterstützen. Der Autofokus wird nicht

funktionieren, wenn die Kamera diese Art von Motoren nicht unterstützt.

◆ Bei manueller Fokussierung sollte die Schärfe auf der Mattscheibe eingestellt

werden, da durch Temperaturschwankungen Abweichungen von der Entfernungsskala

auftreten können. Dies gilt insbesondere für die Unendlich-Einstellung.

Dieses Objektiv kann auch manuell scharfgestellt werden, während die

AF-Betriebsart eingestellt ist. Wenn die Kamera auf Einzelbild-AF eingestellt ist,

können Sie, nachdem das Objektiv von der Automatik scharfgestellt wurde und

zum Stillstand gekommen ist, die Schärfe durch Drehen am Fokussierring

manuell einstellen. Der Auslöser muß hierbei halb durchgedrückt bleiben.

Ebenso bietet dieses Objektiv die [Jederzeit-MF-Funktion] (

verride) durch Drehen

《BRENNWEITENEINSTELLUNG》

Durch Drehen des Zoomringes wird die Brennweite eingestellt.

《ZOOM LOCK-SCHIEBER》

Der Zoomring kann verriegelt werden, um das selbstständige Verstellen bei nach

unten oder oben gerichteten Objektiv zu verhindern. Stellen Sie die gewünschte

auf dem Zoomring markierte Brennweite ein und bewegen den Zoom-Lock-

Schalter auf die Position“LOCK”(Abb.4).

◆ Der Zoomring kann nicht bei Brennweiten, die nicht auf dem Zoomring markiert

sind, verriegelt werden.

◆ Am kurzen Ende (Bei 150mm) kann das Objektiv für den Transport oder für die

Aufbewahrung komplett verriegelt werden. Bei der Verrieglung in allen anderen

markierten Brennweiten wird der Zoom-Lock automatisch wieder freigegeben,

sobald am Zoomring gedreht wird oder ein anderweitiger Kontakt auf den

vorderen Teil des Objektives erfolgt.

FOKUSSIERBEREICHSBEGRENZER

Das Objektiv ist mit einem Bereichsbegrenzer ausgestattet, der den zu durchlaufenden

AF-Bereich limitiert (Abb.5). Folgende 3 Bereiche stehen zur Auswahl.

ÜBER OS (OPTICAL STABILIZER) MERKMALE

Dieses OS (Optical Stabilizer) Objektiv kompensiert erfolgreich die Unschärfe in

Ihren Bildern, die durch Verwacklung der Kamera während der Aufnahme entsteht.

Stellen Sie den OS (Optical Stabilizer) Schalter auf Modus 1 (Abb.6). Drücken Sie

den Auslöser halb durch, vergewissern Sie sich, daß das Bild im Sucher stabil

steht und drücken den Auslöser zur Anfertigung der Aufnahme ganz durch. (Es

dauert ca. 1 Sekunde, um nach dem Andrücken des Auslösers ein stabiles Bild zu

erzeugen). Modus 2 erkennt die vertikale Bewegung der Kamera und verhindert

diese Verwacklung. Dieser Modus empehlt sich bei sich bewegenden Motiven.

◆ Die Kompensierung der Verwacklungsunschärfe durch den Optical Stabilizer ist

speziell für Aufnahmen aus der freien Hand entwickelt. Unter den folgenden

Bedingungen könnte der Optical Stabilizer eventuell nicht einwandfrei arbeiten:

●Aufnahmen aus einem fahrenden Fahrzeug.

●Im Falle einer erheblichen Bewegung oder Erschütterung der Kamera.

◆ Bitte benutzen Sie in den folgenden Situationen den Optical Stabilizer nicht:

●wenn das Objektiv auf einem Stativ montiert ist

●bei Bulb-Aufnahmen (Langzeitbelichtung).

◆ Die Funktion des Optical Stabilizers wird von der Kamera mit Strom versorgt.

Wenn das OS Objektiv an Ihrer Kamera angeschlossen und aktiviert ist, verringert

sich die Aufnahmekapazität der Kamera im Vergleich zu dem Einsatz mit

konventionellen Objektiven. Sofern Sie den Optical Stabilizer nicht benötigen,

stellen Sie den

Schalter bitte auf

OFF

, um den Batterieverbrauch zu reduzieren.

◆ Vergewissern Sie sich, daß der OS Schalter auf OFF steht, bevor Sie Ihr Objektiv

an die Kamera ansetzen oder von der Kamera abnehmen.

◆ Der Optical Stabilizer bleibt auch nachdem Sie den Finger von dem Auslöser

genommen haben solange aktiviert, wie der Belichtungsmesser die

Belichtungsdaten anzeigt. Nehmen Sie niemals das Objektiv von der Kamera

oder entfernen Sie die Batterien der Kamera, während der Optical Stabilizer

noch aktiviert ist, Sie können das Objektiv hierdurch beschädigen.

◆

Obwohl das Sucherbild direkt nach der Aufnahme und zu Beginn des Auadens des

eingebauten Blitzgerätes wackeln könnte, hat dies keinen Einuß auf Ihre Bilder.

◆ Falls die Kamera ausgeschaltet wird, während die Optical Stabilizer Funktion

noch aktiv ist, kann das Objektiv ein schnatterndes Geräusch verursachen, was

jedoch keine Fehlfunktion darstellt.

◆ Im Nikon und Canon System funktioniert der Optical Stabilizer (OS) nicht beim

Einsatz an anderen Film SLR Kameras als Nikon F6 und Canon EOS-1V.

BENUTZERMODUS-SCHALTER

Mithilfe des USB-Docks (optional erhältlich) und der speziell konzipierten

Software SIGMA Optimization Pro, können die AF-Geschwindigkeit, OS-

Arbeitsweise und Fokussierbereichsbegrenzungen individualisiert werden und

auf dem Benutzermodus- Schalter hinterlegt werden. Weitere Informationen

entnehmen Sie bitte dem "Hilfe"-Menü der SIGMA Optimization Pro.

◆ Für den normalen Gebrauch schalten Sie den Benutzermodus-Schalter bitte aus. Der

Fokussierbereichsbegrenzer-Schalter hat keine Funktion, solange der Individualisierungs-

Modus aktiviert ist und der Benutzermodus-Schalter auf C1 oder C2 steht (Abb.7).

◆ Der USB-Dock ist für jeden Kameraanschluss speziell konzipiert. Bitte verwenden Sie

den für Ihren Objektivanschluss vorgesehenen USB-Dock. Der USB-Dock anderer

Anschlüsse kann nicht verwendet werden.

STATIVANSCHLUß

Das Objektiv ist mit einem Stativsockel versehen. Wenn Sie den Feststellknopf lösen,

läßt sich das Objektiv frei im Ring des Stativsockels drehen. Dadurch ist es möglich,

die Kamera exakt für Hoch-oder Querformataufnahmen auszurichten. (Abb.8)

Falls gewünscht kann die Stativschelle vom Objektiv gelöst werden, um eine

bequemere Handhabung beim Fotograeren aus der freien Hand zu erreichen.

Hierzu lösen Sie bitte zuerst die Arretierschraube der Stativschelle und bringen

die Index-Markierung der Schelle mit der

„

REMOVE

“

Position zur Deckung (Abb.9).

2.Danach ziehen Sie die Schelle gerade nach hinten (Richtung Kameraanschluss)

vom Objektiv ab, wie in Abbildung 10 dargestellt.

