1. General
This gas stove offers you the attractive sight of a living fire, combined with the comfort and conven-
ience of remote control operation ( optional ) or a friendly hand control. The complete appliance is sup-
plied with the surround and/or accessories of your choice.
Important: Do not open the stove when the appliance is in operation. Allow the appliance to
cool first.Be on your guard if there are children near the appliance when it is in use!
Read these instructions thoroughly before installing and using the stove. Keep these instruc-
tions carefully. Always state type and serial number in the event of a breakdown.
This appliance should only be installed by a registered fitter.

First firing
You should inspect the appliance for damage in transit immediately it has been delivered. If it is dam-
aged, you should report this without delay and as precisely as possible to your supplier. Your appli-
ance is coated with heatresistant enamel which can withstand extremely high temperatures. Burn the
fire on high during the first hours of use and ventilate the room well. The curing of the enamel may pro-
duce a smell/smoke, but this is harmless. Any marks on the glass can be best removed immediately
with glass cleaner.

Always complete your guarantee card in full and return it to your supplier immediately after purchase.
Type and serial number are shown on the plate which you will find in the control box.
