このたびは、TASCAM iXZ Mic & Guitar Interfaceをお買いあげいただきまして、誠にあり

がとうございます。ご使用になる前に、この取扱説明書をよくお読みになり、正しい取

り扱い方法をご理解いただいたうえで、末永くご愛用くださいますようお願い申しあげ

ます。お読みになったあとは、いつでも見られるところに保管してください。

ヘッドホンを使うときは、電源を入れる前に音量を最小にする

突然大きな音が出て聴力障害などの原因となることがあります。

ヘッドホンを使うときは、音量を上げすぎないようにする

耳を刺激するような大きな音量で長時間続けて聞くと、聴力障害などの

原因となることがあります。



ぐらついた台の上や傾いた所など不安定な場所に置かない

湿気やほこりの多い場所に置かない。風呂、シャワー室では使用しな

い

調理台や加湿器のそばなど油煙や湯気があたる場所に置かない

火災・感電やけがの原因となることがあります。

電池の取り扱いについて (乾電池に関する警告)

本製品は、電池を使用しています。誤った使用による発熱、発火、液漏れなどを避けるため、

乾電池は、絶対に充電しない

指定以外の電池は使用しない

新しい電池と古い電池、または種類の違う電池を混ぜて使用しない

破裂、液もれにより、火災、怪我や周囲を汚損する原因となることがあ

ります。



電池を入れるときは、極性 ( プラス ¥ とマイナス ^ ) の向きに注意し、

電池ケースの表示されているとおりに正しく入れる

向きを間違えると破裂、液もれにより、火災、怪我や周囲を汚損する原

因となることがあります。

長時間使用しないときは電池を取り出しておく

液がもれて火災、怪我、周囲を汚損する原因となることがあります。も

しも液がもれた場合は、電池ケースについた液をよく拭き取ってから新

しい電池を入れてください。また、万一もれた液が身体についたときは、

水でよく洗い流してください。

保管や廃棄をする場合は、他の電池や金属製のものと接触しないよう

に、テープなどで端子を絶縁する

アルコールなどで拭かないでください。

各部の名称

1 4Pミニプラグケーブル

3.5mm 4Pプラグ付ケーブル(長さ約160mm)です。

iPod touch / iPhone / iPadのヘッドホン端子に接続します。

本機からのモノラル音声をiPod touch/iPhone/iPadに出力し、iPod touch /

iPhone / iPadのヘッドホン音声出力を本機に入力します。

2 マイクインジケーター

MODE（入力）をマイク[ ]に切り換えると点灯します。

マイクインジケーターが暗くなったら、電池を交換してください。

3 MODEスイッチ

入力に合わせて切り換えます。

マイクのXLRプラグを接続したときは、マイク[ ]を選んでください。

ギターの標準プラグを接続したときは、ギター [ ]を選んでください。

使用しないときはOFFにしてください。

4 PHANTOMスイッチ

コンデンサーマイクを接続したときにONにします。

コンデンサーマイクを動作させる電源を供給します。

ONにするとスイッチの奥に赤いマークが現れます。

コンデンサーマイクを使用しないときはOFFにしてください。

5 INPUTボリューム

接続したマイクの音声の入力レベルを調節し、iPod touch / iPhone / iPadへ出力

します。

6 マイク/ギター入力端子

XLRと標準モノラルのコンボジャックです。ギター / LINE などのモノラル標準プ

ラグと、マイクなどのXLRプラグのどちらでも接続することができます。

メモ

ファントム電流5.0mA以下のマイクを推奨します。XLR端子にライン機器を接続

する場合には、Phantom電源をOFFでご使用下さい。Phantom電源がONになっ

ていると接続したライン機器を破損する場合があります。

（この端子で6.3mmプラグのマイクは、使用できませんのでご注意ください。）

7 ヘッドホン端子

ヘッドホンを接続して、iPod touch / iPhone / iPadのヘッドホン音声出力をモニ

ターすることができます。

電池の交換方法

本機は、単三形アルカリ乾電池、および単三形ニッケル水素電池を2本使用することがで

きます。

本機の上面にある電池ケース蓋を矢印側にスライドして取り外し、電池ケース内の

の表示に合わせて、単三形電池2本をセットし、電池ケース蓋を取り付けます。

メモ

本機にギター（6.3mmプラグ）を接続している時は、乾電池を挿入しなくても動

作します。（INPUTボリュームは、動作しません。）

接続方法

本機は、正面のマイク/ギター入力端子にマイクまたはギターを接続し、背面の4Pミニプ

ラグケーブルをiPod touch / iPhone / iPadのヘッドホン端子に接続します。

また、背面のヘッドホン端子にヘッドホンを接続して音声出力をモニターすることがで

きます。

Thank you for your purchase of the TASCAM iXZ Mic & Guitar Interface.

Before connecting and using the unit, please take time to read this manual thoroughly

to ensure you understand how to properly set up and connect the unit, as well as the

operation of its many useful and convenient functions. After you have nished reading

2 Microphone Indicator

When converting the MODE (input) into microphone, [ ] this Indicator starts blinking.