◆ Wenn Sie die Stativschelle wieder anbringen möchten, gehen Sie bitte in der

umgekehrten Reihenfolge wie oben beschrieben vor.

◆ Bitte stellen Sie die Stativschelle ausschließlich zur De- und Montage auf die „

REMOVE“Position, da sich andernfalls das Objektiv versehentlich von der Schelle

lösen und stürzen könnte. Bitte denken Sie immer daran, die Arretierschraube der

Stativschelle wieder anzuziehen, um ein unbeabsichtigtes Verdrehen des Objektives

zu verhindern.

◆ Während das Objektiv an der Kamera montiert ist, lässt sich die Stativschelle nicht

vom Objektiv abnehmen.

GUMMIABDECKUNG

Für dieses Objektiv gibt es ein Zubehörteil [Gummiabdeckung], um die nach dem

Abnehmen der Stativschelle erscheinende Nut abzudecken und das Objektiv

dadurch komfortabler für die Freihandfotograe zu gestalten. Entfernen Sie

zunächst die Stativschelle, um die Gummiabdeckung am Objektiv anzubringen.

Dann positionieren Sie die Markierung der Gummiabdeckung in der Flucht der

Markierung auf dem Objektiv, wie in der Abbildung (11) gezeigt. Dann schieben Sie

die Abdeckung gerade auf das Objektiv, bis sie in der Nut sitzt.

Um die Abdeckung vom Objektiv zu entfernen, ziehen Sie diese in entgegengesetzter

Richtung herunter.

◆

Bitte transportieren Sie das Objektiv nicht, indem Sie es lediglich an der Gummiabdeckung

tragen, da sich die Abdeckung dadurch lösen und das Objektiv herunterfallen könnte.

ÜBER TELEKONVERTER

In Kombination mit dem SIGMA TELE CONVERTER TC-1401 erhält man ein 210-840mm

F7-9 Super-Tele-Zoom-Objektiv, in Kombination mit dem TELE KONVERTER TC-2001 ein

300-1200mm F10-12,6. (Beide Kombinationen können nur manuell fokussiert werden.)

◆ Verwenden Sie keine anderen Objektive als die Oben aufgelisteten.

◆ Sofern der SIGMA TELE CONVERTER TC-1401 an Kameras verwendet wird, die AF bis

Blende F8 gewährleisten, sind weiterhin Aufnahmen mit Autofokus möglich. Weitere

Details entnehmen Sie bitte der Anleitung Ihrer Kamera.

STREULICHTBLENDE

Das Objektiv wird mit einer abnehmbaren Bajonett-Gegenlichtblende geliefert.

Diese hilft, Streulicht und Reexe zu vermeiden, wie sie durch starkes, seitlich

einfallendes Licht entstehen können. Orientieren Sie sich beim Anbringen der

Gegenlichtblende an den aufgedruckten Markierungen und achten Sie darauf, daß

die Blende korrekt einrastet. (Abb.12)

◆ Zum Transport oder zur Aufbewahrung des Objektives kann die Gegenlichtblende

abgenommen und umgestülpt aufgesetzt werden.

TRAGERIEMEN

Bitte befestigen Sie den Trageriemen so an den Ösen des Objektivs, wie es in

Abb.14 gezeigt wird.

FILTER

◆ Bei Einsatz von Polltern verwenden Sie an einer Autofokuskamera bitte

ausschließlich Zirkular-Pollter.

PFLEGE UND AUFBEWAHRUNG

◆ Setzen Sie das Objektiv nicht harten Stößen, extrem hohen bzw. niedrigen

Temperaturen oder hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit aus.

◆ Wählen Sie für längere Lagerung einen kühlen, trockenen und möglichst gut

belüfteten Ort. Vermeiden Sie die Lagerung in der Nähe von Chemikalien, deren

Dämpfe die Vergütung angreifen könnten.

◆

Verwenden Sie zur Entfernung von Schmutz oder Fingerabdrücken auf Glasächen

keinesfalls Verdünner, Benzin oder andere organische Reinigungsmittel, sondern

ein sauberes, feuchtes Optik-Reinigungstuch oder Optik-Reinigungspapier.

◆ Das Objektiv ist nicht wassergeschützt. Sorgen Sie deshalb bei Aufnahmen im

Regen oder in der Nähe von Wasser für ausreichenden Schutz. Die Reparatur

eines Objektives mit Wasserschaden ist häug nicht möglich!

◆ Temperaturschocks können zum Beschlagen des Objektives und seiner

Glasächen führen. Beim Wechsel aus der Kälte in ein geheiztes Zimmer

empehlt es sich, das Objektiv solange im Köcher oder der Fototasche zu

belassen, bis es die Zimmertemperatur angenommen hat.

Cet objectif est dépourvu de bague de diaphragme comme les objectifs autofocus

Nikon de type G. Certaines restrictions de fonctionnalité sont possibles en

FIXATION SUR L’APPAREIL

Lorsque l’objectif est xé sur le boîtier, les automatismes fonctionnent comme avec

vos objectifs habituels. Consultez éventuellement le mode d’emploi de l’appareil.

◆ Sur la monture se trouvent plusieurs contacts électriques et électroniques.

Gardez-les bien propres pour garantir un bon fonctionnement. Ne posez jamais

l’objectif sur sa base arrière pour éviter d’endommager ces éléments.

REGLAGE DU SYSTEME D’EXPOSITION

Cet objectif Sigma fonctionne automatiquement dès qu’il est monté sur le boîtier.

Veuillez vous reporter au mode d'emploi de I’appareil.

MISE AU POINT ET ZOOMING

Pour une mise au point automatique, placez le sélecteur de mise au point en

position “AF” (g.2). Pour une mise au point manuelle, placez le sélecteur en

position “M” position, et ajustez le point en tournant la bague de mise au point.

◆ Veuillez vous référer au mode d'emploi du boîtier pour changer le mode de mise

au point de l'appareil.

◆ Dans les versions pour Nikon, la mise au point AF n'est possible qu'avec les

boîtiers permettant d'activer un moteur à ondes ultrasonique du type de celui

de la motorisation HSM. L'AF est indisponible avec les autres boîtiers.

◆ En cas d’utilisation de cet objectif en mise au point manuelle, il est

recommandé de vérier la qualité de la mise au point à partir du viseur. En effet,

des écarts importants de température peuvent provoquer de légères

modications des composants intemes, qui font varier la position de la mise au

point. Une tolérance particulière est prévue à cet effet en position inni.

Cet objectif permet la mise au point manuelle, même en mode autofocus. Avec l’

appareil en mode de mise au point "spot" (ONE SHOT) (AF-S), vous pouvez

retoucher la mise au point manuellement après que l’objectif ait fait la mise au

point automatiquement en maintenant le déclencheur enclenché à mi-course.

Cet objectif dispose de la fonction de [Retouche manuelle MF] ( anual M Override)

en tournant la bague de mise au point en mode autofocus. Pour une utilisation en

mode de priorité manuelle du point, placez le commutateur de mode de mise au

point de l'objectif sur la position « MO » (Fig.3).

◆ En utilisant le dock USB (vendu séparément) et le logiciel dédié SIGMA

Optimization Pro, il est possible d'activer ou de désactiver la retouche manuelle.

