Operation
• Ensure the drill is in rotary mode. DO NOT use
with hammer action
• Drill at an even speed to the required depth.
Do not exceed the maximum speed for the
core drill bit, as set out in the table below
• Drill straight, taking care not to force the drill
sideways
Disassembly
• Remove any debris that may remain inside the
core drill bit
• Remove the pilot drill by inserting a drift key
into the hole in the arbor; you may need to use
a hammer
WARNING Failure to follow these instructions
may result in injury or damage to the tool
Safety
Wear approved eye protection, hearing protection
and breathing protection when using this tool
Assembly
1. Always switch off and disconnect the
drill from the power supply before fitting or
removing a core drill bit
2. Screw the arbor squarely into the core drill
bit, taking care to ensure it is not
cross-threaded
3. Place the tapered end of the pilot drill into
the arbor and tap into place using a soft-
faced hammer or similar. Do not damage the
drill tip by using a hard hammer
4. Lubricate the arbor shank (in accordance
with drill manufacturer’s recommendations)
and secure the core assembly in the drill

Utilisation
• Assurez-vous que la perceuse soit en mode
rotatif. N’utilisez pas le mode percussion.
• Percez à vitesse constante jusqu’à la
profondeur.

Enlever la scie trépan
• Retirez tous les détritus restés dans la scie
trépan.
• Enlevez le mandrin pilote en utilisant une clé
par l’orifice situé sur l’arbre. Aidez –vous d’un
marteau si nécessaire.
ATTENTION : Ne pas suivre ces instructions peut
engendrer des blessures ou endommager l’outil

Porter des protections oculaires, auditives et
respiratoires certifiées.
Assemblage
1. Toujours débrancher la perceuse de sa
source d’alimentation avant d’assembler ou
d’enlever la scie trépan.
2. Vissez directement l’arbre dans la scie
trépan, en faisant attention de ne pas
fausser le filetage.
3. Placez l’extrémité conique du foret de
guidage sur l’arbre, et utilisez
éventuellement un maillet pour le mettre en
place. N’endommagez pas la pointe du foret
avec un marteau dur.
4. Lubrifier l’arbre (en accordance avec les
recommandations du fabricant) et sécurisez
la scie trépan sur le mandrin.

• Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich die Bohrmaschine
im Rotations-Bohrmodus befindet. NIEMALS im
Schlagbohrmodus verwenden!
• Bohren Sie mit gleichmäßiger Geschwindigkeit
bis zur gewünschten Bohrtiefe. Überschreiten
Sie dabei niemals die maximal zulässig
Bohrgeschwindigkeit für den jeweiligen
Kerbohrer (siehe untenstehende Tabelle).
• Bohren Sie gerade und passen Sie auf den
Bohrer dabei nicht seitlich zu verkanten.
Demontage
• Entfernen Sie jeglichen Schmutz und Debris
aus dem Kernbohrer.
• Entfernen Sie den Zentrierbohrer mit einem
Austreiber aus der Aufnahme. Benutzen Sie
hierzu falls nötig einen Hammer.
WARNUNG! Das Nichtbeachten dieser
Anleitungen kann zu Verletzungen und/oder
Beschädigung des Werkzeuges führen.
Sicherheitshinweis
Tragen Sie während der Arbeit mit diesem
Werkzeug eine geeignete Schutzbrille,
Gehörschutz und Atemschutz.
Vorbereitung
1. Trennen Sie die Bohrmaschine stets vom
Stromnetz bevor Sie einen Kernbohrer
einspanen oder demontieren.
2. Schrauben Sie die Aufnahme fest in den
Kernbohrer hinein, und passen Sie dabei auf,
das Gewinde sauber anzusetzen.
3. Führen Sie das konische Ende des
Zentriebohrers in die Aufnahme ein und
klopfen Sie es mit einem weichen Hammer
fest. Verwenden Sie keinen harten Hammer
oder übermäßige Kraft, da dies die
Bohrerspitze beschädigen kann.
4. Schmieren Sie den Aufnahmeschaft (gemäß
Angaben des Bohrmaschinenherstellers),
und sichern Sie den zusammengebauten
Kerbohrer im Bohrfutter der Maschine.
