Intended Use

Thermometer with dual temperature measurement and display.

Before Use

Inserting a battery

1. Remove the battery cover on the back of the device

2. Insert a new AAA battery into the thermometer

3. Replace the battery cover

Operation

• The thermometer automatically turns on when the battery is inserted

• To change the displayed unit depress the Unit Change Button (2)

• Pressing the Max/Min Button (5) will display the highest recorded temperature.

Pressing the button again will display the lowest recorded temperature whilst the

thermometer has been on

• Pressing the Alert/Set Button (1) will turn the alarm on. This alarm will emit a noise

when the temperature drops to a point set by the user. The thermometer comes preset

with the external temperature set to -1°C and the internal temperature set to -4°C

• To increase these values, press and hold the Alert/Set Button (1) for 3 seconds to display

the minimum values. Press the unit change button to increase the value by 1°C of the

outdoor temperature. Once the desired temperature has been selected, press the Alert/

Set Button (1) to change to the indoor temperature

• To reset the thermometer (which will reset the alert/set temperatures back to the

original) depress the Reset Button (4)

Maintenance

• After each use, clean the probe of all debris that could affect the temperature

• If storing the thermometer for a long period of time without usage, it is advisable to

remove the battery

Disposal

Always adhere to national regulations when disposing of power tools that are no longer

functional and are not viable for repair.

• Do not dispose of power tools, or other waste electrical and electronic equipment

(WEEE), with household waste

• Contact your local waste disposal authority for information on the correct way to dispose

of power tools

Thermomètre avec mesure et afchage double des températures

Avant utilisation

Insertion de la pile

1. Retirez le couvercle du compartiment des piles au dos du thermomètre.

2. Insérez la pile dans le compartiment.

3. Refermez le couvercle.

Instructions d’utilisation

• Le thermomètre se met en marche dès que les piles sont insérées.

• Pour changer l’unité d’afchage, appuyez sur le bouton de changement d’unité (2).

• Appuyez sur le bouton max./min. (5) pour afcher la plus haute température

enregistrée. Appuyez à nouveau sur ce bouton pour afcher la température la plus

basse enregistrée par le thermomètre.

• Utilisez le bouton de réglage/alerte (1) pour mettre la fonction Alerte en service.

• Cette fonction émet une tonalité lorsque la température descend jusqu’au degré

sélectionné par l’utilisateur. Le thermomètre est fourni préréglé avec une température

extérieure de -1 °C et une température intérieure de -4 °C.

• Pour modier ce réglage, maintenez le bouton de réglage/alerte pendant trois

secondes pour afcher les valeurs minimales. Appuyez sur le bouton de changement

d’unité pour augmenter d’un degré la température extérieure.

• Lorsque vous avez terminé ce réglage, appuyez sur le bouton de réglage/alerte (1) pour

modier la température intérieure.

• Pour rétablir les réglages d’origine, appuyez sur le bouton de remise à zéro (4).

Entretien

• Après chaque utilisation, nettoyez la sonde pour éliminer toute trace ou impureté

susceptible d’affecter le relevé de température.

• Si le thermomètre doit être rangé pendant une longue période sans être utilisé, il est

conseillé d’enlever la pile.

Recyclage

Lorsque l’appareil n’est plus en état de fonctionner et qu’il n’est pas réparable, recyclez

l’appareil conformément aux régulations nationales.

• Ne jetez pas les outils électriques et autres équipements électriques ou

électroniques(DEEE) avec les ordures ménagères

• Contactez les autorités locales compétentes en matière de gestion des déchets pour

vous informer de la procédure à suivre pour recycler les outils électriques.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Thermometer mit dualer Temperaturmessung und Anzeigefeld.

Vor Inbetriebnahme

1. Batteriefachdeckel auf der Geräterückseite abnehmen.

2. Eine AAA-Batterie in das Thermometer einsetzen.

3. Anschließend den Batteriefachdeckel wieder am Thermometer anbringen.

Bedienung des Geräts

• Das Thermometer schaltet sich nach dem Einsetzen der Batterie automatisch ein.

• Zum Umstellen der Maßeinheit auf der Anzeige die Einheitenwechsel-Taste (2) drücken.

• Mit der Max/Min-Taste (5) wird die höchste verzeichnete Temperatur auf der Anzeige

angezeigt. Durch erneutes Drücken der Taste wird die niedrigste gemessene

Temperatur angezeigt.

• Mit der Alarm-/Einstelltaste (1) wird der Alarmton eingeschaltet. Dieser Alarmton wird

ausgegeben, wenn die Temperatur unter einen vom Benutzer festgelegten Wert fällt.

Bei Auslieferung des Thermometers ist als Außentemperaturgrenze -1 °C und als

Innentemperaturgrenze -4 °C eingestellt.

• Zum Erhöhen des Wertes die Alarm-/Einstelltaste (1) drei Sekunden lang gedrückt

halten, um die Mindestwerte anzuzeigen. Um den Wert der Außentemperatur um

1 °C zu erhöhen, die Einheitenwechsel-Taste drücken. Nach dem Einstellen der

gewünschten Temperatur die Alarm-/Einstelltaste (1) drücken, um die Innentemperatur

zu ändern.

• Um das Thermometer wieder auf Werkseinstellungen zurückzusetzen (dabei werden

die Alarm-/Solltemperaturwerte wieder auf Originalwerte zurückgestellt), die

Rückstelltaste (11) drücken.

Instandhaltung

• Am Messkopf nach jedem Gebrauch sämtlichen Schmutz beseitigen, der die

Temperaturmessung u. U. beeinträchtigt.

• Wenn das Thermometer längere Zeit nicht gebraucht wird, sollte die Batterie

herausgenommen werden.

Entsorgung

Beachten Sie bei der Entsorgung von defekten und nicht mehr reparablen

Elektrowerkzeugen die geltenden Vorschriften und Gesetze.

• Elektrowerkzeuge und andere elektrische und elektronische Altgeräte nicht über den

Hausmüll entsorgen.

• Lassen Sie sich von der zuständigen Behörde bezüglich der ordnungsgemäßen

Entsorgung von Elektrowerkzeugen beraten.