Il est également possible de paramétrer la démultiplication de la bague de mise

au point en retouche manuelle. Pour plus d'information, veuillez vous reporter à

CURSEUR DE VÉROUILLAGE DU ZOOM

La bague de zoom peut être verrouillée pour permettre une prise de vue stable en

cas d’une utilisation vers le haut ou vers le bas de l’objectif. Ajustez la longueur

focale désirée sur l’échelle et positionnez le commutateur de verrouillage du

zoom sur la position « LOCK » (g.4).

◆ La bague de zoom ne peut pas être verrouillée à une longueur focale située

entre deux repères.

◆ En position de focale minimale (150mm), la bague de zoom demeure verrouillée.

Si la bague de zoom est verrouillée à une autre focale, elle se libèrera

automatiquement en cas de rotation ou de mouvement de la lentille avant.

LIMITEUR DE RECHERCHE

Cet objectif dispose d’un limiteur de recherche de mise au point capable de

réduire la plage de distance de mise au point (g.5). Il est possible de sélectionner

3 plages de distances.

FONCTIONNEMENT DU STABILISATEUR OPTIQUE OS

(OPTICAL STABILIZER)

Cet objectif dispose du système de stabilisation optique Sigma OS (Optical

Stabilizer) qui évite les risques de ou liés aux mouvements du boîtier lors de la

prise de vue. Placez le curseur OS sur le Mode 1 (g.6). Appuyez à mi-course sur le

déclencheur, vériez la stabilité de l'image dans le viseur et prenez la photo. (la

stabilisation de l'image est obtenue environ 1 seconde après que le déclencheur a

été activé). Le Mode 2, qui détecte et corrige exclusivement les mouvements

verticaux, est utile pour photographier des sujets en déplacement.

◆ La fonction de compensation des mouvements du stabilisateur optique OS est

efcace pour les prises de vue à main levée. Dans certaines conditions

particulières, le stabilisateur peut ne pas être pleinement efcace :

●Prises de vues depuis un véhicule en déplacement

●Mouvements ou secousses très importants

◆ Le stabilisateur optique OS ne doit pas être employé dans les cas suivants :

●si l'objectif est monté sur un trépied ●en pose B (longue durée d'exposition)

◆ La fonction de stabilisation optique OS est alimentée électriquement par le

boîtier. Si l'objectif est monté sur votre boîtier et la stabilisation optique OS

activée, l'autonomie de l'appareil sera diminuée par rapport à une utilisation

avec une optique classique. Pour éviter une consommation d'énergie inutile,

nous vous recommandons de placer le curseur OS sur OFF lorsque vous

n'utilisez pas la fonction de stabilisation.

◆ Assurez-vous que le stabilisateur OS est désactivé (curseur sur la position OFF)

avant d'attacher ou de détacher l'objectif du boîtier.

◆ Le stabilisateur optique OS demeure activé après avoir relâché le déclencheur

aussi longtemps que le posemètre afche les valeurs d'exposition. Il ne faut

jamais détacher l'objectif de l'appareil, ni retirer les piles du boîtier tant que le

stabilisateur est activé, sous peine d'endommager l'objectif.

◆ Même si l'image dans le viseur semble vibrer immédiatement après la prise de

vue ou au démarrage de la charge du ash intégré du boîtier, ceci n'affecte en

rien les images.

◆ Si l'appareil est éteint ou si l'objectif est détaché alors que le stabilisateur

optique est activé, l'objectif peut émettre un bruit de frottement sans qu'il y ait

dysfonctionnement.

◆ Pour les montures Canon et Nikon, la fonction OS (stabilisateur optique) ne

fonctionne pas avec les boîtiers reex argentiques, sauf les boîtiers Canon

EOS-1V et le Nikon F6.

SELECTEUR DE MODE PERSONNALISÉ

En utilisant le dock USB (vendu séparément) et son logiciel dédié, SIGMA Optimization

Pro, il est possible de personnaliser la vitesse de l'autofocus, l'effet de la stabilisation

OS et la course du limiteur de mise au point. Ces réglages peuvent être

enregistrés avec le sélecteur de Mode personnalisé. Pour plus de renseignements,

veuillez consulter le menu «Aide» du logiciel SIGMA Optimization Pro.

◆ Pour un usage normal veuillez désactiver le sélecteur de Mode personnalisé. Le

sélecteur de mise au point est inactif si le mode personnalisé est activé et réglé

sur ou C1 C2 (g.7).

◆ Un dock USB est dédié à chaque monture. Veuillez utiliser le dock USB

correspondant à votre monture. Un dock USB dédié à une monture est

inutilisable sur une monture différente

ATTACHE POUR TREPIED ET COLLIER

Cet objectif est équipé d'une attache pour trépied. Lorsque vous relâchez le

serrage du collier, l'objectif et I'appareil peuvent tourner librement pour

positionner aisément le boîtier en position verticale ou horizontale. (g.8)

Il est possible de détacher le collier de pied pour faciliter le cas échéant la prise

de vue à main levée.

1.Pour ce faire, dévissez le bouton de serrage et alignez le trait du collier sur le

repère REMOVE (Fig.9).

2. Tirez ensuite le collier vers l’arrière, comme indiqué sur la Fig.10, an de le retirer.

◆ Pour replacer le collier de pied sur l’objectif, procédez de la même façon en

sens inverse.

◆ Ne mettez jamais le collier sur la position sauf pour le détacher ou le REMOVE

replacer, car l’objectif pourrait de détacher accidentellement et tomber. Veillez

également à bien resserrer l’écrou de serrage pour éviter toute rotation intempestive.

◆ Le collier de pied ne peut être retiré lorsque l’objectif est monté sur un boîtier.

COLLIER DE PROTECTION

Cet accessoire, [collier de protection] est livré avec l'objectif dans le but de couvrir

l'emplacement du collier de pied lorsque celui-ci est retiré et également améliorer

la prise en main. Pour placer le [collier de protection] sur l’objectif, enlevez

d'abord le collier de pied. Puis placez le repère du collier de protection] en face du

repère correspondant sur l’objectif comme indiqué sur l’illustration (11). Enn,

poussez le collier de protection en le faisant glisser jusqu'à son maintien total.

Pour retirer le collier de protection de l'objectif, tirez-le tout droit dans la

direction opposée.

◆ Ne tenez pas l'objectif par le collier de protection lors du transport, car il

pourrait se désolidariser, entraînant la chute de l’objectif.

L'objectif se transforme en 210 - 840mm F7-9 (x1,4) ou en 300-1200mm F10-12,6

◆ Pour replacer l'objectif et le pare-soleil dans la valise de transport, veillez à

détacher d'abord le pare-soleil et à le replacer ensuite en position inversée.

NIKON AF CAMERA’S

Dit objectief werkt op identieke wijze als de objectieven van het G type (zonder

diafragmaring) voor Nikon AF. Afhankelijk van het gebruikte cameratype kunnen er

enkele beperkingen zijn. Raadpleeg hiervoor de gebruiksaanwijzing van uw camera.

BEVESTIGING OP DE CAMERABODY

Wanneer uw Sigma objectief op de camerabody is bevestigd, zal het automatisch

net zo functioneren als de originele objectieven. Lees hiervoor de gebruiksaanwijzing

van uw camera.

◆ Op de vatting bevindt zich een aantal electrische contacten en koppelstukken.