If the Indicator becomes dim, replace the batteries with new ones.

3 MODE Switch

Change according to the input.

When connecting the XLR plug of a microphone, [ ] select “Microphone”.

When connecting the standard plug of a guitar, [ ] select “Guitar”.

When not in use, leave the switch o.

4 Phantom Switch

Switch on when a condenser microphone is connected.

Provides a power supply to operate a condenser microphone.

When switched on, a red mark appears on the back of the switch.

When a condenser microphone is not used, leave the switch o.

5 INPUT Volume

This is for adjusting the input level of sounds from the connected microphone, and will

output to an iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad.

6 Microphone / Guitar Input Terminal

This is combo jack for XLR and standard mono. The mono standard plug of a guitar or

the XLR plug of a microphone can be connected.

N o t e

It is recommended to use a microphone working with under 5.0mA phantom current.

When you connect line equipment to the XLR terminal, use it with the phantom power

o; otherwise, the connected equipment may be damaged.

(Please note that microphones with 6.3 mm-plug cannot be used with this termi-

nal.)

7 Headphone terminal

You can monitor the output of headphone sounds from an iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad

by connecting to the headphone jack.

Replacing the batteries

Two alkaline or nickel hydride “AA” batteries can be used in this device.

Slide and remove the battery case cover on the upper surface of this device and insert

two “AA” batteries, aligning their position to the

This device will operate without batteries loaded when connected using a 6.3mm plug.

(You cannot use the INPUT Volume.)

Connecting

Connect a microphone or guitar to the microphone/guitar input terminal on the front,

and connect the 4P mini plug cable on the rear to the headphone jack of an iPod touch,

iPhone, or iPad. Additionally, sound output can be monitored by connecting a pair of

headphones to the headphone terminal on the rear.

Cleaning the unit

Use a dry soft cloth to wipe the unit clean. Do not clean the unit with a chemically

INSTRUCTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ IMPORTANTES

Nettoyage de l’appareil

Utilisez un chion doux et sec pour nettoyer l'appareil. Ne nettoyez pas l'appareil avec

un chiffon traité chimiquement ou avec des substances telles que du benzène, un

2 Indicateur de microphone

Si le MODE (entrée) sur le microphone, [ ] cet indicateur clignote.

Si l'indicateur devient moins brillant, remplacez les piles par des neuves.

3 Commutateur MODE

Changez le réglage de ce commutateur en fonction de l'entrée.

Si vous branchez la che XLR d'un microphone, [ ] sélectionnez “Microphone”.

Si vous branchez la che standard d'une guitare, sélectionnez « Guitare » [ ].

Quand il n'est pas utilisé, laissez-le en position OFF.

4 Commutateur Phantom

Réglez ce commutateur sur ON quand un microphone à condensateur est connecté.

Fournit une alimentation pour un microphone à condensateur.

Quand ce commutateur est réglé sur ON, une marque rouge apparaît à l'arrière du

commutateur.

Quand aucun microphone à condensateur n'est utilisé, laissez ce commutateur sur OFF.

Il sert à ajuster le niveau d'entrée des sons à partir du microphone connecté, et qui sera

envoyé à un iPod touch, iPhone ou iPad.

6 Prise d'entrée microphone / guitare

C'est une prise mixte pour XLR et jack 6,35mm mono standard. Vous pouvez y

connecter la che standard d'une guitare ou la che XLR d'un microphone.

N o t e

Il est recommandé d'utiliser un microphone fonctionnant avec une alimentation

fantôme de moins de 5,0 mA. Quand vous connectez un appareil de niveau ligne à

la prise XLR, mettez l'alimentation fantôme hors service, sinon, l'appareil connecté

risque d'être endommagé.

Veuillez noter que les microphones munis d'une che jack 6,35mm ne peuvent pas

être utilisés avec cette prise.

7 Prise pour casque d'écoute.

Vous pouvez contrôler les sons de la sortie casque d'un iPod touch, iPhone ou iPad en

branchant un casque à cette prise..

Remplacement des piles

Vous pouvez utiliser deux piles alcalines ou hydrure de nickel « AA » dans cet appareil.

Faites glisser le couvercle du logement des piles en face supérieure de cet appareil pour

le retirer et insérez deux piles « AA », en alignant leurs repères

sur les marques

dans le logement. Puis remettez en place le couvercle du logement des piles.

Cet appareil peut fonctionner sans piles quand il est connecté par une fiche jack

6,35mm. (Vous ne pouvez pas utiliser le volume d'entrée INPUT.)

Connexion

Connectez un microphone ou une guitare à la prise d'entrée microphone/guitare à

l'avant et connectez le câble à che mini-jack 4 points à l'arrière à la prise casque d'un

iPod touch, iPhone ou iPad. De plus, la sortie du son peut être contrôlée en raccordant

un casque d'écoute à la prise pour casque à l'arrière.