Deze moeten goed schoon worden gehouden teneinde van een goed contact

verzekerd te zijn. Plaats, bij het verwisselen van objectieven deze altijd met de

voorzijde en niet met de vatting op tafel. Dit ter voorkoming van beschadiging.

BELICHTINGSINSTELLING

Wanneer een Sigma objectief op uw camerabody is bevestigd, functioneert dit

geheel automatisch. Lees hiervoor de gebruiksaanwijzing van uw camera.

SCHERPSTELLEN EN ZOOMEN

Om de autofocus functie te activeren dient u het schuifje op het objectief op de

AF postitie te zetten (g.2). Wilt u handmatig scherpstellen zet dan het schuifje op

het objectief op de M positie. Vervolgens kunt u scherpstellen door aan de

focusring te draaien.

◆ Raadpleeg a.u.b. de gebruiksaanwijzing van uw camera om bovengenoemde

instellingen op uw camera te wijzigen.

◆ Voor Sony vatting is het alleen mogelijk de AF te gebruiken met de camera

welke de Ultrasonic Motor kan ondersteunen zoals HSM. De AF zal niet

functioneren indien de camera/body dit niet ondersteunt.

◆ Wanneer .u dit objectief op handmatige instelling gebruikt, raden wij u aan de

correcte scherpstelling visueel in de zoeker vast te stellen. Dit vanwege een

mogelijke scherpte verschuiving als gevolg van extreme temperatuurswijzigingen,

waardoor meerdere lenscomponenten kunnen uitzetten. In het bijzonder bij

instelling op oneindig dient hierop te worden gelet.

Handmatig scherpstellen kan bij bit objectief ook in de autofocus stand. Als de

camera op “One-Shot” AF (AF-S) is ingesteld, kunt u de scherpstelling eventueel

handmatig corrigeren nadat de autofocus scherpstelling z’n werk heeft gedaan,

en u de ontspanknop half ingedrukt houdt.

Ook biedt dit objectief een Full-time MF-functie (Manual Override) door aan de

focus ring te draaien terwijl de auto focus werkzaam is. Voor gebruik van Full-time

MF, zet de focus switch op het objectief in de “ ” positie (g.3). MO

◆ Bij gebruik van het USB DOCK (los verkrijgbaar) en de bijbehorende software,

“SIGMA Optimization Pro”, is het mogelijk om Full-time MF-functie te

selecteren AAN / UIT. Tevens is het mogelijk de mate van rotatie van de

focusring bij te stellen om de Full-time MF functie te bedienen. Voor meer

informatie verwijzen wij naar het SIGMA Optimization Pro “Help” menu.

《》ZOOMEN

Verdraai de zoomring naar de gewenste positie.

《ZOOMBLOKKERING》

De zoomring kan worden vastgezet om fotograferen mogelijk te maken wanneer

het objectief naar boven of naar beneden is gericht. Stel de gewenste

brandpuntafstand in en zet de zoom lock knop op de “LOCK” positie (g.4).

◆ De zoomring kan niet worden vastgezet op een brandpuntsafstand waar geen

brandpuntsafstand indicatie is aangegeven.

◆ De zoomring zal geheel worden vastgezet op de groothoek stand (150mm).

Wanneer de zoomring is vastgezet op andere brandpuntsafstanden zal de zoom

lock automatisch worden vrijgezet wanneer de zoomring wordt verdraaid of er

contact is met de voorzijde van het objectief.

FOCUS LIMITER SCHAKELAAR

Dit objectief is voorzien van een Focus Limiter om het AF bereik te beperken

indien gewenst (g.5). De Focus Limiter is in 3 stappen instelbaar.

DE MOGELIJKHEDEN VAN HET OS

(OPTICAL STABILIZER)

SYSTEEM

Dit OS (Optical Stabilizer) objectief is zeer effectief om bewegingsonscherpte te

voorkomen. Zet de

schakelaar op

(g.6). Druk de ontspanknop half in en controleer

de opname / compositie in de zoeker en controleer tevens of het onderwerp zonder

beweging wordt weergegeven. Het kan na het half indrukken van de ontspanknop tot

ongeveer 1 seconde duren voor dat het OS systeem het beeld heeft gestabiliseerd.

Indien de

schakelaar op

wordt gezet worden vooral de verticale bewegingen

gecorrigeerd. Deze stand is vooral geschikt voor bewegende onderwerpen.

◆ De compensatie van de bewegingsonscherpte is vooral effectief bij het uit de

hand fotograferen. Het OS systeem kan minder goed functioneren als er

bijvoorbeeld uit een rijdende auto wordt gefotografeerd of bij zeer heftige

bewegingen van de camera tijdens het maken van de opname.

◆ U dient het OS systeem uit te schakelen (Off) als u de camera met een statief

gebruikt of indien u lange tijdopnamen (bulb) maakt

◆ Het OS systeem maakt gebruik van de batterijen van de camera. Als u het OS

systeem activeert kan het dus mogelijk zijn dat u de batterijen van de camera

sneller dient te vervangen als bij het gebruik van een objectief zonder OS functie.

Indien u de OS functie voor langere tijd niet gebruikt is het aan te bevelen de OS

schakelaar op OFF te zetten om hiermee het batterijgebruik te verlagen.

◆ Het is belangrijk dat de OS schakelaar op OFF staat als u het objectief op uw

camera zet.

◆

Het OS systeem blijft geactiveerd ook als uw vinger de ontspanknop los laat. Het

OS systeem blijft net zo lang geactiveerd als de camera de meetwaarden toont.

Belangrijk: Verwijder nooit het objectief, of de batterijen van de camera, zolang

het OS systeem is geactiveerd. Dit kan tot beschadiging van het objectief leiden.

◆ Alhoewel het mogelijk is dat direct na de opname het onderwerp in de zoeker

lijkt te bewegen heeft dit geen negatieve invloed op de scherpte van de opname.

Dit zelfde effect kan optreden indien de ingebouwde itser begint op te laden

maar ook dit heeft geen invloed op de opname.

◆ Indien de camera wordt uitgezet wanneer het OS systeem in werking is kan het

objectief een ratelend geluid maken. Dit is geen defect.

◆ De Optical Stabilizer (OS) functie werkt niet met analoge camera’s voor Nikon

en Canon vattingen, behalve voor Nikon F6 en Canon EOS-1V

CUSTOM MODE SCHAKELAAR

Door het USB DOCK (separaat verkocht) en de speciale software, SIGMA

Optimization Pro, te gebruiken is het mogelijk om de AF-snelheid, Optische

Stabilisatie (OS) en focus afstand naar eigen wens in te stellen en deze instelling

te bewaren via de Custom Mode Schakelaar. Voor meer informatie verwijzen wij u

naar het SIGMA Optimization Pro “Help” menu.

◆ Zet bij standaard gebruik van het objectief de Custom Mode Schakelaar uit. De

Focus Berperkings Schakelaar werkt niet indien de Custom Mode aan staat en

is ingested als C1 C2 of (g.7).

◆ Het USB DOCK kan slechts voor één type lensvatting gebruikt worden, namelijk

die van het objectief

STATIEF AANSLUITING

Dit objectief is uitgerust met een afneembare statiefring. Wanneer u de

blokkeerknop op de statiefring losdraait, kunnen objectief en camera vrij

ronddraaien waardoor de camera op eenvoudige wijze zowel horizontaal als

verticaal gebruikt kan worden (g.8).

Het mogelijk de statiefgondel te demonteren indien gewenst.

1.Draai de knop los en plaats het merkteken op de REMOVE positie (g.9)

2.Trek de knop naar buiten en verwijder de statiefgondel (g.10)

◆ Indien u de statiefgondel weer wilt monteren werkt u in omgekeerde volgorde.

◆ Zorg er voor dat tijdens normaal gebruik van het objectief met statiefgondel het

merkteken nooit tegenover “ ” staat aangezien anders het objectief zou REMOVE

kunnen losraken van de statiefgondel en kunnen vallen. Denk er ook aan om na

de montage van de statiefgondel de knop weer vast te draaien om ongewenste

rotatie te voorkomen.

◆ Indien het objectief op de camera is gemonteerd is het niet mogelijk de

statiefgondel te demonteren.

PROTECTIVE COVER

De SIGMA 150-600mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary wordt geleverd met een

Protective Cover. Deze dient ter bescherming van de lege statiefhouder en

verbetert de handling van het objectief als u uit de hand fotografeert. Om de

Protective Cover te bevestigen dient u eerst de statiefhouder te verwijderen van

het objectief. Zorg er vervolgens voor dat de markering van de Protective Cover

overeenkomt met de markering van het objectief, zoals getoond op afbeelding 11.

Vervolgens drukt u de

Protective Cover

direct op het objectief, totdat deze vast zit.

Trek de Protective Cover naar u toe om deze los te maken.

◆ De Protective Cover is niet geschikt om uw objectief mee vast te houden,

aangezien dit kan leiden tot de valschade aan uw objectief!

TELE CONVERTERS

Dit objectief kan worden gebruikt als een 1.4x (210-840mm F7-9) of een 2x

(300-1200mm F10-12.6) hyper-telephoto zoomobjectief door respectievelijk een

SIGMA TELE CONVERTER TC-1401 of SIGMA TELE CONVERTER TC-2001 te

gebruiken (beiden kunnen alleen in manual focus worden gebruikt).

◆ Gebruik geen andere converters als boven vermeld.

◆ Het is mogelijk de AF functie te gebruiken wanneer de SIGMA TELE CONVERTER

TC-1401 is bevestigd op camera’s die compatibel zijn met AF op F8. Voor meer

details raadpleeg de handleiding van de camera body.

ZONNEKAP

Bij dit objectief wordt een losse zonnekap met bajonetaansluiting meegeleverd.

De zonnekap draagt bij tot het voorkomen van lichtvlekken en nevenbeelden, die

worden veroorzaakt door sterk tegenlicht dat vanachter het onderwerp direct in

het objectief valt. Let erop dat bij het monteren van de zonnekap deze volledig in

de geblokkeerde positie wordt gedraaid. (g.12)

◆ Om objectief en zonnekap op te kunnen bergen in de koffer, moet u eerst de

zonnekap afnemen en deze omgekeerd op het objectief plaatsen.

DRAAGRIEM

Bevestig de draagriem aan de lus zoals afgebeeld in g.13.

FILTERS

◆ Gebruik uitsluitend een “circulair” polarisatielter in combinatie met een

autofocus camera. Wanneer een “lineair” polarisatielter op AF camera’s wordt

gebruikt, zal de autofocus scherpstelling en de automatische belichtingsregeling

niet correct functioneren.

ONDERHOUD EN OPSLAG

◆ Vermijd vallen of stoten en stel het objectief niet bloot aan extreem hoge of lage

temperaturen of hoge vochtigheid.

◆ Indien het objectief voor langere tijd wordt opgeborgen, kies dan voor een koele,

droge en bij voorkeur goed geventileerde plaats. Houd het objectief, om beschadiging

van de lenscoating te voorkomen, weg van mottenballen of naftalinegas.

◆ Gebruik geen thinner, benzine of andere organische schoonmaakmiddelen om

vuil of vingerafdrukken van de lenselementen te verwijderen. Gebruik daarvoor

een speciaal lensdoekje of lenstissues.

◆ Dit objectief is niet waterbestendig. Zorg er bij regen of in de buurt van water

voor dat het niet nat wordt. Lenselementen, interne mechanische delen en

electrische componenten die door water zijn aangetast, zijn in de meeste

gevallen niet tegen redelijke kosten te herstellen.

◆ Plotselinge temperatuur verandering kan condensatie veroorzaken op het

oppervlak van de lens. Bij het betreden van een warme kamer vanuit de koude

buitenlucht, is het raadzaam het objectief in de tas te houden totdat de

temperatuur van het objectief ongeveer gelijk is aan die van de kamertemperatuur.

CÁMARAS TIPO AF DE NIKON

Éste objetivo funciona igual que las lentes de tipo G (sin Apertura) objetivo auto

focus de Nikon. Dependiendo de la combinación con la cámara pueden aparecer

algunas restricciones. Para más detalles puede consultar el manual de

instrucciones de la cámara en cuestión.

CONEXION AL CUERPO DE CAMERA

Cuando el objetivo se conecta a la cámara funciona del mismo modo que los

objetivos originales. Consulte el manual de instrucciones de su cámara.

◆

En la supercie de la montura existen una serie de contactos eléctricos y acopladores.

Manténgalos limpios para asegurar una correcta conexión. Para prevenir daños

en el objetivo tenga especial cuidado al apoyarlo cuando cambie de óptica.

MODO AJUSTE DE EXPOSICION

Los objetivos Sigma funcionan automáticamente al conectarlos a su cámara.

Por favor, consulte el manual de su cámara.

INTERRUPTOR DE BLOQUEO DEL ZOOM

Para utilizar el autofoco, ponga el selector en la posición “AF” (Fig.2). Si quiere

enfocar manualmente ponga el selector en la posición “M”. Ajuste el foco

moviendo el aro de enfoque.

◆ Para cambiar el modo de enfoque de la cámara, mírelo en el manual de

instrucciones de la cámara.

◆

En las monturas Nikon solo funcionará el AF con cuerpos que soporten los motores

ultrasónicos, como los HSM o similares. En caso contrario el AF estará desactivado.

◆ Cuando utilice estos objetivos en modo de enfoque manual es recomendable

comprobar visualmente por el visor cualquier cambio de enfoque. Esto es debido

a que los cambios de temperatura causan que distintos elementos internos se

expandan o contraigan (de modo que no coincida con la escala de distancias con

la medición efectiva). Este efecto puede ser más ostensible en ajuste innito.

Este objetivo también permite el enfoque manual aunque esté en modo

automático. Con la cámara preparada para Modo Disparo AF puede ajustar el

enfoque manualmente después que el objetivo haya enfocado automáticamente

(y se pare) mientras mantenga el botón disparador suavemente presionado.

Además, este objetivo ofrece la [Función MF Total] ( anual M Override) girando el

anillo de enfoque del objetivo, mientras que el enfoque automático está en

funcionamiento. Para MF a tiempo completo, ajuste el interruptor de modo de

enfoque del objetivo a la posición " " (Fig.3). MO

◆ Al usar el USB Dock (se vende por separado) y el software dedicado "SIGMA

Optimization Pro", puede seleccionar la función MF Total Encendida / Apagada.

También puede ajustar la cantidad de rotación del anillo para operar la función

MF completa. Para más información, por favor consulte el menú “Ayuda” de

“SIGMA Optimization Pro”.

《》OPERACION ZOOM

Gire el aro del Zoom hasta la posición deseada.

《INTERRUPTOR DE BLOQUEO DEL ZOOM》

El anillo del zoom se puede bloquear para permitir el disparo estable si la lente

está colocada hacia arriba o hacia abajo. Ajuste la escala a la longitud focal

deseada y ajuste el interruptor de bloqueo del zoom en la posición "LOCK" (Fig.4).

◆ El anillo del zoom no se puede bloquear a una distancia focal donde no existe

una longitud focal marcada

◆ El anillo del zoom estará completamente bloqueado en la gama corta (150 mm).

Cuando el anillo del zoom se bloquea en otras escalas de distancia focal, el

bloqueo del zoom se puede desactivar automáticamente cuando se gira el

anillo de zoom o hay un cierto contacto desde la parte frontal del objetivo.

INTERRUPTOR LÍMITE DE ENFOQUE

Este objetivo viene equipado con un interruptor de enfoque que permite limitar el

rango AF (Fig.5). El interruptor tiene los tres modos siguientes.

ACERCA DEL OS (EL ESTABILIZADOR ÓPTICO) CARACTERÍSTICAS

Ésta lente OS (con estabilizador óptico) compensa el desenfoque provocado

por

el movimiento o temblor. Fijar

(Estabilizador Óptico) cambiar a modo

(Fig.6).

Presionar el disparador a medio camino, conrmar que la imagen en el visor

aparece estable y entonces tomar la fotografía. (Tarda aproximadamente

1 segundo

en producir una imagen estable tras haber presionado el disparador. El modo 2,

detecta el temblor vertical de la cámara y soluciona el consiguiente desenfoque

Es efectivo en objetos en movimiento.

◆ El compensador del desenfoque del estabilizador óptico es efectivo en tomas a

mano alzada. Hay situaciones en las que el Estabilizador Óptico no es eciente.

●Disparos realizados desde un vehículo en movimiento.

●Si el temblor es considerable

◆ No debe usarse el Estabilizador de Imagen en las siguientes situaciones.

●Cuando el objetivo/cámara esté montado sobre un trípode

●Modo de exposición B –(Bulb) (tiempo de exposición largo)

◆ La alimentación del estabilizador óptico proviene de la cámara. Si el

estabilizador óptico está activado la capacidad de disparo será menor de lo

habitual. Si no se desea usar el Estabilizador Óptico, para evitar el excesivo

consumo de baterías, debe ponerse en OFF.

◆ Debe asegurarse de apagar (OFF) el Estabilizador Óptico OS para montar y

desmontar el objetivo.

◆ El Estabilizador Óptico funciona a pesar de elevar el dedo del disparador

durante el tiempo indicado por el obturador. Nunca se debe desmontar el

objetivo o las baterías de la cámara mientras el Estabilizador esté en uso ya

que podría causar defectos en el objetivo.

◆ A pesar de que en el visor la imagen aparezca ligeramente borrosa

inmediatamente después de la toma y que se inicie el ciclo de carga del ash

esto no provocará defectos en la fotografía.

◆ Si se apaga la cámara o se desmonta el objetivo con la función de Estabilizador

óptico operativo, el objetivo puede emitir un ruido extraño, que no es síntoma

de un mal funcionamiento.

◆ Para las monturas Nikon y Canon, la función de Estabilizador Óptico (OS) no

funcionará con las cámaras réex analógicas, excepto los modelos Nikon F6 y

Canon EOS-1V.

INTERRUPTOR DEL MODO PERSONALIZADO

Con el uso del USB DOCK (se vende por separado) y el software dedicado, SIGMA

Optimization Pro, puede personalizar la velocidad del AF, el efecto OS y el

limitador de foco del objetivo, y guardar la conguración con el interruptor de

modo personalizado. Para más información, por favor consulte el menú “Ayuda”

del SIGMA Optimization Pro.

◆ Para un uso regular, por favor apague el interruptor de modo personalizado. El

interruptor limitador de foco no funciona cuando el modo personalizado está

activado y congurado como o (Fig.7). C1 C2

◆ El USB Dock está dedicado para cada montura. Por favor use una conexión USB

DOCK que corresponda a la montura de su objetivo. No podrá usar el USB DOCK

para diferentes monturas.

ARO Y ZAPATA DE TRÍPODE

Este objetivo está equipado con una zapata para trípode. Cuando aoje el cierre

del aro, el objetivo y la cámara girarán libremente para facilitarle el encuadre

vertical u horizontal (g.8).

Existe la posibilidad de sacar el aro del trípode para utilizar el objetivo en

fotografía a mano sin él.

1.Para efectuarlo, primero desenrosque el botón de bloqueo y alinee la señal del

aro con la posición REMOVE (g.9).

2.Después tire del aro hacia atrás, tal como se indica en la g.10, y sáquelo.

◆ Cuando desee volver a colocarlo, siga los pasos descritos en forma inversa.

◆ Por favor, no coloque el aro en la posición REMOVE excepto cuando quiera

sacarlo o ponerlo, en caso contrario el aro podría desplazarse de su posición

inadvertidamente. Recuerde bloquear el aro con el botón de bloqueo para evitar

que gire.

◆ Cuando el objetivo está montado en la cámara no se quede sacar el aro.

TAPA PROTECTORA

Como accesorio la tapa protectora viene con ese objetivo con el n de proteger la

sección de soporte para el trípode y además mejorar el manejo cuando se utiliza a

mano. Para poner la tapa protectora en el objetivo, en primer lugar, hay que quitar

el soporte de trípode. Tal como se muestra en la imagen (11), alinee la marca en la

tapa protectora para que coincida con la misma marca en el objetivo. Después,

presione la tapa directamente sobre el objetivo hasta que se bloquee.

Para de retirar la tapa del objetivo, gírela en la dirección opuesta

◆ Por favor, no transporte el objetivo sujetándolo por la tapa protectora ya que

puede desprenderse causando la caída del objetivo.

TELE CONVERTIDORES

Este objetivo se puede usar como un Teleobjetivo zoom 1.4x (210-840mm F7-9) o

un 2x (300-1200mm F10-12.6) uniendo el TELECONVERTIDOR SIGMA TC-1401 o

TELECONVERTIDOR SIGMA TC-2001, respectivamente. (Ambos únicamente se

pueden usar con enfoque manual.)

◆ No utilice ningún otro teleconvertidor aparte de los nombrados anteriormente.

◆ Cuando el TELECONVERTIDOR SIGMA TC-1401 se une a las cámaras que son

compatibles con AF a F8, es posible disparar con AF. Para obtener más detalles,

consulte el manual de usuario del cuerpo de la cámara.

PARASOL

Se incorpora con el objetivo un parasol extraíble de tipo bayoneta. Este parasol

ayuda a prevenir los destellos y reejos producidos por la iluminación ambiental.

Al conectarlo compruebe que quede completamente sujeto. (g.12).

◆ Para guardar el objetivo y el parasol en su caja primero tiene que sacar el

parasol y después invertirlo en el objetivo.

CORREA

Coloque la correa por los pasadores tal como se muestra en la gura 13.

FILTROS

◆ Cuando utilice un ltro polarizador en una cámara AF, observe que sea de tipo

circular. Si utiliza un ltro polarizador de tipo lineal, el enfoque automático y la

exposición automática pueden funcionar incorrectamente.

CUIDADOS BASICOS Y ALMACENAJE

◆

Evite los golpes o la exposición a temperaturas extremas, altas o bajas, y/o humedad.

◆ En caso de almacenaje por un tiempo prolongado, elija un lugar fresco y seco,

preferiblemente con buena ventilación. Para evitar daños en el tratamiento de

los objetivos, aléjelos de las bolas o gas de naftalina.

◆

No utilice diluyente, gasolina u otros limpiadores orgánicos para limpiar la suciedad

de los objetivos. Para limpiarlos utilice un paño de tela suave o limpia objetivos.

◆

Estos objetivos no son impermeables. Cuando los utilice en la lluvia o cerca del agua,

asegúrese de mantenerlo seco. Es prácticamente imposible reparar los mecanismos

internos, elementos de cristal y componentes eléctricos dañados por el agua.

◆ Si hay cambios súbitos de temperatura puede haber condensación o velo en la

supercie del objetivo. Cuando entre en una habitación cálida, viniendo de un

lugar frío, es recomendable mantener el objetivo en su caja hasta que su

temperatura se asemeje a la de la habitación.

ESPAÑOL

FOTOCAMERE NIKON AF

Il funzionamento di questo obiettivo è uguale al funzionamento degli obiettivi

Nikon autofocus tipo G (senza ghiera dei diaframmi). Secondo la fotocamera sulla

quale viene montato, alcune funzioni potrebbero non essere attive. Per maggiori

dettagli bisogna leggere il manuale d’uso della fotocamera.

APPLICAZIONE SUL CORPO MACCHINA

Una volta che avrete inserito lo zoom nell’innesto della fotocamera, funzionerà

automaticamente allo stesso modo di un qualsiasi altro obiettivo (v. istruzioni per

l’uso della fotocamera).

◆ La supercie dell’innesto presenta un certo numero di contatti elettrici e altri

elementi per il trasferimento di dati e informazioni. Vi raccomandiamo di curarne la

pulizia. I contatti sono molto delicati. Durante le operazioni di cambio di ottica,

appoggiate l’obiettivo su una supercie piana badando a rivolgerne in giù la parte

della lente frontale per evitare di danneggiare i contatti in questione.

IMPOSTAZIONE DEL MODO DI ESPOSIZIONE

Una volta montato sulla fotocamera, l'obiettivo Sigma funziona automaticamente.

Si consultino le istruzioni per l'uso del corpo macchina.

MESSA A FUOCO E MANOVRA DELLO ZOOM

Per attivare l’Autofocus, impostare la messa a fuoco scegliendo, sull’obiettivo, la posizione

“

” (g.2). Quando si desidera mettere a fuoco manualmente, scegliere, sull’obiettivo,

la posizione “

”. In questo caso si mette a fuoco ruotando la ghiera di messa a fuoco.

◆

Consultare il libretto d’istruzioni della fotocamera per variare la modalità di messa a fuoco.

◆ Per attacchi Nikon è possible usare solamente la modalità AF quando il corpo

macchina riconosce il motore a ultrasuoni, come lo HSM. La modalità AF non è

possible se il corpo macchina non riconosce questo tipo di motore.

◆

Se usate l’obiettivo con messa a fuoco manuale, accertatevi della nitidezza del quadro

mediante osservazione diretta dell’immagine che si forma nel mirino. L’operazione è

vivamente raccomandabile in considerazione degli scostamenti ai quall il piano di

messa a fuoco può andar soggetto in caso di tori sbalzi di temperatura, par effetto dei

quali diversi elementi ottici dell’obiettivo possono dilatarsi no a entrare in contatto

reciproco. Per la regolazione sull’innito è prevista una compensazione speciale.

Questo obiettivo lascia la facoltà di mettere a fuoco manualmente persino ad

autofocus inserito. Se infatti la fotocamera è predisposta per il modo di

funzionamento One Shot AF (AF-S), non c’è che da premere a meta corsa il

pulsante di scatto e da far intervenire il meccanismo di messa a fuoco automatica

(con successivo arresto) per ottenere, meediante la ghiera di messa a fuoco

manuale, la nitidezza “personalizzata” che si preferisce.

L’obiettivo offre anche la funzione di messa a fuoco manuale MF continua. Basta

ruotare l’anello di messa a fuoco mentre è attivo l’autofocus (Manual Override).

Per la modalità MF-Full-Time impostare, sull’obiettivo, la modalità di messa a

fuoco nella posizione “MO” (g.3)

◆ Grazie al DOCK USB (venduto separatamente) e al suo software dedicato,

“Sigma Optimization Pro” è possibile impostare la Funzione di messa a fuoco

manuale MF continua su accesa (ON) oppure spenta (OFF). E’anche possibile

impostare l’angolo di rotazione dell’anello di messa a fuoco. Per maggiori

informazioni consultare la voce “Aiuto” nel menu di Sigma Optimization Pro.

《》MANOVRA DELLO ZOOM

Fate ruotare la presina di gomma sulla ghiera dello zoom sino a raggiungere la

posizione desiderata.

《》COMANDO DI LOCK SULLO ZOOM

L’anello dello zoom può essere bloccato per assicurare stabilità durante la

riprese verso l’alto o verso il basso. Scegliere la focale e spostare sulla posizione

“LOCK”, blocca il cursore dello zoom (g.4)

◆

L’anello dello zoom non può essere bloccato su una focale non indicata sul barilotto.

◆ L’anello dello zoom alla focale più corta (150mm) risulterà stabilmente

bloccato. In tutte le altre posizioni si sbloccherà automaticamente ruotoandolo

oppure muovendo il frontale dell’obiettivo.

LIMITATORE DI MESSA A FUOCO

L’obiettivo è dotato di limitatore che accorcia la distanza AF di messa a fuoco

automatica (g.5). Si possono impostare le seguenti tre distanze.

INFORMAZIONI SULLE PRESTAZIONI OS (STABILIZZATORE OTTICO)

Quest’obiettivo OS (Otticamente Stabilizzato) elimina il mosso causato dal tremolio

impresso accidentalmente alla macchina fotograca. Impostare lo Stabilizzatore

Ottico spostando il cursore sulla Modalità 1 (g.6). Premere il pusante di scatto a

metà corsa, accertarsi che l’immagine nel mirino sia ferma e, quindi, scattare la foto.

(Bisogna attendere circa un secondo prima che l’immagine, visibile nel mirino, si

stabilizzi dopo aver premuto il pulsante a metà corsa). La modalità 2 rileva gli

spostamenti verticali ed elimina i tremolii, è utile per riprendere soggetti in movimento.

La compensazione del mosso accidentale, operata dallo Stabilizzatore Ottico, è

efcace nelle riprese a mano libera.

Tuttavia esistono condizioni di ripresa in cui lo Stabilizzatore Ottico non

funziona altrettanto bene.

Ripresa da un veicolo in movimento, se i sobbalzi sono di una certa entità.

Non usare lo Stabilizzatore Ottico nelle seguenti riprese:

Quando la fotocamera è montata su treppiede.

Quando si usa la posa B (tempo lungo)



L’alimentazione necessaria allo stabilizzatore è data dalla fotocamera. Con l’obiettivo

OS montato, la durata delle batterie della fotocamera diminuirà, rispetto alla durata

che avrebbero se non usaste l’obiettivo stabilizzato. Quindi, se non usate la funzione

Stabilizzatore Ottico, per risparmiare le batterie, spostate l’interruttore su OFF.

Prima di togliere o mettere l’obiettivo assicuratevi che l’interruttore sia su OFF.



Lo Stabilizzatore Ottico continua a funzionare, per tutto il tempo dell’esposizione,

dopo che voi avete sollevato il dito dal pulsante di scatto. Non staccate mai l’obiettivo

dalla fotocamera quando lo Stabilizzatore Ottico è in funzione: potreste danneggiarlo.

Può accade che, nel mirino, l’immagine appaia mossa, appena dopo che si è

scattato, oppure quando il ash incorporato alla fotocamera inizia a caricarsi.

Ciò non causa immagini mosse.



Se la fotocamera viene spenta, o l’obiettivo tolto, quando è in funzione lo stabilizzatore

ottico, l’obiettivo potrà emettere un suono, ciò non va considerato un difetto.



Lo Stabilizzatore Ottico (OS) montato su obiettivi con baionetta Nikon e Canon, non

funziona con le fotocamere SLR a pellicola, eccetto la Nikon F6 e la Canon EOS-1V.

MODALITÀ PERSONALIZZATA

Con il DOCK USB (venduto a parte) e il software dedicato, SIGMA Optimization Pro, è

possibile personalizzare la velocità AF, la stabilizzazione OS, il limitatore di messa a

fuoco e salvare i relativi settaggi nella Modalità Personalizzata. Per maggiori

informazioni consultare la voce “Aiuto” nel menu si SIGMA Optimization Pro.

◆ Per l’uso normale, chiudere il cursore della Modalità Personalizzata. Il cursore del

Limitatore di Messa a Fuoco non è attivo se la modalità Personalizzata è su ON e il

settaggio è su C1 o C2 (g.7).

◆ Il DOCK USB è specico per ciascun innesto. Usare sempre il DOCK USB adatto

all’innesto del vostro obiettivo. Non possono essere usati obiettivi con diverso innesto

sul medesimo DOCK USB.

PASSO A VITE PER TREPPIEDE E COLLARE ROTANTE

L'obiettivo presenta nel barilotto un passo a vite per I'attacco su treppiede.

Previo sblocco della manopola di ssaggio del collare, si può far ruotare

liberamente la fotocamera in modo che assuma senza difcoltà, secondo il caso,

la posizione orizzontale o verticale (g.8).

Se si vuole, per dare una manovrabilità più conveniente all’obiettivo usato a mano

libera, si può rimuovere il particolare collare per treppiedi, indispensabile nelle

situazioni che richiedono un appoggio stabile e sicuro.

1.Prima di tutto, bisogna ruotare il collare nel proprio alloggiamento, no ad

allineare i riferimenti della posizione di“ ”REMOVE (rimozione, g.9).

2.Quindi si deve spingere verso l’esterno il collare, no alla sua rimozione dalla

posizione operativa, come visualizzato nella gura 10.

◆

Per rimettere il collare sull’obiettivo si deve ripetere in senso opposto la procedura descritta.

◆ Attenzione: il collare va portato/ruotato no alla posizione “REMOVE” soltanto

quando si desidera rimuoverlo dall’obiettivo o lo si ricolloca in posizione operativa

sullo stesso obiettivo. Nelle altre condizioni e situazioni, è pericoloso raggiungere la

posizione “REMOVE”: si rischia la caduta involontaria dell’ obiettivo. Allo stesso

tempo ci si ricordi di ssare il collare nella posizione desiderata mediante l’apposita

manopola di blocco, che impedisce la rotazione involontaria.

◆

Quando l’obiettivo è montato su un apparecchio fotograco, il collare non può essere rimosso.

FASCIA DI PROTEZIONE

L’accessorio [Fascia di protezione] è fornito con questo obiettivo per proteggere

la parte del barilotto quando non è coperta dalla slitta per l’attacco al treppiede e

per migliorarne la trasportabilità. Per inserire la [Fascia di protezione], prima di

tutto togliere la slitta per l’attacco al treppiede. Poi, come si vede

nell’illustrazione (11), allineare la linea di fede della [Fascia protettiva] con la

corrispondente linea di fede presente sul barilotto dell’obiettivo. Poi, spingere

con decisione lungo l’obiettivo no in fondo.

Per togliere la Fascia spingerla con decisione nel senso opposto.

◆ Attenzione: Non impugnare l’obiettivo prendendolo per la Fascia di protezione, questa

potrebbe staccarsi e far cadere l’obiettivo.

CIRCA I TELE CONVERTER

Inserendo, rispettivamente, il SIGMA TELE CONVERTER TC-1401 o il SIGMA TELE

CONVERTER TC-2001, l’obiettivo si trasformerà in un super tele zoom da (210-

840mm F7-9) con il 1.4x e da (300-1200mm F10-12.6) con il 2x. (Entrambi

possono essere usati solamente nella modalità manuale).

◆ Non usare altri teleconverter che non siano quelli indicati.

◆

Quando il SIGMA TELE CONVERTER TC-1401 è inserito in una fotocamera compatibile AF

a F8, potremo scattare in AF. Per maggiori dettagli consultare il manuale della fotocamera.

PARALUCE

Il vostro obiettivo è corredato da un paraluce staccabile con attacco a baionetta.

Il paraluce previene efcacemente i riessi interni e le immagini fantasma che

possono prodursi con un’illuminazione controluce. Dopo aver applicato il

paraluce, sinceratevi che sia perfettamente bloccato.(g.12)

◆ Quando si ripone l’obiettivo, il paraluce può essere applicato anche all’incontrario.

CINGHIA A TRACOLLA

La cinghia a tracolla va agganciata agli appositi attacchi come illustrato in g.13.

FILTRI

◆ Se volete adoperare un polarizzatore con una fotocamera AF, sceglietelo del tipo

“circolare”. Un polarizzatore “lineare”, infatti, può compromettere il regolare

funzionamento sia dell’autofocus che del sistema di esposizione automatica.

CURA E CONSERVAZIONE

◆ Proteggete l’obiettivo da cadute e colpi, ed evitate di esporlo ad alte temperature o

umidità eccessiva.

◆ In previsione di un prolungato periodo di inutilizzo, conservate l’obiettivo in un posto

fresco, asciutto e, possibilmente, ben aerato. Evitate di esporlo a vapori di canfora o

naftalina, che potrebbero deteriorame i delicati rivestimenti antiriessi.

◆ Non usate solventi, benzina o altri detergenti organici quando si tratta di eliminare

dagli elementi ottici tracce di sporco o impronte digitali, Ripuliteli invece con un

panno morbido inumidito o con una cartina per lenti.

◆

L’obiettivo non è impermeabile. Fate che non si bagni quando lo usate sotto la pioggia o vicino

all’acqua. Spesso i meccanismi interni, gli elementi ottici e i componenti elettrici vengono

danneggiati irrimediabilmente dall’acqua, tanto da renderne impossibile qualsiasi riparazione.

◆ Improvvisi sbalzi di temperatura possono favorire la formazione di condensa o

provocare la velatura della lente frontale. Quando entrate in un vano riscaldato

mentre fuori fa molto freddo, vi consigliamo di tenere l’obiettivo nella relativa

custodia nché la sua temperatura non si sarà adattata alla temperatura ambiente.
